Multiple action bars. So that the player can determine different action bars for different times, such as one for construction, another for fights, another for any other reason he wants.

To hotkey, choose them just by leaving the mouse above the item and pressing the hotbar number you want (1 to 9, 0) two times. So, the item goes do action bar or appear in it case it's blueprints.
