I've found that some games don't do a good job of supporting every browser. For example, there are a couple of games that I can't use Firefox to submit support tickets, found 1 game that I can't use Firefox or Brave to submit a ticket, their support site only works with Chrome. This is especially true if you have addons installed, but even if you don't it's worth trying a different browser to see if you get better results.

Im using Edge, with no add ons. I tried firefox and it won't even load for me. Also no add ons.

Every time I try to create a ticket it takes me back to the home page of Survive the Ark. Please help.
