Dryptosaurus was a large, bipedal, ground-dwelling carnivore, that grow up to 7.5 metres (25 ft) long and weigh up to 1.5 metric tons (1.7 short tons).

This dinosaur is a large tyrannosaur, growing up to 7.5 meters or 25 feet long and weighing over 1.5 tons. It is relatively unique among tyrannosaurids, however, as it has large and functional arms with enormous hand claws, with each claw being over 8 inches long that resemble eagle talons. Powered by extremely strong arms, these claws could do serious damage to its prey and potential rivals. This feathered tyrannosaur was still small enough to be lithe and agile, while large enough to be the apex predator of its environment.
