Sardinian dhole - the wastelands scavenger
ApocalypseGal posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
Name: Sardinian dhole Species: Cynotherium sardous Time: Late Pleistocene Diet: Carnivore The Sardinian dhole is an extinct insular canid. It went extinct at the end of the Pleistocene. It is a medium-sized species of canid that originally lived in the Mediterranean islands of Sardinia (Italy) and Corsica (France) during the Pleistocene. They are solitary animals and prey on smaller fast creatures. Since the dhole’s diet is limited to smaller prey, they specialized in hunting small fast-moving creatures. You can spot these canids hunting and scavenging alone or with small groups of the same species in the wastelands hunting for weak, injured or small creatures. They are super curious about survivors have been seen curiously going up to them however they seem to avoid them when there are a lot of other creatures around. Some say that if you feed it once it goes up to you that they will allow you to pet them overtime you will be able to form a bond with them allowing you to tame them. Abilities. Sardinian dhole doesn’t just make great companions as a survivor’s best friend, but they are great at tracking. Tracking. - able to detect weak/injured creatures, or even dangerous threats. - able to detect and locate your own creatures, can help you track down any of your missing creatures. Scavenging. - the ability to dig I have heard from other tribes that some may even find some interesting loot. - they could even be able to find and pick up dropped/lost bags dropped from survivors. Guard dog -able to detect and alert (barking, growling) survivors of any wild/tamed creatures or other survivors that may pose a threat. links: https://sciifii.fandom.com/wiki/Sardinian_dhole https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sardinian_dhole -
Natunaornis gigoura Messenger pigeon!!!!!!
jimmibonanit posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
Natunaornis gigoura What can't be missing in a city? PIGEONS!! I have traveled through many arks but when I came to earth I never imagined that there were still pigeons in the ancient city and that they still had the instincts of carrier pigeons and could even steal from other dinosaurs and people. Wild: These same ones, being wild, are the same as today's pigeons but larger and with a neutral temperament. They always make their nests on top of buildings but not too high in case a baby falls when trying to fly for the first time. Tame: Its domestication does not have much mystery, it is like modern pigeons, if you see a baby that fell from the nest you can claim it but it will not obey until you earn its trust by giving it the specific seeds it asks for, such as, for example, it can ask you berry seeds or X or Z seeds. domesticated: Once this one is tamed, you can put one of its two costumes on it: The thief suit is used so that with the hooks that the pigeon has, it flies towards a person or dinosaur and steals a random thing from their inventory, including armor pieces and mounts. The carrier pigeon suit is used to locate people or dinos from your tribe and send them to give them things that they carry in their backpack and put them directly in their inventory. You can also put coordinates on it like a delivery package and it flies to that position and leaves a backpack with what it had in inventory. end one vote equals a happy dove -
Vulpes zerda/macrotis (FOX) This solitary fox likes to hide in burrows located near tundra biomes or the desert. Its pelt color makes it difficult to be seen in the desert or even in the dark. Most of the times you will find it alone but there is a chance you'll sight it resting with other Vulpes. It loves hiding on burrows or dark places to rest and stay isolated from everything. Whenever there is an intruder wandering its territory it'll stay hidden but can be spotted by its bright eyes. It is capable of detecting nearby enemies pretty easily, be wary of its sharp teeth and claws and dont let its fluffy tail distract you , it may seem cute but it is lethal enough to protect its territory from a large variety of creatures. VULPES Buffs/Debuffs abilities Damage abilities Tracking abilities (Improved shadowmane) speed on the ground Touching any kind of sand will give you a speed and jump boost Bigger than direwolf but smaller than a shadowmane. Can ride it without saddle but wont be able to use any of its modes if the shaddle isn't equipped. When a female and a male are together nearby breeding dinos they have a bigger chance of developing color mutations on newborn dinos VULPES ABILITIES: Vulpes is able to switch between 2 modes , Alert ( damage ) mode where it will have its ears pointing backwards, show its teeth and its tail will wag nervously. Then, relax mode ( support) where it will have its ears pointing upwards and calm itself. Vulpes BASE KIT ABILITIES: Vulpes is able to bite any dino corpse to search the nearest highest level dino of that same species wich was bitten. Vulpes is able to passively give nearby dinos a range detection improvement, this passive is able to make nearby dinos (like parasaurs) increase their detection range, in this case, a parasaur will be able to increase a few meters its radar. Maybe sandflame has bonds with other dinos. Vulpes able to wall bounce due to its high agility and energy, at the same time, he can dash and make high jump from land . (When sandflame is on damage mode , he has traits of an aggresive fox at that moment , when he is on support mode he shows traits of a relaxed fox) Vulpes DAMAGE MODE ABILITIES: -Vulpes BITES BUT IT ALSO HAS A BAR WHICH CAN BE FILLED PASSIVELY WHEN BEING EXPOSED A LARGE PERIOD OF TIME TO HIGH TEMPERATURES AND MANUALLY BY GIVING IT SAND , SULFUR ... WHEN THIS BAR IS FULLY CHARGED, SANDFLAME WILL START CAUSING HEAT STROKES TO ENEMIES THAT GET BITTEN BY IT. WHENEVER ITS BAR IS FILLED, NEXT TIME IT BITES WILL ACTIVATE THE BAR TIMER AND WILL BE ABLE TO APPLY THE HEATSTROKE STATUS TO ENEMIES UNTIL THE TIMER ENDS. When the bar finishes, its torpidity will increase due to the high temperatures it was exposed to but will be able to charge the bar again after a few seconds. When sandflame is able to cause heatstroke effect , a trail will start comming from its mouth and eyes to show the scorching effect it is able to cause. -Vulpes IS ABLE TO JUMP THEIR PRAY AND ATTACK WITH ITS CLAWS AFTER A SPECIFIC NUMBER OF HITS ( DEPENDING ON THE ENEMY ARMOR ) IT WILL BE ABLE TO CAUSE THE BLEEDING STATUS EFFECT. After succesfully applying bleeding its dexterity and attack speed will be faster during 20 seconds. -Vulpes IS ALSO ABLE OF AMBUSHING NEARBY ENEMIES. If it is a small prey it will be able to stun the enemy for a few seconds like raptors do. But if it is a bigger creature, it will have to bite it and attach to any body part of the enemy while its stamina drains. The enemy has the option to struggle and lose its stamina faster but kicking sandflame or to keep sandflame and lose stamina slower.(? Sandflame's jaws are lethal but not resistent enough to keep himself there so after a few seconds it will have to drop. While being attached to dinos , sandflame can parcially use its claws because it has to focus on the strenght of its jaws. While being in damage mode, sandflame is able to go faster but has less resistance. VULPES SUPPORT MODE ABILITIES: -Vulpes IS ABLE TO BITE NEARBY ALLIES ( 1 AT THE SAME TIME ) TO GIVE THEM A PROTECTION EFFECT FOR 12 SECONDS THAT WILL PREVENT ITS ALLY FROM GETTIG ANY KIND OF STUN. -Vulpes is ABLE TO REST AND PLAY WITH SAND ( MAKING IT TO BE UNABLE TO CAUSE ANY KIND OF DAMAGE OR DEFENSE WHILE ON THIS MODE , LIKE OWL FREEZE), WHILE RESTING , IT IS ABLE TO PASSIVELY HEAL NEARBY ALLIES . But it wont do it and get angry if you dont put sand on its inventory or any beautiful rock like gems. -Vulpes IS ABLE TO HOWL AND REDUCE NEARBY ALLIES NEGATIVE EFFECTS TIMER.(TORPIDITY REDUCTION AT THE SAME TIME). While being on support mode , sandflame is slower but has more resitence TAMING: To tame a Vulpes you will have to wait until nightime. When the night falls you will have to enter any burrow or cave where you know a sandflame is resting or hiding. You'll only be able to see its shinning eyes if it stays hidden. Whenever you know its position approach it and offer any beautiful gem ( red, blue or green gems ) or sulfur (but it doesnt like it as much) . Whenever it sees the gem, it will approach you and you will have to wait until it lets you pet its head . Whenever you pet it, it will stun you for 7 seconds and go away to hide again You will have to focus again on its eyes and offer gems until it finally gets tamed . Vulpes is clever and will find the perfect spot to hide from you. Art created by ManuKira On the images Im showing Im trying just to guide you through the aspect and traits it could have . Like fasolasuchus had Drawing created by NLONF The first image is the normal fox ( in real life) , the second image is a special franchise fox called "sandflame" from a special serie. The things of this fox are the special traits he has to make the base creature look cooler like the fasolasuchus.Dont use the second image as main creature . I just wanted to show the traits This is another in real life picture

Welcome to the unforgiving landscape of ARK: Extinction, a realm where the remnants of nature and technology converge. Amidst this A beast of biomechanics might emerges the Epicyon, a titanic prehistoric predator that has harnessed the very essence of Extinction's chaos to survive. With its size, elemental affinity, and pack-centric instincts, the Epicyon is both a formidable predator and an alluring enigma. ARK: Extinction Role The Epicyon roams Extinction as a colossal, shaggy sentinel, its fur infused with iridescent patterns that shimmer with the hues of the element. These patterns trace the lines of energy that course through its veins, symbolizing the creature's symbiotic relationship with Extinction's volatile ecosystem. The Epicyon has gone through a whole lot of changes sense being in the map of ark extinction it the element has mutated it size to a monstrous state it has made the creature more aggressive with that the creature has still seemed to retained its pack like habits sticking in to groups to about 4 or 5. It is a high mobility animal that can get you around the map pretty easily, with being really huge most animal try there best to run from such monsters they Attributes Elemental Resonance: The Epicyon's massive size is a testament to its ability to tap into Extinction's elemental energies. These energies have augmented its physical form, granting it heightened strength and resilience against the tek robots of the landscape. Pack Dominance: The Epicyon is a pack-oriented creature that roams Extinction with its alpha leader and loyal companions. Its ferocity and strength amplify in the presence of its pack, creating an intimidating, synergistic force. Tracking Gaze: The Epicyon possesses an innate ability to track and sense the energies of Extinction's creatures. By focusing its gaze on a specific target, it can temporarily reveal its location, even through obstacles, for both the Epicyon and the survivor and can even track your lost items when you die Abilities The size change was not the only thing that was altered about the epicyon it has also gained some new abilities Alpha Surge: Channeling the element within, the alpha Epicyon can release an energy surge that bolsters its pack's attributes temporarily. This surge grants increased speed, strength, and resistance, emphasizing the harmonious bond of the pack. Transcendent Roar: With a mighty roar, the Epicyon disrupts technology and shields its pack from electronic attacks basically a emp. Berserker Fury: When close to death, the Epicyon can enter a state of rage. In this mode, it becomes an unstoppable force, its attacks gaining additional damage and a chance to inflict a debilitating debuff on its target, rending foes vulnerable to subsequent assaults players if not careful will be victim to this ability Taming process Alpha Challenge - Attacking and killing the Alpha Epicyon will allow you to chose one from the pack and tame your very own epicyon this is no easy task tho when initiating the alpha battle it will cause the epicyon to be in berserker fury constantly which would make the battle pretty difficult. Venture into the ever-evolving realm of ARK: Extinction and embrace the enigma that is the Epicyon. As it prowls alongside its loyal pack and creature's colossal form rise to the challenge of earning the Epicyon's trust, unlocking its potent abilities, and becoming part of its primal legacy. Anyway I just really want to see a mammal win this time around give me any pointers or ideas if you have any.

Gorgonopsid, the blood hound Species: Inostrancevia Gorgonopsid Time: Late Permian Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Aggressive Wild: Native to the volcanic island and burnt island, Inostrancevia Gorgonopsid is a powerful predator similar in size to the thylacoleo. However unlike the marsupial lion, this grogon isn't addapted to climbing, being instead more adapted to tracking injured prey with their amazing sense of smell. This sense of smell seems to let Gorgonopsids not only track potential prey but give them information on how injured the prey is while letting them keep track of its location no mater how far they may have gone. With this powerful tool, Gorgonopsids are unique in the fact they will target larger carnivores then they usually would if they are injured enough, weather wild or tamed. This makes Gorgonopsids a nightmare for survivors on injured mounts on the burned habitats they inhabit as your best option is to run and hope the Gorgonopsid finds a more tasty meal or to swim as these predators do not seem to be well adapted to swimming. Domesticated: With such a powerful sense of smell many tribes tame Gorgonopsids and being decently strong and agile mounts for their size they make for a good mount to run around the islands of the center so long as you can avoid swimming which is possible thanks to their surprisingly good jumping abilities allowing it to jump over the rivers that separate the main islands of the center. However their main appeal is their powerful sense of smell, allowing those who tame Gorgonopsid to not only track and identify the strength of wild creatures but also tamed animals, making it an amazing animal for tamers and for scouts. To domesticate one of these beasts however may be counter intuitive for those who are not familiar with them. With their powerful sense of smell the best way to tame one is too use a rare flowers scent, which normally aggravates nearby creatures, to mellow down a nearby Gorgonopsid as they seem to enjoy the smell. This makes taming these very dangerous due to the neighbouring wildlife as you will have to feed them while the scent of the flower covers you to avoid being attacked by the Gorgonopsid. creatures in game name: Gorgonopsid base stats: 800 hp 500 stam 100 oxygen 1300 food 500 weight 50 base damage on bite. abilities: primary fire:50 damage bite secondary fire: mark scent, aim and release right click to mark a creatures scent allowing you to track them and to see their stats like hlna would show jump button of choice: jump that can be charged up by holding. tertiary ability: cosmetic roar Tldr: thyla sized carnivore with hlna stat reading ability and the ability to track down creatures by marking their scent, wild or tamed. Good jump for mobility. Tame by eating rare flowers and then passive tame it while trying not to die. Fits well with the centre as this creature is one of the few confirmed who did not make it into the game and it'd be nice to add it with an og map like the center.

TERATERPETON Abilities: Primary attack: Bite/Snatch Teraterpeton has a standard bite attack. However, by holding down the primary attack button you will charge a close range grabbing attack. This ability works on creatures up to the size of an Ovis. You can use the snatch offensively to grab shoulder pets off of survivors. First ability: Impaling tongue Teraterpeton’s tongue is sharp, strong, and dripping with venom. This venom allows Teraterpeton to disable the abilities of creatures for a time. While pierced by the tongue Creatures up to a medium size can be completely prevented from fleeing, but larger creatures can be slowed or stopped depending how many Teraterpeton are using Impaling tongue. . All sensing tongue is great for tracking creatures and resources. Using this ability will reveal the creatures (including their levels) and resource veins around you within a large radius. Third ability Crawling earth Teraterpeton is able to climb and is relatively quiet compared to other climbers. While climbing, Teraterpeton is able to use Impaling Tongue to drag small creatures into its mouth. Passive ability: Resistant scales Every once in a while Teraterpeton will shed its skin; this skin can be found inside of its inventory and can be crafted into cloaks which provide 50% resistance to torpor draining attacks and acid attacks. Wild Behavior: Teraterpeton stalks cloaked in the shadows of Aberration’s great roots. While hunting, they hide in darkness, waiting for prey to pass. When a mark walks by, Teraterpeton packs spring their trap! A flurry of tongues descend upon the prey, immobilizing the beast while the rest of the pack tears it to shreds. Teraterpeton babies can be found on the backs of females, watching the adults hunt. If the female they are riding on is killed they will quickly run away but can still be tamed using the methods listed below. Taming: Tranquilizers have no effect on Teraterpeton, instead, by throwing enough plant species Z fruit at a Teraterpeton it will begin to recognize the survivor as a consistent source of food (similar to how ducks respond to humans). After this has been achieved, the Teraterpeton will become passive to the player and respond to traditional passive taming methods, its favorite foods being mutton and plant species Z seeds. Tamed: When tamed, Teraterpeton make great pets for hunters and group explorers. They benefit greatly from pack mentality and can take down the largest prey when together. Their saddle allows the survivor to craft the aforementioned cloak. Additional Information: Teraterpeton is approximately Thylacoleo height and Carnotarus length. Teraterpeton has similar speed to a raptor. Teraterpeton lives in dark areas of the Green Zone and some areas of the Bioluminescent Zone. Teraterpeton is inspired by multiple creatures including the Argentine Giant Tegu, Giant anteaters, Komodo dragons, Canada goose, Cuban false chameleon, Three toed woodpecker, and Spoonbill duck. Conclusion: Teraterpeton is a fun new way to help assist with creature abilities An excellent addition to keep you on your toes in the caverns of Aberration! And if you like Teraterpeton make sure to… Credits: Art by @Annoyed_Persistence on Instagram, and Lapis Lazuli Dossier editing by Lapis Lazuli https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teraterpeton

Saurornitholestes, the Living Tracker
allmightywizard posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
Have you ever lost a tamed creature in the wild and have no idea where you were? Well, here's a new helper to assist in tracking. This raptor can also locate specific materials, items, as well as wild dinos. Have you ever been looking for a specific wild dino and can't find it? Saurornitholestes will lead you straight to it! Time: Late Cretaceous Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Agressive Wild Saurornitholestes closely resembles the raptor in size and speed. It even hunts with raptors, but this one is different. It also possesses an unusually large skull cavity for its olfactory bulbs giving it the keen ability to track other creatures with ease. Taming This creature is tamed the traditional way - knock out, feed it, and done. Domesticated Once tamed, the Saurornitholestes can help the survivor track specific wild species. It certainly needs to be familiar with its smell to sniff it out. So far, it has been able to locate any person in my tribe and any creature in our possession. -
Muttaburrasaurus - The Ultimate Dino Searcher and Tracker!
PikayuAxew22 posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
Have you ever lost you dino in the woods? Can't you find them? Have you ever dropped your shoulder buddy somewhere, and never seen them again? Or have you struggled finding this wild creature to tame, but whithout any success? Well, worry no more! Muttaburrasaurus, the living tracker, is here to help you! DESCRIPTION: Muttaburrasaurus langdoni is a hadrosaurid found in Australia in 1963. It lived during the mid cretaceous and had a size of 8 meters. It walked on two feet. The most different feature of this animal was the big nasal bone on its head, which was most likely for producing sound or for mating. DOSSIER WILD: Although Muttaburrasaurus has a size bigger that Iguanodon and Parasaurolophus, it is not commonly a very brave creature. In fact, it is a little bit shy, and it runs away when watching predators even as small as a raptor. Not even humans can approach to it without scaring them. It constantly gathers in small groups of three individuals, but survivors have observed it in groups of five. They are passive creatures that look for food on the ground, and go to the lakes and rivers to drink water. However, it is always with its pack. Such a sociable and shy animal at the same time! DOMESTICATED: Muttaburrasaurus is a completely social animal. It will not trust you, unless all of them do. This animals can be tamed passively, but you have to approach very slowly (unless you want to scare them). In order to get them to trust you, you have to feed the three of them (unless they are five, where you can just tame two). If you do not feed them all, then they will start to loose their trust, and they will finally run away. Once tamed, these dinosaurs have a lot of uses. It seems that survivors ride them to find lost dinosaurs, because of the unique ability of Mutaburrasaurus to find dinosaurs through its roar. Some even use them to look for wild dinos, which they want to tame. It looks very effective, because the more of them you tame, the more area they can cover in searching. But beware! The sound of Muttaburrasaurs seems to attract carnivores when used too repeatedly, so measure your calls with your friends! SPAWNING Muttaburrasaurus will spawn in groups o three individuals, with the exception of packs of five, that have >20% of chance of appearing. They will spawn near rivers, where they will be calmly feeding themselves unless a carnivore approaches to make them flee. TAMING Muttaburrasaurus will have a passive taming. In order to approach to them, the survivor must be crouched down. Then, they must feed the three of them in the case of packs of three, or two in the case of the packs of five. After 50%, the survivor can get up. If they do not feed the required ammount, the taming bar will lower, until it reaches 0%, when the whole pack will run away. ABILITIES Muttaburrasaurus are rideable, will have the ability to search for dinos that have been lost, or for wild dinos around it. You can configure it to look for tamed dinos or for wild dinos. When right click is touched, it will produce a sound that will place a small label on top of the dinos that are selected. This label will say the name and level of the dinos found. When more tamed Muttaburrasaurus are near, they will all produce the sound, increasing the area by 10% with each new individual of the pack. In addition, to level this dino's weakness, they will have a pack buff that will increase their melee atack by 20% with each new individual in the pack, making them effective to use as bodyguards. Some art of Muttaburrasaurus (credits to the creators of the images): (Image by Johan Egerkrangs) (Muttaburrasaurus Interpretation Centre) I hope you like Muttaburrasaurus! I've always had a problem to find my dinos when I die, and I thought of this as a solution. I hope that if you have the same problem, you can benefit from this! Ragnarok is a big and vast map where creatures can be lost, but with a little bit of luck, they will no more! This ancient mammal was twice the size of a lion and one of the world's greatest preditors. This creature would have a bowerful bite that inflicts bleed damage. The simbakubwa was a fast and agile creature with great climbing and jumping abilities. My idea for the simbakubwa is that he would have a tracking ability and would be able to tell you what creatures and players with their levels that are within a certain radius of him. He would also be able to track the footprints of targeted players or creatures by using a smelling ability that would last for a certain amount of time. The simbakubwa would spawn in the desert biome. I think the simbakubwa was a fascinating animal and is well deserving of a place in ark.

One day, my tribe and I were taking stroll a through the burning desert, looking for supplies and water, due to the resources being very low, so we decided to try and restock. We had just crossed the Wyvern trench, when a fire Wyvern flew up and started raining fire down on us. We fought hard but were no match for the scaly fiend. We thought we were done for…until the Wyvern stopped..it started to worriedly look at the sandy ground past us. We looked too, and saw strange Moving shapes in the desert sand, when we saw some of those shapes leap up and down into and from the sand we were greatly surprised… And then they attacked from below….jaws widened, claws sharpened, teeth ….sparking?……until it was revealed to be a pack of DROMEOSAURS, vicious sand dwelling reptilian sharks of the wasteland. They launched out and grabbed the bewildered Fire Wyvern, injecting it with their bio electric venom, stunning it, and forcing it to land. They teared it to SHREDZ, and devoured the talons. Shortly after, they glowed with the Wyverns element, their skin turning cracked, their quills hardened until their body turned red, and they began to almost resemble a fiery, volcanic beast. And just as quickly as they came, they tunneled back into the sand, in a cloud of dust, and then they launched into the trench. Never have I seen such unique raptors such as these predators…intelligent, savage…deadly. My tribe had barley escaped that day, thanks to those creatures attacking the fire wyvern….they were mysterious creatures that could use further study. This is the description of the Dromeosaurs. I decided that ark should have not only a raptor, but a wyvern hunter, and a master tunneler. I wanted to make something unique, and give ark more raptors. I am Very open to suggestions…also if someone could make an image or a dossier, I’d be much obliged (you don’t have to, just asking 😅). Now let’s get to it. Wild: In the wild, these Vicious Cousins of ARK’s raptors and Deinonychus hunt by swimming through the sand, leaping up on ANYTHING that comes close, evolving to be larger and more unique then their fossilized ancestors. Their favorite prey: Wyverns and their eggs. Because of this, they’ve developed miraculous abilities, like being able to launch and jump high enough from the sand to pounce on an unsuspecting wyvern, or into their nest. Long extendable claws, use for slashing, and climbing any surface. A paralyzing bio-electric venom that drains stamina on fliers, especially wyverns, and a sonic roar which allows them disorientate flying Wyverns. They have been known to climb into their nest, and devour their eggs. Dromeosaurs have also been seen absorbing wyvern elements by devouring their talons, or eggs making them deadly adversaries. Their sense of smell is also a very excellent tool, being able to track fliers and land creatures for miles. Domesticated: As vicious as they seem, these creatures aren’t heartless. The secret to taming is to first plant bombs, causing them to surface from the sand. You must then lead them towards the trench, and help them kill a few Wyverns. Once the Wyverns have been seen, the pack will unleash another ability…bullet fangs. The Dromeosaurs are able to shoot their teeth at their targets, acting like a turret, so get a gun, and help them with the onslaught. After that, let them consume a talon, and hop on the Alpha’s back. Once aboard, there will be a timer until it bucks you off. You must then lead the Dromeosaurs into the trench, and gather the Wyvern eggs, and escape the trench while grounding a couple of wyverns. To complete the taming, allow them to eat a couple eggs, and play music. This will calm them, and The Dromeosaurs will sometimes try to “sing” along to it. After that, you’ve made a lot of new friends, who will help you conquer this desert land. Saddle: While these creatures do not require a saddle, it is very much suggested. It comes with grappling chains, and grenades, while also being equipped with drills to help with digging. It also comes with a few sticky tricks. Bite: A standard bite, cause bleed and damage. Bio-electric bite: This ability will allow you to stun wyverns in their tracks, paralyzing them temporarily. Quills: Their quills are able to rattle, causing a rallying cry for their allies. Dromeosaurs have also evolved to enlarge and harden their quills, resembling sharpened stones. Then they get on all fours, arch their backs, and then…fire away. Bullet teeth: This ability Allows Dromeosaurs to launch their teeth. When getting ready to attack, they crouch on all fours, rattle their quills, and fire away. This ability cause the tips of their teeth to harden with a strange bio-metal, increasing damage. Leap of faith: Dromeosaurs have evolved to jump extremely high, and taking little to no fall damage, giving them excellent agility. Wall Crawling: Due to their competition with Wyverns the Dromeosaurs have leaned to use their claws to climb walls and ceiling’s, allowing them to sneak into the nest undetected. Prehensile Tail: This tail allows them to wrap their tails around cliff sides, and are perfect for snatching eggs. Quadrupedalism: This allows them to crawl, or sprint on all fours. Sonic shout: This is used for echolocation, blocking and redirecting projectiles, and weakening or temporarily snuffing out a Wyverns breath. However, using it dose eventually drain stamina. Tunneling: Dromeosaurs are known for tunneling and swimming in the sand, so watch where you step, you never know if one is hiding beneath the surface. Pouncing: Allows the creatures to pounce, or latching on, mainly used for grounding wyverns, or Park-core. Tail slam/blinding:When used, it causes the Dromeosaur to slam its tail, or brush it against the sand, leaving a dusty cloud that will temporarily blind opponents, and allowing for a quick tunnel escape. Wyvern Elements: This is unlocked by either consuming Wyvern Talons or their eggs, giving Dromeosaurs a noticeable change and power up. It can also be found on other maps with Wyverns. Fire Talon: When consumed, it allows to creature to inherit the fire element, causing it to glow, and give it a somewhat volcanic appearance. The Dromeosaurs will then be able to set things on fire, either by slashing, biting, or spitting lava balls. And Immunity to fire and lava and grants the Sonic Shout burning abilities. Increases during heatwaves. Lighting Talon: Increases speed and stamina, creates lighting blast, and electrifies it’s Sonic shout. It also enables the Dromeosaur to create shockwaves. Damage increases with lighting storms. They gain metallic back spikes, and a spiky frill, similar to the lighting Wyvern. Poison Talon: Gives the Dromeosaurs a nasty decaying bite, venom, and poison gas, Knocking out lesser creatures and low level Wyverns. The creature gains frills, and a forked tongue and fangs. Ice talon: Gives the ability of creating mist, and being able to blast cold fire, giving creatures freezer burn, and allows hit to turn its bullet teeth into Icicle teeth. Their quills turn into glacier like spikes, and they gain a mist like collar. Crystals from a Crystal Wyvern: These forms give the Dromeosaurs the abilities and Crystalized quills, resembling the Crystal Wyverns. Blood Crystal Wyvern: Assumes a red and black crystalline form, the Dromeosaur will sprout red, Crystal like fangs, that will absorb the blood of the victims, increasing health and strength. It also grants new abilities, like spitting red globs, meant to trap or slow down prey, and an unquenchable blood lust. Ember Crystal Wyvern:Sports yellow, or orange red back Crystals and Crystal like hand and foot claws, and an orange appearance. Gives it a flamethrower ability and the power to absorb and redirect heat, strengthens its flames through the crystals.
