Suggestion

The Shuangbaisaurus is a medium sized theropod, no larger than an Allosaur, no smaller than a Raptor. It has two long crests on its head. The Shuangbaisaurus belogs to the same family as the Dilophosaurus and is built similarly to it. The Shuangbaisaurus is a creature of the night and boasts extraordinary intelligence.

1. Intelligence

  • Wild Shuangbaisaurus are intelligent enough to know who to pick a fight with. If it is aproached by a dino the size of a Carnotaurus or bigger. It will run away rather than fight.
  • The Shuangbaisaurus is a tactician. If it decides that it wants to kill the player, it will take a tactical approach to it. If it is not spotted by the player, it will try to make its way close to the player without making a sound, so that it can ambush the survivor. If it is spotted it will try to retreat.

2. Family bonds

  • The Shuangbaisaurus is commonly accompanied by a pack of Dilophasaurs, that will follow its commands.
  • Tamed Shuangbaisaurus won't be attacked by Dilophosaurs and the survivor riding it will be able to command wild Dilophosaurs to follow the Shuangbaisaurus or to attack a target.

3. Creature of the night

  • The Shuangbaisaurus will become more active and aggresive at night.
  • It will get a damage dealt and damage reduction buff at night.

4. Bioluminescent crests

  • Its crests and certain parts of its head will glow when it is close to an explorer note (green glow), a valuable resouce (blue glow), or a powerful dinosaur (red glow). It is important to note that it only works at night.

Taming: The Shuangbaisaurus is tamed by asserting your dominance over it. You can do that by killing the pack of Dilophosaurs it is accompanied by and nearly killing it after which it will let you put a saddle on it, subsequently taming it.
