Is submitting ticket function working ?

Hello,

I am a Xbox player on ASA on server 5061 since the first day.

I found an area where i could build my base. There was nothing where i started to build my base.

Quickly, another player started to surround all my base with pillars and all the area.

I cannot build anymore. I can't even finish to build my house.

I am on south archipels north 3 area.

This player try to get all the area and try to get me out of my own base.

I can't even get near my base with my boat because he put a "fake" bridge (impossible to use).

He tried to get my dinos killed in my base.

I can't even go elsewhere because everything is pillared.

Now, i m completely blocked in my base...i can even go in and out my base by flying.

He put a behemoth door on my rex.

This game is not free, I bought it to play not to be bullied by uneducated players.

I tried to submit a ticket but the page is only refreshing.

Some years ago, administrators destroyed every construction of players that had this kind of behaviors.

How can I submit a ticket ? Is there any admin to regulate those behaviors ?

If admins don't solve this situation, i ll ask Xbox to refund me this game.
