Still looks stupid IMO. It's unnatural, they should either give it realistic full body feathers or they should go full Jurassic Park lizard, this in between thing looks like it's had most of its feathers plucked off and is only slightly better than the original (eyes aren't as derpy but mouth still goofy looking).
They're putting in a huge amount of effort with this TLC stuff and the other redesigns have been amazing but to me this one still feels like it's caught up in peer pressure and is torn between two different designs.
