PC, Can't access sleeping player 2

Hello! 
So after HOURS of playing with my wife, the game had a hard crash. When we re-loaded the dedicated server it rolled back about an hour. Well, I found her body, it's still "sleeping." When she tries to load in, her character presets are still loading, but she can only load in under a new character leaving her body asleep on the Gound. 

I found my local save folder under "TheIsland_WP" and found my LocalPlayer.arkprofile with my information on it. I also found under the folder "LocalProfiles" PlayerLocalData.arkprofile but there is no information distinguishing it by name/player 2/level. 

The only notepad I can find reference a "player 2" is LocalPlayer_guest1.arkprofile. This notepad only contains about 2 paragraphs of info with almost no data to show it might be remanence, maybe the new login that just occurred. 

Where or how do we get her back in the correct body? She is level 97 and last thing we want to do is reset progress. Any information would help, thank you!
also, if we load the game and try "download arc survivor" in the game when making a profile nothing happens and it just loads. 

Any ideas to recover her account?
