Wild

Chasmosaurus Veneni is not really a aggressive creature, though its kind loves to harvest trees and rocks and stuffs. Although Chasmosaurus is completely harmless (unless they are annoyed), they have dangerous poisons around their horns to protect themselves. For example, when a bigger or similar sized predator like tyrannosaurus or allosaurus, they could defend with poisonous horns. Also, their hatchlings are almost covered entire body with poisons in order for extra protection.

Domesticated

A common stuff that Chasmosaurus usually did was destroying trees and rocks. From those stuff, Chasmosaurus is good for harvesting resources. Also, its saddle is thick because poison in the body is not much, but still leftover. So you get corrupted by poison when you sit on without the saddle.

General Info

Wild Chasmosaurus Spawns in Snow Dome and Corrupted Den. It's not going to attack you, unless you attack it first.

If you kill wild Chasmosaurus, it will drop Chasmosaurus Horn. 

Tame

Chasmosaurus is not tamed by any special stuff. It can be tamed with K.O. taming  just like other dinosaur.

Something you need to aware about knocking out Chasmosaurus is that Chasmosaurus is 50% immune from tranq weapon, so it only gets half a damage from tranq weapons, since it already has poisonous substances in it.

As different as other dinosaur, Chasmosaurus only takes Naco Berry, Nacotics, and Bio Toxics for taming food. Since it takes nacotic stuffs for food, you cannot forcefully make Chasmosaurus's Torpidity to go uprise.

Abilities

Horn Attack (Left mouse click): 58 damage with Infected effect (takes 2% of health during 5 seconds, with slower movement speed and lower melee damage).

Stomp (Right mouse click): 62 damage, stuns enemy who got hit.

Poison Armor (key Board C): Covers Entire body (including Rider) with poison armor. 9 damage if anything touches + gets extra defence.

Venom Canon (Key Board Crtl + left mouse click, Saddle Required): Fires Venom Cannon, 73 damage if anything hits. Crtl for aim and left mouse for shoot. Gives 2X damage to Corrupted dinos and Titans.

Imprinting

Baby Chasmosaurus borns with Protected buff. If predators attack Baby Chasmosaurus (Or anything that touches), it will automatically gets 6 damage because of poisons surrounding Baby Chasmosaurus. This Buff automatically disappears when Chasmosaurus becomes Juvenile.

Variation

Chasmosaurus has Corrupted Version, which is a bit stronger than Normal version.
