console Video quality settings on console

Please add a video quality setting on console, or INI because i can not play the game if i am soaking turrets running past turrets looking at a built cave breeding dinos. i take 3 minutes to load into maps and have a 50/50 chance of crashing when i load it. please add video quality setting as its the only reason people heavily prefer computer over console. i average 40 fps just playing the game aswell

i wish i could make my game look like total poo, with the very low poly models just for fun. my game would run better, and have extra fun with it
