This is a short guide on how to make a relatively effective element farm. Please note it doesn't produce element directly, it instead makes element dust. The first step, you will need to tame some tek parasaurs, the higher the health the better. Next tame a therizino. Level melee fore more resources, or weight so it can run longer without you. Next set up small chamber, about double the length of your theri. Don't put a roof on. Next, build relatively high directly above the chamber, and put your male tek parasaur in the very middle of the open space at the top. Fill as much as you can around the male with females, so that their backsides face into the chamber. Set all the parasaurs to mate, the theri to aggresive and add some air conditioners. ***THIS IS NOT MY OWN, THE CONCEPT WAS INSPIRED BY SYNTACYT***

Hello just passing by to say at the beginning that I'm not good at English and this creature is not mine I'm posting just to try to help this creature that I found so magnificent The siamogale or giant otter is a creature that will live in small gangs Having a gang bonus where there will be no alpha it will have a basic attack being excellent for polymer farm Biome spawn: icebergs frozen lakes and cold waters Wild state: will not attack any creature but if attacked it will fight back and the whole gang will fight back they will only attack penguins aquatic animals whether tamed or wild Taming: you will have to feed penguin bodies there so taming will start she will start following you with you being able to ride her you will have to find pearls with her having a time of 10 minutes for taming Skills:Will throw white pearls at its targets leaving creatures in a stunned state for 0'5 seconds If instead of white pearls you put black pearls on your otter it will be able to shoot them with increased stun effect and leaving you with blindness because black pearls will be rare they will be guided When killing a tusoteuthis with the otter, she will be able to take its tentacles and use it as a trophy in her mouth, now being able to take pearls in the sand of the sea with the tentacle And she will also be immune to jellyfish and eels and having a buff to decrease oxygen loss being different from the diplo that gives you oxygen it will decrease the loss Her saddle will cost to be done 290 fibers 145 leathers 30 pearls 18 metal ingots It can be learned at level 48 Base stats 680: Health 300: stamina Infinite: Oxigênio 41: Damage 800: Torpor Speed similar to that of an iguanodon Similar swimming speed of a karproshuchus I am not the author of this creature Please send the original author the credits are his -
resource ANOMALOCARIS: The Resource Dredger
Smolfrog posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
ANOMALOCARIS ----------------------------------------------------- BEHAVIOR Anomalocaris is a passive creature that spends its time in shallow ocean waters ( think of the east archipelago or the lava islands ) most of its time is spent dredging through the sand using its podomeres (those tentacles by its mouth) which kicks up a rich sand cloud, various resources and its preferred prey: Trilobites. When it finds a trilobite the Anomalocaris grabs it, cracks open its shell, and slurps out its delicious meat inside, however the trilobite is the only creature that the Anomalocaris gives any cares about. TAMING Anomalocaris is a simple tame and it would prove useful in early game and in late game, as stated before, the taming process is simple. A player simply needs to throw chitin and raw meat in the path of the Anomalocaris while its dredging for food, this works because Anomalocaris isn't the smartest of creatures and it believing that the player has given it a trilobite to eat. MOBILITY For what it is, Anomalocaris is pretty speedy in the water it can beat an itchy in a race but mantas are quite a bit faster, to reach these speeds Anomalocaris extends its podomeres to use them as hydrofoils. OXYGEN SUPPLY Similar to Diplocaulus, Anomalocaris has a supply of oxygen that gets trapped under its flipper plates and in its podomeres that can be accessed and used by players who are riding it, this oxygen supply is replenished any time the Anomalocaris exits the water BEACHING Anomalocaris is able to beach itself on the land for storage and to replenish its oxygen reserves, it does not dry out on the land and it is able to move however it is very slow and cannot attack while on the land. DREDGING as mentioned above Anomalocaris is an earlygame and a lategame tame, Dredging is where its lategame utility comes in to paly. When set to wander Anomalocaris will bury its podomeres into the ground and start moving around throught the sediments, the items that Anomalocaris pulls out of the ground is determined by the elevation that it is dredging at which is spilt into 4 different regions. Surface near the surface of the ocean such as a beach Anomalocaris is able to find resources that are useful for earlygame, the list of items is: Chitin, Stone, Thatch, Raw Fish, and Metal. Deep Water this area is found near the middle of the ocean, not at the sea floor but still a ways from the surface, here Anomalocaris will dredge up items useful for midgame the list of resources is: Cementing Paste, Raw Fish, Metal, Silicate (that one resource from extinction) and Obsidian. Abyssal The Center's oceans are very deep and here is where Anomalocaris is able to get many untapped resources, and the list of those is: Silicate, Obsidian, Black Pearls, Raw Prime Fish, Raw Fish, Metal, and rare element dust. Mountain There are quite a few small lakes found in the higher parts of the map, but the main spot to dredge would be the big lake of the center island, dredging here will give you: Organic Polymer, Cementing Paste, Raw Meat, Raw Prime Meat, and Metal. WHY? Anomalocaris marks an important point in the evolution of life as it was the largest creature for its time and its widely seen as the first apex predator, its also been a creature I've wanted to see in game for a long time. BASING IN REALITY A recent study has shown that Anomalocaris wasnt able to crunch down on trilobites too easily, instead its podomeres were used as hydrofoils for bursts of speed and agility. thank you for reading -
Titanomyrma Queen: ¡The Leader and Her Subjects!
arilion posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
As you know, in Ark we have the Titanomyrmas that we always find in the ecosystem, they only appear to bother us at the beginning of the game. These annoying ants do not have a single function in the game, other than being sacrificed to get their chitin.but now with Queen Titanomyrma they can be useful:Queen TitanomyrmaA queen always has to have subjects that follow her everywhere, either to defend her or to get resources for her. The arrival of the Queen Titanomyrma in the Ark is perfect to bring order and put to perfect use the lost normal titanomyrmas that wander aimlessly through the forests.Wild: they will be found in where many resources abound, these queens will always be found within their anthills, if any creature approaches them, whether hostile or not, a small army of tytanomyrmas will come out of the anthill (flying and not flying) to get rid of it.Tame: - Option 1: Although getting closer will be a bit difficult, with the help of the queen bee's honey we will be able to get closer to the anthill, we just have to throw the honey in a place and the whole army of ants will go after it. The queen Titanomyrma will see your goodness by not killing any of her subjects and she will begin to trust you, she will come out of the anthill and you can have her on your shoulder, the wild ants will not attack you, here begins the taming: you must start killing the enemy natural of all Ark insects: The Megatherium. Once several megatherios have been killed, the queen will have placed all her trust and will decide to be your adventure companion.- Option 2: Approaching the anthill, killing the entire army of ants that comes out of there, and mercilessly destroying the anthill, this will make the Queen Titanomyrma storm out, determined to attack you, continuously taking out minions that will drain your stamina with each attack. Once we manage to kill the ant queen, we will have a chance to get an egg from her inventory, which if we incubate it well, will result in a Queen Titanomyrma larva.Domesticated: PVP: - The queen Titanomyrmas, once tamed, can climb on their owner's shoulder and when ordered to do so, they can release pheromones that will attract all the wild titanomyrmas that are nearby, putting them under their control. When the pheromones wear off, the titanomyrmas will revert to their original state and become hostile.- Also the Queen Titanomyrmas can create their own minions, from time to time, which can drain the stamina of our enemies and make them slow, this will serve as a lot of support when we are in the middle of a fight with another tribe and they have fast dinosaurs and ours are slow.- anthill mode : anthill modelike the queen bee it can become a honeycomb or hive. The queen titanomyrma can become an anthill, it will have 2 modes:- The first mode will be the turret mode, which will help in some way to defend the base by continually taking out ants, they will not drain stamina with each attack but they will reduce speed and health by a small percentage.- The second mode is the farm mode, which I will explain in the pve part.PVE:- Option 1: The farm mode is simple, when the queen is in the form of an anthill, she can be told to farm all the resources in the area (the queen will order her subjects to do so and the resources will appear in the anthill's inventory) but in quantities it will be very small when we collect them ourselves with our hands, this mode will also make trees, bushes, rocks, metal and any other resource appear faster as the Stryders do, of course you could also indicate some specific resource that we want it to collect.- option 2: instead of collecting resources, they just collect all the products of the crops of our farms.
