Junzi imperialis(extinct gibbon)

RyuouShenron

Suggestion

Junzi imperialis is an extinct species of gibbon that was found in an Ancient Chinese noblewoman's tomb. The type species, based on an incomplete skull, was named Junzi imperialis in 2018 by Samuel Turvey and colleagues.
It is believed that when alive, around 2,200 to 2,300 years ago, the type specimen was owned by Lady Xia, the mother of King Zhuangxiang of Qin and grandmother of Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of China.
The holotype skull was discovered when the tomb was opened in 2004. The living animal is thought to have been a member of Lady Xia's menagerie of luxury pets, which also included cranes,
leopards, lynxes and a black bear.
The generic name was coined by Turvey and his colleagues in reference to how gibbons were, in ancient China, kept by noblemen scholars, or junzi, as pets.

In the game, they are the same size as the player and are usually on trees.
It hangs on trees and may squeal loudly to intimidate if there are predators nearby.
Its cry is so loud that carnivorous dinosaurs such as Tyrannosaurus would run away unintentionally.
This also applies to the player, who will get the demoralizing effect when he hears the bark.
If there is another tree nearby, it jumps into that tree and moves to that tree.
On rare occasions, he will get off a tree and walk on the ground, but he will be as slow as the initial level 1 player, and will not be able to run.
Also, if attacked, it will run away without attacking.
Taming
They are wary and timid enough to avoid approaching players except in rare occasions, so Ghillie equipment is a must.
And with the Ghillie equipped, it becomes a passive tame on vegetables such as carrots.
They never eat anything other than vegetables, such as berries, so they need a lot of vegetables.
And when the taming rate rises to 50%, it becomes interested in the player and tries to follow the player.
You will continue to give them vegetables, but on rare occasions they will ask you to pet them.
However, if someone attacks you even once, the taming rate will be reset at that moment, so you need to take him to a safe place before taming him.
After taming
Since it is the same size as the player, it cannot be ridden, but can instead ride on the player's back and be carried by the player on their back.
When carrying it on its back, if there is a predator nearby, it will cry loudly to inform the player of the presence of the predator.
In addition, creatures that are determined to be natural enemies will be given the effect of losing fighting spirit and will run away from the spot.
Natural enemies are other players in PVP, carnivorous dinosaurs, and aggressive creatures that attack the player, with the exception of neutral and friendly creatures.
Also, by letting it sit at home at your base, it can act like a virtual security bell, and will ring loudly as soon as it sees someone approaching.
In some cases, PVP will let you know immediately when an enemy is nearby.
