Mastodonsaurus, it's not an elephant

Suggestion

Hey y'all, I'm here again… with another creature, which I think fits perfectly on The Center, so please read it until the end, I think you'll like it.

Well, first of all, the biggest problem of the map, in my opinion, is that the map is an archipelago, which forces you to ALWAYS use a flying or an aquatic creature or a raft, and, with this one, you would have one more option, and a pretty cool option.

So, the creature I'm talking about is mastodonsaurus, and no, it's not an elephant. Mastodonsaurus was an amphibian (the biggest that ever existed, I believe), and I'm gonna detail what it could do on ARK here:

Wild:

I didn't even want to add this section, 'cause it'll be simple. MS (I will use this as a shorter for Mastodonsaurus) would be found in beaches and swamps, 'cause it's meant to be a creature for early, middle and endgame, and would be a neutral carnivore, which would naturally attack any kind of arthropod in the game.

Tamed:

Here's the good part, I will list here everything I thought it'd be cool to it:

1 – Water-surface rider:

MS wouldn't be able to dive, while it's on water, it stays on the surface. Does this mean that megalodons won't attack it? Wrong, megalodons would still be annoying, but everytime it gets hit, you'll have a brief speed boost, just enough for you to escape it, 'cause as MS can't dive, it can't attack creatures on water, too. While you are riding MS, you would be able to fish, just like on pelagornis, and, different from rafts, leedsichthys DO NOT attack MS, and, just to ensure it, MS would be faster than the raft and pelagornis.

2 – Also, a great land creature:

So, here's the cool part, beyond being a good water mount, you can use it as a land mount too. Besides having a good speed in and outside water (not too fast, but also not slow), it is a great fighter, if well leveled-up, it can win a fight against a group of wild allosaurus.

3 – "Leaving water" buff:

When it gets out of water, it gets a buff, where its speed, resistance, damage and health regeneration are increased, the buff lasts a few minutes, and it's probably the key to win the fight against the allosaurus I said above.

4 – Slowing down land creatures:

This would be a dash attack, just like what baryonyx does on water (the spin), MS would do on land. But instead of stunning the creature, it'd just slow it down. Probably useful against creatures that are bigger than allosaurus, like rexes and gigas.

5 – Other levels:

Just like moschops, MS would have some extra levels, but they'd work in a different way. After 30 level-ups (or more, idk), you'd be able to unlock a new ability, which could be (Imma list the ones I've thought):

5.1-Diving:

With this, MS would be able to dive, turning it also a full aquatic creature, capable of killing megalodons and probably a good mount for underwater caves.

5.2-Short-time invisibility:

This would be an almost one-use ability, 'cause its delay time would be huge. This may sound strange considering the context of the creature, but I think it'd be useful for PvP, if you use it with an ability I'll explain below.

6 – Small creatures and player grabbing:

So, to complete the invisibility combo, this would be great to stealth kill an unaware player (or grab small creatures without using a flying one). Oh, and this wouldn't depend on the 30-level system I mentioned above, it'd be just like the dash attack.

7 – Bonus:

Well, this isn't a necessary feature, but I liked the idea. What about wakeboarding on ARK? This could be another saddle, which allows the driver and someone behind it to ride MS, but the passenger would actually be wakeboarding, and this could be even cooler than the hoversail, well, who knows?

For now, this is what I thought about bringing mastodonsaurus to The Center, what do you think? If you have any ideas, share it here, I'd be happy to read it.
