Looking for an excellent host, concerned all hosts are affected though

I've seen many complaints lately, roughly since last patch, about people getting disconnected on a server wide basis. This includes official servers, but it also includes the server that we had with Host Havoc. Their support team states that we were the only server having this problem, but after a total server move and map change, it did not work. So if changing hosts is going to help, we're going to bite that bullet. But for the record, is anyone else using Host Havoc having this problem?

For that matter, are other hosts having this issue?

We're thinking of jumping back to an old host that always treated us really well, which is Citadel Servers.
