Quetzal and giga spawns on Center

I have my own server whit center and prim+ I did not open this server tho I took it ower from some one else and when we moved the save to a new host we see lots off things had been changed, We tryed to get most back to vanilla settings. So at first I thout that the last owner had put a string inn so there wud not be quetzal and giga spawns on the map. But even tho we sett the most back I cant see to get normal spawns on my map. I tryed to google it and seen there have been bugs tho the post are old. So I hoping there is a way to fix this so I  dont need to spawn them inn all the time. It maybe there still is some settings that I have not got rithe or something so pz if have anny ide what it maybe is tell me
