So it's well past 10am on Nov 1st and still no update, how are we supposed to receive it?
I see the upgrade on the store for people who already have the base game is $40 and I have booted up my switch and tried starting my base game and it's still the same old ark.

Hello! We just got onto the game now that the servers are back up on the switch only to find out the official pve server we played on previously is no longer there.
Is there any way to bring back our previous character or do we have to start all over again? (Which I know leveling up doesn't take long it's just kinda inconvenient)
