Species: Hippocampus Sarmaticus/Leviathan Time: Middle Miocene Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Aggressive I feel Ark's oceans need a bit of love. What better way than with a new mount. Seahorses are pretty cool looking as well as sea dragons, and who wouldn't want to ride around on one. A saddled mount of course They're like master ninjas, so this mount could have some sort of camo ability, maybe when they're within underwater vegetation. They could function similar to an underwater purlovia, and their first strike from being hidden could cause massive burst damage. Kinda like sneak damage. Because of this sneakyness, make all wild creatures non aggressive to it unless provoked. This includes the jellies. In fact, let's make this creature immune to jellies shock to have another mount to fight against them. Maybe even have cnidaria actively run away from them like the piranha does to the sarco. These could be the best biotoxin gatherers. (A sea slug pic, but the patterns and appendages look cool, and I invision this ark creature taking visual cues from it) Seahorses also are very tanky with their bone like ridges down their body. Instead of their body and tails being cylindrical, they're more square, thus able to take more damage and even be compressed and be able to bounce back unharmed. This means the ark creature could make for a very tanky mount with possibly even recoil damage. Add a good saddle for even more tanking. Seahorses also have great mobility, so it can control similar to an underwater Tapejara. This is a very interesting video below about Seahorses. Utility is a big thing the ocean needs too. With the males pouch, it could function as an underwater maewing, able to nurse or improve imprints. Maybe a player can use its pouch to be transported underwater and give oxygen. Again, immunity to jelly stings. They have these cool prehensile tails too. They can use this to latch onto different things underwater to stay put, and enter a sort of turret mode. We can use these prehensile tails to grab small to some medium sized creatures, which has a multitude of uses, but also make it able to pick players underwater from their mounts. To balance this, make it ridden only or something. These tails could have another purpose too. There aren't any underwater shoulder pets. Until they're grown, while they're still a baby/adolescent, they can use the tail to become a shoulder mount. Adding stun immunity or reduction, or adding armor and recoil damage to the player while assisting in battle with their attack/breath. The balance to this would be that it's temporary, until the baby reaches a certain size, then it auto dismounts. Killing cnidaria could make it grow faster, or feeding it biotoxin. It would speed up raising. You could ignore this mechanic to keep it smaller for longer to keep the shoulder benefits, because it's raise time could be long without using it. With all these positives, maybe give the creature lower stamina, or make it opposite of the bear. Super fast burst speed that eventually slows down. Same with dps. Stupid high burst speed dps, that slows a lot over time. The way I imagine it looking is some kind of Seahorse/Seadragon hybrid with some draconian features. This is ark afterall, and some dinos aren't 100% real world accurate, so we can spice this up a bit. https://www.google.com/search?q=sea+dragon&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwj_ttH9nMj8AhWTFmIAHQ8kBcAQ2-cCegQIABAC&oq=sea+dragon&gs_lcp=ChJtb2JpbGUtZ3dzLXdpei1pbWcQAzIECCMQJzIKCAAQgAQQsQMQDTIECAAQQzIECAAQQzIECAAQQzoFCAAQgAQ6BAgAEAM6CAgAEIAEELEDOgsIABCABBCxAxCDAToHCAAQsQMQQ1CBCFjmJGC-KWgAcAB4AIABe4gBgAuSAQM2LjiYAQCgAQHAAQE&sclient=mobile-gws-wiz-img&ei=WzzDY7-dA5OtiLMPj8iUgAw&bih=647&biw=412&client=ms-android-americamovil-us-revc#imgrc=t00DU5k3vLyQlM&imgdii=w_wkJPB5AToXmM Another cool option would be some kind of underwater breath attack. Bubbles that stun or slow so they can assassinate prey, or superheated water jet, but I'd like for them to have some sort of poison breath. It would go with the assassin theme. This poison would accumulate in its inventory similar to acatina, maybe increasing production for a time with cnidaria kills stacking. We could coat our weapons or even dino claws with the poison to give special debuffs and inreased damage per hit for a time. This would benefit high attack speed dinos a lot like the raptor, giving more use for its faster attack buff from its alpha call. I hope you all like and upvote.

WILD The Albertosaurus can often be found surrounded by a pack of troodons these two have a symbiotic relationship with the Albertosaurus fighting off larger predators and the troodons defending the Albert while it sleeps at night. ABILITIES The Albertosaurus can compress and expand its spinal chord ranging from the size of a bary to the size of an allo in its small form the Albertosaurus can jump long distances sprint at high speeds and has a stealth that reduces the aggro of other dinos and gives a small damage reduction, however this form has rather lackluster weight and health with only average melee. In its large form the Albertosaurus has a bleed effect on its attacks as well as a stomp attack that will slow down nearby creatures once this form will also have a super attack similar to a shadowmane. This form lacks stamina and speed but has great melee and health as well as an average weight. TAMING To tame the Albertosaurus you have to sneak up on it while it is sleeping killing the entire troodon pack then you access the Albert's inventory placing an artifact inside upon doing this the Albertosaurus will go into a rage changing into its large form then chasing the survivor then to finish the taming the survivor has to drop hunter trophies as the Albertosaurus gives chase then the Albertosaurus is yours.

Though we have a Direwolf and it wouldn't be hard to make one look like a fox, the Giant Fox could be smaller than a Direwolf, but obviously bigger than your every day average fox. So, I'm posting this here for the giant fox. A Giant Fox would make a pretty cool addition to the game and I have a few ideas for not only its abilities, but stats in relation to its bigger counterpart - Direwolves, and if it would need a saddle or not. So, here is the ability: Creature: Giant Fox Biome: Any, but most in Redwoods Abilities: High Jump (3 wall high), Creature/Item Bag location (Super Hearing and smell), and Stealth Ridable: Yes Breedable: Yes Tame Method: You have to throw meat at the ground and let it eat it but if he see you he will not eat the meat and attack you Saddle: Optional (Can wear a saddle but does not need one to ride, like the Equus) Well, this is my take on it and personally I'd love to see a Giant Fox creature added to the game!! Also this is open for discussion as well as a suggestion. Thank you all!!!

Deltadromeus The stealth dinosaur. Diet:Prime meats only or kibble Temperment:Highly territorial Ability 1 the Deltadromeus can change its vision to hunt and stalk prey meaning it will run fast and deal more damage to that dinosaur it has targeted and you will also be notified of the preys location like the tame tracker however there is a cool down of 5 minutes.Good for taming can also do a tail whip to stun the dinos it’s tracking. Ability 2 Armoured body a bit like the stego it will take less damage and prevent dismount. It will move slower so you have to be careful not to get in a sticky situation while that ability is active it is also immune to any shadowmane effects. Ability 3 The deltadromeus ,also known as the delta runner will be able to run up sheer surfaces and crawl on ceilings ,like the Desmodus draculae it will be able to stay on a ceiling and target players or an angry dinosaur.Unlike the parasaur it will tell you what the dinosaur is good for pvp. Ability 4 The female Deltadromeus can go invisible at night but can not go into Armored mode can also automatically go invisible at night. Where to find This stalker will be found in forests sleeping like the megalosaurus. To tame this beast you must let it chase you until it gets tired. Then it will do a knockout animation and you go and feed. Once fed it will get back and you do the same thing again but be careful because it will fake it sometimes like an indoraptor just to eat you but trust me it will be worth it. Spawns everywhere but extinction and scorched earth. Unlocked saddle at level 56 Hope you like this dinosaur. Upvote this so we can see it an the game it would be awesome and a great addition to the game

A swamp living tank that will eat just about anything while also being able to grow offensive plants upon its back. It would be passive until attacked. Would drop keratin, meat and hide. It would be able to harvest meat, chitin, keratin, meat, hide, and berries. 1 man saddle. Dossier: Desmatosuchus Paluslacus Temperament reactive Time period Triassic Diet omnivore Wild: While most reptiles that thrive in ark swamps are aggressive, desmatosuchus seems to be an exception. These burly reptiles roam the swamp in search of something edible. It seems that few species eat them, as these animals are covered with armor and spikes from head to toe. However, the most interesting is their active camouflage, which consists in covering with dirt and moss. They seem to stimulate this growth by giving the plants and moss on the back nutrients directly from their bodies. This leads to anything that desmas actually notices to leave them alone, however, if something tries to attack this normally calm aetosaurus, it may become enraged before entering an extremely docile state. Domesticated: While very few tribes have managed to tame this beast, those who have found an incredibly useful companion for both war and simple survival. Due to the fact that most species lead a sedentary lifestyle, desmatosuchus is unique in that it can grow types of plants on its back. However, most edible plants seem to grow poorly, leading most survivors to grow endemic plant species x, y, and even z. However, these plants seem to make desmatosuchus hungrier and hungrier. Even their spiky tails seem to help plant growth by scaring away insects and birds. Abilities: Left mouse click - Medium Bite attack Right-click - Swipe with the tail, which deals more damage, but has more cool down Attack C-plant attacks. For Species X, he turns on their tower mode and exhausts his hunger with each shot. For Plant species Y desmatosuchus will drop 4 plant species y traps around itself, which will have cool down during which desma hunger sharply depleted. Finally, for plant species Z, desmatosuchus will blow up all the fruits of Plant Z at once and produce a powerful flash that will blind the creature for a considerable period of time and similarly have a long recovery period during which hunger is rapidly depleted, as Plant species Y. Taming: Unlike most ark creatures, Desmatosuchus seems to be resistant to tranquilizers while on guard, and it's almost impossible to knock them out when they are alert. The way to get around this is to attack Desmatosuchus until he goes into a defensive rage. Having survived this Rage, desmatosuchus will get tired and will be vulnerable to tranquilizers that allow you to tame it by knockout. The higher the level, the more damage is required to the transition to a state of rage and the longer it lasts. Cultivation of plant species: To grow plants on its back and sides, seeds are first required. After placing these seeds in the inventory, the plants will grow, and the hunger of the desmatosuchus will be depleted a little faster than usual. After about half the normal growth time, the plants will be fully grown and ready for use. None of these processes require fertilizers or water, as the plants get both from the croc. After the plants are fully grown, desma's hunger will always be depleted a little more than usual, but it will still be smaller when the plants were growing. The plants would visually be smaller and visually represent the stages of their growth, and would also be around the lateral thorns of the desma. Various: - Desmatosuchus would be about the of a roll rat. - The saddle would be placed in the middle area of the armor with the saddle attached to the two longest spikes on its back. - it would have a health score similar to allo's, but would have a large damage reduction due to his armor. - It would be quite slow and would have a large turning radius. - It will also have a pretty good carrying capacity - it would have high hunger with the usually slow exhaustion of hunger. - He could do a little above average damage - Finally, it won't have oxygen stats .
