Austolovenator, Apex of the plains
Moltenenneard10 posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
Species Name- Australovenator Wintensis In the wild- Australovenator is a rare species of the ark, only being found in flat, non-forested areas. They can also be found in deserts, but they're even rarer here. Australovenator would have an aggressive temperament toward the player and their teams. However, it would be docile to wild creatures around it unless attacked. Australovenator has a wide agro range and will keep agro until either losing interest (after about 10 seconds) or leaving render distance. Australovenator is incredibly fast, as fast as a rolling roll rat! It takes about 6 seconds for a Australovenator to reach this speed, however. Escaping this animal can be a challenge, but getting to the high ground or running to a nearby dense forest is your safest bet. Australovenator will be a sort of upgrade to the raptor, being about the size of an iguanodon. Taming process- In order to tame a Australovenator I would advise to build a trap and lure it in while on a flying creature. From there, you need to sneak up to it and feed it beer, that's right, beer. From here, it will get a status effect called "Drunk Rage." This effect will aggravate everything around it for about a minute. This will also nearly double its damage. A level 1 Fukui will need about 1 beer jar, a level 150 would need about 13. Once it's fed the final beer, it will tame but will be knocked out for about 10 seconds. Tamed- Australovenator's saddle is unlocked at level 75. A tamed Australovenator has a few unique abilities. To start with, it has its basic bite, the weakest of its attacks. However, you can bite while moving at its extreme speeds. The second ability would be a latching ability, this would allow Australovenator to latch onto a larger animal like a rex and take bites out of it. However, Australovenator can take damage from the creature attacking back in this phase. up to two Austrolovenator can be on a target at any given time depending on the size. a creature the size of a stego could only have a single Australovenator on it, while a creature the size of let's say the dragon could have up to 5 on it at a time. Australovenator stamina would drain quickly during this. The last of its remarkable abilities is its speed. As mentioned before, it can go as fast as a rolling roll rat, however, Turing is a different story. Australovenator when at full sprint can whip around a full 180 at the cost of some of its speed, needing to regain some of it afterwards similar to andrewsarchus. Roles- It can serve many roles and purposes, one of them being for combat. With all of its amazing abilities, it's no surprise, it would fit in as a truly worthy opponent during combat. However, it serves a very nice niche in a PvE setting. It can serve as a metal harvester, as it has a 50 percent weight reduction for metal, stone, sulfur, obsidian, and many other minerals. This makes it great to pair with creatures such as doedicurus and ankylosaurus. It could also be used for boss fights against creatures like the titans and the dragon. In PvP setting, it can be amazing for base raids, being able to whittle a creature's health down and sporting the speed to get away with it relatively unharmed. Thank you for reading through this extensive article about the Proposed apex of the plains. -
karamuru vorax, golen tammer, wyvern slayer, and boss killer
GustavoColman posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
hello guys, I come to introduce you to karamuru vorax, the allosaurus from scorched earth, not only that but much more for a better resolution image and more details of the creature, access this artstation link: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/Xgaxan wikipedia link about the creature: https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karamuru_vorax the karamuru vorax was a large predator from the triassic period, which lived in the territory of rio grande do sul, brazil, it was an archosaur that could reach 7 meters in length (23 feet) and run on fours legs what would be your role on scorched earth? I idealized the creature based on 3 others, the allosaurus, the kaprosucus, and the argentavis, the karamuru will be a multi-purpose dino, which can be used for pvp and pve. he will be a creature both for travel, as well as for raids and boss fights, his base stats will be similar to those of the allosaurus, with a weight and weight reduction of argentavis, not only that, but he will be a very tanky creature, already having , 40 points of defense without using a saddle, and can be ridden without the need for a saddle. in addition, it will have a special jump move, similar to kaprosucus, and can be used both to travel great distances and to attack your enemies by surprise, you will not want to be in front of this thing -"Right, and what do I do against the wild karamurus? this creature looks like it's going to be a lot of trouble jumping around like that" don't worry, the karamuru will be a moderately passive creature, it will have a behavior similar to that of the shadowmane or terezinosaurus, allowing a certain tolerance and safe approach, the karamuru will be a night hunter, during the day it will spend a lot of time taking naps like the shadowmane , and will only become hostile if attacked, or if you get too close, however, at night, you better hope you don't encounter one of these, it will be a solitary creature, so one surviving with a good mount or equipment, probably you will have no more difficulties than you would have dealing with a thylacoleo at level 70, your saddle will be unlocked, which has a rocket launcher facing backwards and additional plate armor, which at primitive level, adds 60 points of defense, the rocket launcher can be rotated 180 degrees, making it an excellent weapon for escapes, flanking attacks, imagine the possibilities -kill wyverns while fleeing with their eggs -tame golems while escaping their attacks, without need of a expensive structure, -flank enemies, or hit enemies on flying mounts chasing you, did your raid go wrong? as long as a second rider is with you, your enemies better not go after you his large teeth will inflict bleeding on the enemy, as its base stats will be similar to allosaurus, karamuru can be used on bosses, it can be breeded and genetically refined for boss fights in resume, it will be fast, strong, consume little stamina, have a good base weight and weight discount on important items, have bleed damage, carry two players even without a saddle, have base armor without a saddle, and finally, it will have a special saddle with a rocket launcher, which won't break like a common rocket launcher, can be used As a traveling creature, as a fighter, as a tamer, the karamuru is all you need to scorched earth- 7 replies
