Joining Failed, Kicked by battleeye, Client not responding

So i just brought ASA for my girlfriend as she was intrested in it. I've been playing it for a week or so my self now. However after she got it all installed she tried to join my server and got the message "Joining Failed, Kicked by battleeye, Client not responding". After going through literally everything i could think of, reinstalling battleeye, verifying game files, restarting the router ect i found no solution.

So i logged into her steam user on my PC which it has all been working flawlessly on. When i try to join a server, i get the same message on her account "Joining Failed, Kicked by battleeye, Client not responding" if i switch back to my steam user everything works fine.

Does anyone know what might be causing this, it feels like a shadow/soft ban or something but she has never owned/played ASE and literally got ASA less than an hour ago and hasnt even had a chance to play it yet
