let's compare support?

Are any of you experiencing a nasty crash in ARK? (Stupid question I know). But I'm not going to do that. How the game's support and communication works, we will rather not comment here because there is a lot of it.

1-Have any of you had a similar problem with a crash in another game?
2-Has this issue been reported to support?
3-How was the communication between support and you?

And what was the response to the error.  Specifically, I could say about BS but let's take bugs and support in general.

For example, he gives 3/5 where the first digit up to 1 to 10 is WC/SG and the second digit is other games (do not give names of games) in the case of several give 3/5-7
