I do like the idea of something dangerous taking advantage of the limited water resources on Scorched Earth. The abilities suggested here are a bit basic, I would give it some character to set it apart from Spinosaurus and Baryonyx. Maybe tamed--being that it has a sail--it would function like a biological AC unit in place of Dimetrodon since IIRC there are no Dimetrodon spawns on Scorched Earth? Maybe Sigilmassasaurus just provides hyperthermal insulation to distinguish it from Dimetrodon a little bit, as that would be more beneficial on Scorched Earth specifically? May due to its cooling effects it takes reduced damage from fire wyverns as well?? Something like that.
