Need Help with Settings for a Unique Server

Zombie Survival Server

Each player has one life, when they die, they become a zombie and have to kill the survivors.

Some basics I know: 

Have one tribe for survivors, when you die, I'll check the log and boot you from tribe (unless this is possible to set up an instant boot). Hardcore mode maybe. Or perhaps a bed in a locked metal room, that forces you to create a new survivor.

Lock out Tekgrams.

 

Somethings I could use help with:

Instant booting from Tribe when spawned?

Locking out the zombie players levels at 50, locking the survivor players levels 75. Or I could just control the engrams.

Making all Zombies have Swamp Fever.
