I am fairly new to this server though I am originally from Legacy servers "Fox486Legacy" as my toon's name suggests. I've had my ups and downs as far as rebuilding, getting glitched, bugged, lost a base up to the Tek Replicator level & then had a death-upon-login-perma-bug which made me lose some of my important pets & no-tribe-upon-login. So.... I've gotten quite a bit of action in Ark and a few tribe members come and go. That being said I love the game and its quirks and moments of fun overall. I've gotten used to fast recovery of my operations on many servers and am now hip to the idea of doing boss runs and cave delving. I had a taste of Alpha bosses others hosted on OC-PVE-Official-TheIsland97 - a consistently long-saves and has its moments of lag but what i like to call home for now*. I have had Chinese, Dutch, and Australians join my tribes, sometimes not even chatting and others knee deep in constant communication even outside the game like Discord. So I've become more adaptive to bringing in people to my tribe that are willing to become productive participants if not for events I like, but SOME build their own bases and thrive separately even across the map at times breeding and cultivating their own [in the tribe yet [ independent ] as supporters more than directly IN the tribe. I am more a Support-Orientated Leader more than a control-everything-hothead. I like seeing people come into the tribe, tame and breed, then take off and have a nice abundance of freedom enjoying the convenience of what I have built up as a stepping stone to faster enjoying the game for its content more than just struggling for [Just the same old basic hard knock life endlessly scrounging] I know some old-school players are thinking "I'm a spoiler to the game" in my style but I've been in the struggle and dread rebuilding from thatch and the hard grind up to metal and on the brink of Tek again and again but in that I anticipate people wanting more out of ark than just feeling like an in-game job but love to see results of hard earned work put in. I am looking for more who do no think like me, but want to work along side me with whatever comes to mind within their perception and am always willing to share and at times take-charge of certain projects like raising an army of Rex, Boss Team Dino(s), Cave Killing Artifact Grinding, Breeding, Mass-Gathering, Cross-Ark-DLC-Hopping for rarer and fun experience, and anything else I left out. I hope this description best explains who i am looking for to add to my tribe and becomes interest to even just a handful of people if not an abundance, for I Am The Fox, and am always keen to the art of survival with the least amount of struggle :)
