Suggestion

I believe Placerias would be a welcome addition to ARK! Here's my idea:

Name: Placerias hesternus

Time: Mid Triassic

Diet: Herbivorous

Temperament: Docile (In herds), Territorial (Alone)

Wild: These mild-mannered proto-reptiles tend to spend their days lazing around in the shade, digging for roots to chew on, or butting each other for mating rights. Most herds of Placerias seem to be led by an especially strong alpha, who keeps watch while the others rest.

While we're on that subject, it's been noted that specimens traveling in a herd seem far more patient than those wandering alone. The ones either separated from or entirely without companions become much more defensive, and more likely to attack when approached.

Domesticated: Many tribes on the ARK seeking to farm crops have taken to keeping a herd of Placerias around, as their affinity for digging allows them to locate sources of moisture underground, making irrigating crops a cinch. This trick of theirs works especially well if they're in a herd, as the greater number of mouths to feed encourages the buggers to try a little harder.

This also goes for combat, as domesticated Placerias are rather slow and kinda dull, but the ferocity with which they swing their tusks around is enough to send even the heaviest of rivals flying, especially when fighting as a herd. While they might not be all that pretty to look at, you can't deny the charm they provide along with their other utilities makes them a worthwhile tame.

TL;DR: Placerias is a slow, medium-sized grazer that possesses the ability to bring water up from the ground with their tusks for either drinking or the irrigation of crops. This boring ability also allows them to reach the desired seeds in greater numbers. It also gains attack and gathering boosts when surrounded by two-more of their kind or more, which doubles the amount of knockback damage produced by their secondary attack, as well as the amount of water collected by boring.

Other Details: Placerias can be passively or aggressively tamed, and can be ridden without a saddle, although providing them with one is recommended. They are slow on land and even slower in water, but can sprint while swimming. When taming, their preferred food is Giant Bee Honey, but Rare Mushrooms should also do the trick. They are not easily startled by the roar of a Yutyrannus or Parasaur, as they are a tad too dull to notice. Additionally, this quirk, along with their thick skin, provides them a resistance to poisons and being stunned. Like the Lystrosaurus and Hyaenodon, they can be petted to recieve a temporary boost to health regeneration and damage resistance.

Hope you guys like it! I would really like to see these dopey brutes added to the game!
