I have created a tribe and I am currently allowing for open recruitment. Anyone can join as long as they follow the rules and can take instruction and advisement from authority well. The tribe is planned to be very well structured with a ranking and an honor system among members. The tribe name is currently Silver Shogunate, but I am not against switching the theme of the ranking system around if enough members vote on it. We are on a Ragnarok-Abberation Cluster server mostly playing on Ragnarok currently. Most of the rates are 5x on everything except taming which is 15x. The server is PVPVE with wild pvp always allowed (must be able to listen to orders), and raids only allowed on the weekends. There are a few other rules about raiding I can inform you of later.
