Scorched Earth Single Player Issues

1. SINGLEPLAYER/NO SERVER Map: Scorched Earth Issue: I Changed my settings via ini. (All of them 4x harvest all of it dino level all of it) File I load Scorched Earth i hit a rock gives default ammount of items and the dinos are all super low (that's just because scorched doesn't give high levels very often) my issue is none of my settings are loading for scorched they keep getting reverted to default upon loading the map even after hard reset
2. Clicked browse local , Shooter game, saved, config, windowsnoeditor, usergame and game when to properties turned off read only oppened files changed them saved went to properties read only apply saved opened ark same issue when i load the scorched earth world
3. Yes ark was closed the whole time
4. Yes i can see on the main host/local screen my settings like damage is saved the settings load perfectly fine on all dlc and modded worlds I have downloaded but doesn't work or scorched
