  1. Add RECIPE (kibble, etc.) engrams in COOKERS! why do we have to look up ingame mechanics, systems, features, etc. on a third party website, not 100% accurate, while it can be ingame. "Wildcard: you want to know our changes, and how things work....go look somewhere on the internet, and hope the information is correct...WUT? This game has so much (useless) information on items, that is only useless filler. However there are notes you can find that have a description onw how to cook limited food. (ITS OUTDATED). What about enabling ALL recipiesin the COOKERS, so you can EXACTLY see what you need, AND what is being cooked. I made a mod that does this, it works like a charm, and doesnt remove immersion, cheating or anything....its just how it should be. You should NOT guess how to make a recipie, or look into the WIKI....it SHOULD and CAN be ingame easily. > Add default inventory items "add all recipies" BAM done. 5 minutes work. (see screenshot of my mod i made). An egg has a USELESS DESCRIPTION, "its good for large animals, nom nom"...what the raptor does that mean, its cute and all but why not replace that USELESS TEXT with ingredients how to make the kibble.
  2. Allow an option when placing or once placed to toggle show range on troughs this way we can place Dino's around them or litter our base with them and not have any Dino's out of range. The mechanic exists with Dino leash or Tek generators, just needs implementing into the radial menu for troughs
  3. Streamline the HUD information for tamed dinos 1. Replace the tame text ID line with the ID panel when close up. Tames currently have two HUD markers, the green identification text above the dino and the identification panel overlaying the dino's body. Having the panel there obscures the dino's body (esp small ones), meaning it's covering up one of the visual appeals of the game. The green ID text is either above or below the dino's body depending on the dino's size, so having the identification panel replace the green ID text when it pops up would keep it out of the way. We only need one at a time, the panel is the right choice for close up, and it shouldn't block your view of the dino. 2.Present the same info on the ID panel and the dino inventory screen. There's currently different information on each, for instance the gender is only on the ID panel, so you sometimes have to leave the inventory screen to check that. Having both give the same, full information would be much better.
  4. Remove "Enable wandering to mate" It doesnt really work does it? (if it still works, there is NO reason to use it at all, there's not a single soul that love wandering dinos to mate). Protip for wildcard: open widget: remove line > save file > cook. > done! Thanks in advance!
  5. Pillar Overhaul/Removing Nubs Issues with pillars have been common since the beginning; either by their odd snap points or the like but they are necessary in most cases to build a functional base on the many uneven terrains of the arks. The structure of the pillar as a whole in my opinion needs a overhaul but for the sake of this suggestion I will be talking about a part of the aesthetics of the pillar. We all know when you place a pillar down first then a ceiling the ceiling will snap to the top of the pillar with a flush, smooth top but when you try to place a ceiling down first (attached to another structure) then a pillar down from that ceiling it leaves a unnecessarily large nub sticking out from the top of the ceiling. These nubs are not pleasing to the eye to any builder and when you try to go around the problem by placing all your pillars first then when its time to upgrade the pillars underneath they default back to the nub sticking out from the ceiling. Its especially annoying when people place bear traps within the nubs so you cant see where they are just to mess with you while you are stuck there for who knows how long trying to get out of the traps in your own base. In short, if there is a way to revamp the pillar structure all together or just remove the nubs from the top of the ceilings so our floors/ceilings can be smooth and flush it would be much appreciated. Summary: Overhaul the pillar structure to make them more simplified and/or remove the nubs from the pillars that protrude through ceilings.

  7. Pipe/Cable Highlights Imagine you are installing plumbing and a electrical grid into your base when your pipes/cables merge into the mesh of your ceilings/foundations/walls. Working blind, you get frustrated and your enjoyment building your base turns into more of a chore than what it has to be in the first place. With this quality of life change I suggest when you have a cable/pipe selected ready to place down you can see a highlight, a white highlight perhaps, over preexisting cables/pipes that can be seen through structures indicating where other pipes/cables placed by your tribe are in that area so there are no missed areas of cabling/piping in your base. I know with this quality of life change it will assist many builders like myself in building our OCD base designs without fear of missing a spot of cabling/piping. Summary: Highlight over preexisting piping/cabling when a similar one is selected that can be seen through structures
  8. Suggested Dunkleosteous TLC The Dunkleosteous should get the argy treatment. It is the only underwater harvester and deserves an upgrade. It should get quartered weight because stuff weighs less underwater.
  9. Porting of P+ features, plus huge QOL and new resource additions Hi Everyone! Please, I know this is a really long group of suggestions, but please take the time to read it. I feel these features will work very well in the game and make all progression tiers easier, and more fun! Now then, since not that many people play Primitive Plus anymore although it has a lot of cool features, I always thought it would be great for the game if some of its features were put into vanilla to make the early part of the game (and some later parts) more interesting. My goal is to add many more resources and stations that act as "Midgame items" so that there's a middle between Wood and Gasoline for smelting, between Mortar and Pestles and Chemistry Benches, and so on, to make the middle of the game a bit easier and more interesting. I'm also suggesting many new Tek tier items to make the endgame more rewarding, and many structures to make breeding much easier. Obviously these are just my ideas, and not everyone will agree with them. If you have a suggestion, PLEASE share it! I want this to be the best it can be.   10. Quality Of Life Suggestions Hello I have been playing the game for a while and these are a few things that I currently struggle with on the game. 1. Tek Forcefield, Generator and Turret placeable on a platform saddle, or option to enable to do so on private servers. 2. Snap points for the Behemoth Gate across all different structure types, placeable within a even number of foundations. 3. Easier way of toggling between different snap points on structures. I hope this helps and I have seen the current list of quality of life issues and believe these would help.
  11. Have transmitters recheck for modded dino compatibility every time Transmitters apparently only check for dino mod compatibility once, then gray out the dino forever. This means if you're running more than one server and there's any problem with a dino mod on a server, people get dinos grayed out forever in the transmitter. Fixing the mod problem doesn't restore them to availability, and you can't even return them to the original server they came from - they are just marked as undownloadable forever. And they don't have to be modded dinos either, any mod which affects dinos in any way can potentially cause this problem. So please have the transmitter check for compatibility every time you open the transmitter, or start the server, or whatever? Not locking away people's dinos forever (in a place they can still see them, no less) because of minor, easily correctable server issues would be excellent.
  12. Change all dino dismount to stand-up instead of jump off Some dinos you jump off, some dinos you just stand up. The stand-up method is way preferable, since you can easily dismount to where you want to be, instead of being thrown into problematic places (getting stuck between tames or rocks, sliding off of cliff edges, etc.). This will possibly make dismounting look odd on small rideable dinos like ovis, pachy, ptera etc, and for that I'd suggest simply assuming the crouch animation on dismount, and auto-switch it to standing as soon as the player starts moving. Should look at least as good, and work far better, than the current always-jump method for them. Jumping off of a small dino you've just parked with other tames is probably the #1 cause of getting stuck in-between dinos. Alternatively, if you're building the crouch > stand method, you might be able to just use that on everything. I can't think of a mount where that wouldn't be just fine. Thanks for targeting QoL! It's great to be able to separate these suggestions from bug fixes and major new feature suggestions.
  13. console inventory management Console needs some way to manage inventory transfers more easily, for example when making gunpowder it is difficult to fill up a chem bench. To get exactly the correct amount of spark powder to charcoal it takes either a great deal of time holding the "a" button like 30 times or using some sort of storage box, transfer all system. Console needs a way that it can either drag and select items to transfer, or transfer a specific number of items(or stacks of items).
  14. Vegetables are Prime meat for herbivores Why not make the advanced crops like carrots game herbivore like prime meat does for carnivores, because currently their just a more expensive version of mejoberrys
  15. Sort by species Would love to see a sort by species option in cryofridges that will put all like type species no matter life stage next to each other would make it easier to spot overall..
  16. Extra small taxidermy stands Can we get a extra small taxidermy stand as if you get a baby dermis looks like a real life size dino figure but small still way to big... Need a miniutare stand for the baby dinos to place on tables...

Xbox/Pc true play anywhere Please make it so the xbox and win10 pcs have a true playanywhere cause just installed on pc hopong to free xbox up but its not true playanywhere whole diff server tree and hardly any xbox servers on it please include all of the xbox server tree if your calling it play anywhere shouldnt have to move from server i have been on xbox to get to one thats in both systems as that is not a playanywhere and false advertising on game... https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2017/12/20/xbox-play-anywhere-support-comes-ark-survival-evolved/.... By now all of the xbox servers should of been available to select on pcs so we can use our chars on ethier system just like play anywhere supppse to work.
  18. Boss Fights and Roll backs Your servers crashed, and when everyone is dc’d, if you’re in an arena, you’re wiped. We weren’t even in the arena, had been done with the fight for 10 min, server crashed right at the next server save. Lost 19 rexes and a yuty. All the tributes and artifacts, element. Why does it not kick the team back out of the fight if the server goes down? Why not have a setting where it just pushes the team to the obi? That’s 8 day raise for the yuty, and 4 for the rexes, because your manticore lands every 5 minutes in a fight (we start fights right after a server save, and we’re done right after the next one due to bad rag manticore landing logic). These are two major issues that could easily be addressed, yet continue to be problems. Or if you’re going to roll the server back, roll it back to the last save with nobody in the arena. This should never be an issue of losing that much progress for anyone due to your company’s servers. Your GMs won’t replace the saddles, nor the stats of the rexes (even if you, like we do, have the complete team and the bps to show the stats of everything you lost).
  19. QoL trading menu and trading system Trading has become such a huge part of ark, many who have traded have lost things or received things they did not expect in a trade. I propose a trade menu, I threw together a mock up of what I'd thing it would look like Being able to see what the other person is offering and inspect the items but not take them is important so that's what the their offer screen allows for Being able to type in a personal private chat that only you and the other trader can see is very convenient so there is a private trade channel and text box there too. Reject trade button to cancel the trade Accept trade waits until both parties have clicked the button then carries out the trade simultaneously so nobody has to go first or last, no more will anyone go first to receive nothing in return. This also has the advantage of trades being able to be logged by the server should you wish wildcard to keep track of duplicated item trades, (of course items could still be dropped on the floor or transfered through inventories should people wish) There is a your inventory tab and also a trade offer tab so you can see exactly what you are offering up for trade too I think I covered everything, changed text on screen to represent a full mockup Let me know what you think please

Ancestory List Xbox Console When going into ancestory list on xbox highlight gets stuck on close x and no way to get to the scroll bars to scroll through the ancestory list of breed dinos please allow us to access these scroll bars so we can scroll all the way through generations of bred dinos
  21. This has been a ridiculous issue since forever, and it especially bad if you set anything in the water on wander, they can randomly glitch out of the water due to beach collision bugging and then instantly die. When they leave the water they should start depleting oxygen so you can at least get them back into the water, or they can wander back in themselves. It would also be great for there to be a zone above all water surfaces that pushes them down a tiny bit (only like a few inches, not enough to push so rider's head underwater when idling at surface), so they sink smoothly like force applied (not sink them just push them so they're at the top of the water instead of sticking out, rather than just hitting a wall). This would also help prevent megalodons from doing the nose swim thing where they are in a tiny shallow bit of water with nose in it and all rest of body out of the water. They wouldn't be able to beach themselves or anything because the force would push them against the ground and keep them from going too shallow by sliding them back (this would also prevent the lobsters from chasing people up mountains and stuff). This is a mirror of my Reddit post.
  22. Harvest Settings expanded on dinos Instead of just the disabling of resource and victim collection on dinos would love to see it expanded to turn off collection of certain resource types allowing you to say when meat gathering on a giga only to get raw meat the ability to turn off hide pelt chitin kertain on dinos would be vary nice and to turn off stone and flint off anklyos while doing a resource run would help a lot as well save time of sorting through inventory and tossing unwanted stuff... Please add this in... I am sure others could come up with even more reasons to have the expanded option to turn on and off each resource the creature is capable of harvesting..
  23. Automatic Language Translation So, to help foster a more inclusive environment to people of different nationalities, I would really love it if ARK had different language localization by default, but also had the capability to translate different languages to your choice language. I and many people on English clients use a very large universal font pack to allow us to see Chinese, Japanese, and Cyrillic fonts. Additionally, I believe the reverse is true--people with other default languages often also use English Language globalization in addition to their own home language. This allows us to use google translate on our phones to try to hold conversations with our peers and pals from other countries. However, this is a very clunky solution, and the global font pack is an imperfect system that makes it impossible to see small text like hypo/hyperthermic values on our character paper dolls. I genuinely think if ARK added its own multi-language font pack into the game by default, this would help quell the rampant xenophobia that exists in game, and lend itself towards greater empathy. Additionally, if ARK went one step further and incorporated translation into the game (even though it would not be perfect translation), it would go a long ways towards cutting down all the hate. People would see other people as humans, as peers. Miscommunication and suspicion would be cut down, as we could explain to each other our actions and motivations. It would also aid with reporting as people would no longer have to guess whose tribe was whose if their computer was not set up to read a language foreign to them. I know this is no small task. But I also know that it is a possible task, as some phone games already offer this feature. Part of the beauty of ARK is that it is very much a global game. I love that I can log onto a server and see people speaking French, or Portuguese, or Chinese (and sometimes languages I don't even recognize). I think it would really add so much value and offer us the chance to be cultural ambassadors to each other if we could more easily communicate with each other.

Player made recipes and beer tap changes Would love to see more brewing options for barrel other than the berries and thatch should let us put in longrass and thatch to make whiskey and savoroot thatch to make vodka Also be cool to update notes for player made recipes to do alchohalic beverages inside beer barrels to mix and match vegetables and berries to make unique beverage that has increased effect of drinking debuffs depending on how much ingredients used.

Ability to teleport survivor to transmitters I would be a nice quality of life feature to be able to teleport your survivor to your/an unlocked ally's transmitter via an obelisk/drop/transmitter. It would be less of a hassle than uploading items and fast traveling or uploading and re-downloading your character. I'm not sure if this would have any implication on PvP, but for PvE it would be nice. This wouldn't have a big impact on the utility of the actual teleporter, as its mainly used to get dinos to hard to reach bases and transport large amounts of resources rather than moving your survivor.
