  1. Introductory: Common Name: Siats, Species: Siats Meekerorum, Time: Late Cretaceous, Diet: Carnivorous, Temperament: Aggressive Dossier: Wild: There’s nothing like a big imposing theropod to remind us the night of nature. This theropod is something unique as it’s adapted in a way I would’ve never thought of an animal. Siats inhabits the wastelands and has specialized to hunt and prey on corrupted creatures to the where it can mow right through them with ease and has gained benefits from it. I’ve seen when brought to a critical state their adrenaline kicks in and they become a serious force! Domesticated: Mighty best describes these powerful beasts. Taming is quite daunting, you seem to gift it a corrupted carcass for it to be more accepting of you, then you challenge it by emotly taunting it. Once that’s done it will then accept your challenge, you’ll need to bring it to a critical point into its adrenal state. When that’s done you gained its respect then you’ll go hunt corrupted things to finish the process. I’ve noticed that Siats was able to harness the corruption to weaken and restrict the healing of foes and also dealing with corruption creatures with this guy is no hard task for it, it almost seem like it does extra damage to them. Siats is a well worth challenge in this misshapen world. Taming: of course as stated in the dossier you want to approach Siats with a corrupted carcass of any kind so it doesn’t immediately attack you so you can gain a little respect it will come over peacefully. Once it’s eaten the carcass you’ll then taunt emote on it to then challenge it to really then gain its respect by bringing it to critical point of 50% health by any way you want to, to then bring it into adrenaline mode. Once done and have managed to succeed you’ve gained its respect and then it will allow you to mount it to then eat up corrupted creatures to finish the process. About Siats: Corrupt Saliva- corrupted saliva is Siats unique ability, it weakens opponents defenses even armored ones down by 25%, you must make sure to fill this up by consuming more corrupted creatures or by feeding it corrupted nodules it will have a bar to keep track of. Adrenaline- this happens when Siats reaches 50% health and still remains as long as it’s still under 50% health. It increases its attack and defense by an additional 30%. Healing- Siats like an Argentavis can heal eating corrupted animals. Charged Bite- Siats can charge a bite to deal more damage (on top of all this Siats does 2x more damage to corrupted creatures because of course it likes eating them) I hope you guys like my submission no hard feelings if you don’t, I also hope you guys enjoy my art too. Unfortunately I noticed that the site lowered the quality my art but I promise it looks good.
  2. 😆Common name: Rex Species: Tyrannosaurus dominum Time: Late Cretaceous Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Aggressive Wild One of the deadliest creatures on the Island, Tyrannosaurus dominum is a killing machine. Active mostly when hunting for food, this formidable predator can be spotted in forests or grasslands chasing down its prey and devouring them with its incredibly strong jaws. I've seen few creatures on the Island that can contest the Tyrannosaurus for dominance. It is pure power, from its bite, to its stomp, to its tail. Despite being a different sub-species of Tyrannosaurus, everyone I've met still refers to them as a "Rex" or a "T-Rex". I've long since stopped trying to convince anyone, especially the few who I've encountered wearing Tyrannosaurus teeth as necklaces. Domesticated Taming a Tyrannosaurus is without a doubt the goal for any warlord or warring tribe. Tyrannosaurus is a fierce battle companion. There is a reason Tyrannosaurus is considered the king of dinosaurs (or in this genus, the "lord"). Any tribe that manages to tame one has almost nothing to fear.
  3. INTRODUCING THE EPIC........ DEINOCHEIRUS THE AUGMENTED CORRUPTED DINO DESTROYER AND DEFENDER. Perfect for taking on OSDs, element veins and gathering element Concept by me, Art by my friend Agnes and me ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hello fellow ARK players! I am excited to present the Deinocheirus! I am sorry about the humongous amounts of text, but I want to explain this concept as good as possible. I have a section where I answer some questions about this creature further down in this submission! Anyway. Instead of the many other fish gatherer versions of this, I thought it would be cool to have a defender dino. Capable of supporting your dinos in any battle, or just being a powerhouse on its own. Hopefully you dont think its too OP, please excuse me if so. Deinocheirus means “Terrible hand” so I thought designing this creature around its powerful arms would fit perfectly, and since extinction have some creatures that have been changed by the element, then why cant this beast be it too? Please, hear me out 😀 A pair of mighty Deinocheirus arms (From National Geographic). Dossier Wild Standing the same height as a Rex, this is definitely the regions most deadly creature, so don't let the Deinocheirus beak fool you for its capability to deal damage. As its colossal arms, augmented by element, will pack quite a punch to anything foolish enough to approach it. Because if you do, the Deinocheirus can extend its arms for greater reach and damage, using the element augmentation, and even reshape its arms to great wings which it can use to glide swiftly through the air to catch you… Domesticated If you’re able to tame this mighty beast, you’ll find yourself an exemplary mount to traverse the barren wastes, as The Deinocheirus deals increased damage to corrupted creatures and can extract element more efficiently from Tek creatures. Their augmented arms make quick work of almost any attacker. Their ability to reach and push away enemies attacking supply drops or element veins makes it an easy task. Even their ability to guard the rider makes this one of the most prominent mounts a survivor can have. But they are slow and bulky, But what they loose in speed they make up for in strength. I have seen survivors fighting hordes of the corrupted with ease with these things, taking home all kinds of amazing treasures they found in the wasteland, mainly element. But also amazing loot from the supply drops that fall from Earths orbit. The most remarkable thing was that the rider and the creature didn't have a single scratch on them. NATURE After years of evolution and being exposed to elements volatile abilities, has caused it to fuse to the Deinocheirus gigantic arms, thus making element dust one of its main nutrients. But also giving it more abilities. Mainly the ability to reshape its arms into things it can use depending on the situation. The Deinocheirus is a neutral creature, and will only attack if threatened. They roam the watery trenches and pools of the sanctuary, and in the outskirts of the wasteland, looking for food and element dust in the water and also Tek/corrupted creatures to feast on their element. If you try to observe it with a scout, then the Deinocheirus will become aggravated, and try to eat it and consume the element inside. Abilities Passive It has increased element dust gathering from TEK creatures. (Like defense units, enforcers, scouts, and TEK creatures like a TEK parasaur) Increased element gains from element veins COLOSSAL extra damage against corrupted creatures It can turn around on the spot, like a Sarco or Beelzebufo Deals more damage to MEKs, which gives it a role in pvp as well. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Element mode This is a state which the Deinocheirus can enter to gain access to its core abilities, this will cost element dust, and then it will slowly drain the dust from your inventory over time. In this state your normal attacks will have unique animations and do slightly more damage and range, and deal increased knockback. Your arms will become more flexible almost (and a lot of almost, absolutely not as serious as in the video) like the Kos parasite from Bloodborne Kos Parasite Moveset. Extended Ground slam (Element mode) The Deinocheirus can grow its arms for extended reach and damage, which will damage a large area in front of you. This can, as an example, be used to damage a swarm of corrupted creatures in front of you, or catch a creature running away from you. This attack is used by holding and releasing the button, the range of the slam depends on how long you press it. In addition you can press the button once to do a normal slam which will affect an area around the Deinocheirus Super Jump (Element mode) Increase the size of your arms that you place onto the ground and charge a gigantic leap vertically into the air. This can be used as an escape or to traverse the barren wasteland of extinction. Also when you leave the ground, the enemies below will be stunned, much like a snow owl divebomb. In addition, you can use the the ground slam, which will have more AOE when used after the jump. This ability has a short cooldown, and you can charge it even when you’re attacked. Defense roar (can be activated during both modes) Perform an extremely mighty roar (loud and epic), which will give increased defense to nearby tames, and startle attackers, causing them to stop attacking your tames for a short period. Works very well when using other creatures with you during OSD and Element nodes. This ability has a cooldown. Glide (Element mode) The Deinocheirus have finally achieved its dream to fly, now that its “little chicken” wings are made from element. When you’re in the air you can extend and grow your wings to glide gracefully across the air. Similar to a parachute. This can be used for travel, and also to escape. Element Guard (Element mode) Transform the arms in to a forward facing shield which gives damage negation. This can be used if you’re taking excessive damage. You can also attack in this state if you want to push enemies away from a location and temporarily stun them (I intend that this is a pretty large area, so it is more useful and does not just push away one target). This is perfect when a powerful creature is attacking an orbital supply drop or element node and you don't want it to break. Inspired by Dark souls 3 Epic Giant door shield. Uppercut grab (Element mode) Thrust your claws in the air and grab a creature or player above you and slam them to the ground. which gives the Deinocheirus a way to deal with creatures or players in the air. This will be perfect for the corrupted pteranodons and the corrupted wyverns in orbital supply drops and element nodes, especially when you cant really hit them, then you can grab them instead and throw them in front of you, giving you a moment to damage it. Corrupted burst Consume a corrupted heart to gain a 25 second boost of increased damage, attack speed, and range. Your arms will grow to about 3x larger, and the blue veins will turn purple. In this state you cant enter or leave the element mode, depending on which state you activated this in. Almost like going super saiyan. But after 25 seconds you will have a duration of exhaustion, which will leave you vulnerable to attacks. This ability is used to get out of tight situations, like when you’re about to die, and you need to kill everything around you. A very high risk high reward ability. This ability will have a cooldown. Almost like this TAMING The player will first need to find a Deinocheirus, which they will in the trench in the sanctuary, or in the outskirts of the sanctuary, right between the border of the wasteland. First step you need to do is cover yourself in element dust. Which you do by placing the element dust in your hotbar and “equip it”. This will cover you in element dust, and it will also make the Deinocheirus smell and notice you. Scary right? Once it has noticed you, it will start smelling you. BUT, if you move during this process, its gonna think you’re a Tek creature or a corrupted creature, and it will see you as hostile, and start attacking. Therefore its important to stand still. Once it has smelled you it will take a hold of you and start absorbing the element from your inventory (You will need a lot, especially for high level ones). Make sure you have brought enough element though. Because if you run out of element dust, shards or pure element. Then it will throw you away, and get angry at you, lower taming effectiveness. Element dust will give the lowest amount of taming percentage, following with element shards, and then pure element, which will give the most amount of taming percentage. You will also need to refresh the element dust coating on your character, because if it would run out, the Deinocheirus will see you as hostile. There will be a meter inthe bottom right corner of your screen which shows how much there is left of your coating, giving the taming process a little bit more engagement If you succeed in coating yourself and have enough element, the Deinocheirus will be yours, your very own corrupted creature slaying machine. Questions What happens if i run out element dust while im in element mode? You will return to the standard “mode”, BUT only after a short delay. This will make it more comfortable, especially if you’re in the air, then you will be able to land before you leave element mode. My Giga or Carch does more damage than the Deinocheirus, isn't it useless for OSD’s and element nodes? No, even though your Giga or Carch might do more damage, the Deinocheirus will be able to push away and stun creatures and also give defensive buffs. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, you will be able to harvest more element from element nodes, there are no other creatures that can do this. You will be able to harvest the element with the Deinocheirus in its standard state. Isn't this extremely unrealistic? Both yes and no. BUT there are many other creatures that are unrealistic such as the Amargasaurus, which can shoot hot and cold spikes out of its neck… like what…? Also in a world with mysterious substances such as element, that literally corrupts and changes creatures, such as the Managarmr or Snow owl. Then why cant the element have changed this creatures abilities? I believe this just fits the aesthetic of the map more. This wouldn't have worked for, lets say, the island. There are no other element afflicted creatures. Can I run out of stamina in corrupted burst or element mode? In corrupt burst mode you will not run out of stamina during its duration, only when the 25 second buff runs out, after that you will get an exhaustion debuff, which will be a subtle decrease to stamina recovery, until the stamina bar is full. In element mode you can run out of stamina like any other creature. Doesn't this sound very overpowered? The Deinocheirus is meant to be a powerful creature, but it also has its drawbacks. First of all it is supposed to be be slow. Second of all, the creature “cost” element dust to use its “cool” abilities. Otherwise it would be completely broken, not everything cool can be free Why it should be added to Extinction A horrible 3D model and render by me 😀 The Deinocheirus will not only bring more life to Extinction, but it will also give players another option to destroy the corrupted dangers of the barren wasteland. The Deinocheirus will usher the players of Extinction in more ways to defend yourself, your base and your creatures, with its guarding abilities, increased knockback and its ability to stop attackers from attacking your tames. This, combined with its ability to harvest element from element nodes will benefit both PVP, and PVE. Doesn't the defending part satisfy you, then the amazing corrupted burst mode will, with its mighty power you will be able to destroy anything that might stand in your path. Soar through the air with its ability to jump, and glide with your gigantic reshaped wings. The Deinocheirus will make a fun, unique and immersive tame which will shake up the gameplay of Extinction and bring OSD and element veins more flare and excitement. (Quick note, it also would fit because it is afflicted with element, like many other creatures on the map) The Deinocheirus is a long overdue addition to ark, I am surprised it hasn't been added yet! Now it has the chance to get added, cooler and bigger than ever! This creature may seem complex, but I promise that its much more simpler once you’ve ridden on it. …If anything seems to OP or complex, or if you don't understand the reasoning, then tell me!I will gladly answer to feedback and suggestions. Please be nice 😀 Thank you for reading this submission!! Have and amazing rest of your day!! VOTE FOR THE DEINOCHEIRUS!!!!!
  4. INTRODUCING..... THE TARBOSAURUS, THE SWORDWIELDING DINOSAUR ART BY ME ( I am extremely bad at photoshop) Swords are cool right? What if you put them on dinosaurs? EVEN BETTER RIGHT???! I am excited to present the majestic Tarbosaurus, complete with its unique ability to wield a sword once tamed! This fearsome predator will not only add diversity with its unique ability, but also provide players with an exhilarating gameplay experience with complex combos and fluid combat, being almost like an extension of your character. Tarbosaurus is a very real tyrannosaur just like the famous T-rex, but a little bit smaller in size. It lived during the late Cretaceous period in Mongolia and china. Tarbosaurus means scary or alarming lizard, which has a major part in its design, as seeing a creature with a weapon in its mouth would be terrifying! My inspiration for the Tarbosaurus was the utterly amazing animations by Jean Nguyen (@Jeananimate on instagram, https://www.instagram.com/jeananimate/) of weapon wielding dinosaurs. I saw these and I immediately wished they were in ARK. Finally it has a chance to be implemented with the help of your vote! I know it may sound ridiculous and you’re probably thinking, “oh no its a t-rex copy”, but hear me out 😀 Tarbosaurus A semi-large tyrannosaur roaming the western cliffs, redwood and lava island of the center, running around the plains and forests with its surprising agility despite its size and the unique resourceful ability to wield a log as a makeshift weapon to deal tons of damage with a lot of range. The Tarbosaurus rewards players APM (Actions per minute) and knowledge of the moveset by performing lots of combos and attacks to chain a graceful yet terrifying dance of death with its sword. Inspired by the combat of Bloodborne. It features a sword, as well as a handful of other tyrannosaur sized weapons to enhance your Tarbosaurus’s arsenal as your player levels up. Allowing you to use another weapon of your choice that fits your playstyle. Do you want a slow and hard hitting weapon? Or something quick and agile, maybe something all rounded? You can even go basic and use a log instead of a sword if that's what you like. You can pick weapons such as a hammer, a katana, and a normal sword. My idea is that the Tarbosaurus would be an extremely good “adclear” dinosaur. Perfect for mowing down hordes of enemies and dealing high damage with effective precision, having more range than other creatures while using its weapon. This ability especially comes into play during boss fights, the enemies that the boss summon won't stand a chance against the might of your sword. Which makes it viable for many other maps as well. It allows for more active boss fights, instead of you standing still and boosting your tames with your Yutyrannus. I think this will make boss fights and the endgame of ark a little bit more fun. It can do this and also be able to move around with great agility, even for its size. This is its drawback though, as the movements its huge body has to perform consume a lot of energy, and it has increased food depletion, so it has to constantly feed while using its weapon. Much like a Daeodon, but not as serious. This will require you to continue killing creatures to satiate the hunger of your Tarbosaurus, so the more you kill the better. If you run out of hunger, you will put your weapon in a holster on your saddle, and you can equip once the food meter has met a threshold. You can also coat your Tarbosaurus weapons with different items to cause your attacks to cause status effects. Giving your “swordplay” a little bit more flare, and also giving the Tarbosaurus weapons more uses. Here are a few examples. Oil - When attacking a rocky surface you can create a spark that will coat your weapon in fire, which will burn enemies upon impact. Narcotic/Biotoxin - This will cause the target to get sleepy and fall asleep, this will cause more torpor than an average crossbow. NOTE: The hammer weapon deals a small amount of torpor intrinsically, so this is a perfect coating for your hammer if you want to tame, for example, a Bronto. Megalodon teeth - If you tie this to your Tarbosaurus's weapon you will inflict the bleed effect on your enemies. Titanoboa venom - This will poison the target and they will slowly take damage overtime. Here is an example of what the OIL coating could look like TEK SWORD The Tarbosaurus also has a tek-sword specifically made for it. It is larger than the player's normal TEK sword, and it is very light, so it doesn't drain the hunger of the Tarbosaurus. But it also gains a new attack, which allows it to throw the sword at a target, giving it more range and a way to deal with flyers, it also stuns the target for a short moment. Then the sword comes back to the wielder like a boomerang. This can be used to chain attacks, for example you can throw the sword while running towards the target to stun it, and then take the sword back and perform a sword lunge to decimate the target. Which allows for new gameplay options and ways to approach a fight. Kinda like this animation by Jean Ngyuen @Jeananimate on instagram, https://www.instagram.com/reel/CvIra8Etkxl/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== ABILITIES Passive Mobility Makes the Tarbosaurus extremely agile and quick despite its size, increases movement and attack speed. Faster Hunger As the Tarbosaurus wields its weapon it drains increased food, to compensate for the massive amounts of energy it takes to wield the weapon and move around. Critical hit. Each hit has a small chance to deal increased damage. Combo-attacks have an increased chance of a critical hit. While using weapon Lunge Gain momentum forwards and close the gap between your opponent and slash them with your weapon. Spin Spin your weapon and dino around and slice your enemies to bits with a tornado of lethal cuts. Side slash Move swiftly to the side and slash in the direction you're traveling. functioning as a dodge and also as an attack. Slam Slam the sword into the ground, this can be chained with the uppercut. Uppercut Thrust the sword upwards, giving more range for killing flyers close to you. Normal attack A simple slash towards your desired target. When weapon is sheathed Bite Stomp Tailswipe -TEK ONLY - - Throw Throw the TEK sword, stunning the target and dealing some damage. Press the button again to recall the sword, which can be chained into any of the attacks, creating new combos. [Input guide will be at the bottom left corner of the screen, like the Rhyniognatha] These abilities can be chained with each other to deal more damage and attack more targets at once. For example, the lunge can be used, and then with a timed button press you can start to spin the weapon around. Once that spin has ended you can press the uppercut button to swing your weapon up in the air, and then slam it in the ground again, and with a timed button press you can start that combo all over again with a lunge, until your hunger has depleted or until your target is dead. Most times it will be the second option. TAMING In its untamed state, the Tarbosaurus showcases its resourcefulness by wielding a log as a makeshift weapon. Witnessing this behavior in the wild will undoubtedly be a thrilling encounter for players exploring the vast world of the Center. The Tarbosaurus will employ this log to fend off predators and assert dominance over its territory, providing a challenging taming process. Once you’ve found a Tarbosaurus you will need to shoot the log out of its mouth, which will be hard because the Tarbosaurus is moving constantly. Afterwards you need to impress it with something cooler, like a sword. Once it has taken the sword in its mouth, it will be rideable, like a Carchodontosaurus. Then you will have to impress the Tarbosaurus by performing as many combos as possible while killing other creatrues. If you manage to impress it and earn its trust, then you have tamed your own sword wielding Tarbosaurus. Now that it is tamed, you can unlock more weapons than just the sword. Which will be located some levels after you got the first weapon. Dossier Wild In its untamed state, the Tarbosaurus showcases its resourcefulness by wielding a log as a makeshift weapon, even for its eye catching size, the Tarbosaurus manages to move at an extremely fast pace. If you encounter one of these in the wild you won't be able to run away, as its speed and its weapon’s range will reach you first… Domesticated If you manage to earn its trust, by giving it something sharper than a simple log. You will have a ferocious mount capable of slicing through most wild creatures with ease. Its extensive range makes the Tarbosaurus perfect for cutting through hordes of enemies Its extensive mobility also makes it a perfect traveling mount, keeping you safe with its deadly attacks and speed, but also incredible stamina. But this consumes a lot of energy, as the Tarbosaurus gets hungry quickly, and needs to feed often. Therefore killing is one of its favorite activities. The Tarbosaurus will make a fine addition to any survivor's arsenal if one can master its unique weapon wielding capabilities. Hopefully you thought that this dinosaur and its design sounded good to you. Thank you for reading this submission! Have a great day 😀!! And please check out Jean Ngyuen (jeananimate) on instagram, he was my inspiration for this design! VOTE FOR THE TARBO!!!!
  5. INTRODUCING PREADATOR X :THE FEAR OF THE OCEAN Arks oceans are a very dangerous and scary place early on in Ark. but as you evolve, it becomes less and less daunting. The concept is here to change that. Pliosaurus or Preadator X is a creature that is to be feared. As soon as you enter water up to your waist, you better hope you forgot to put food away, because it’s minions commonly known as ENCHODUS will seek in on you about 3 at a time and drag you under to your doom. The living room that is… so that was a brief intro on my creature, but here is a more in depth analysis including a longer “story” I couldn’t fit in the dossier. ABILITYS (wild) Preadator X’s first and most notable ability is its minion ability. If you enter water deep enough to drink from, depending on the type, any food will give a smell that Enchodus can laser in on. They will then drag you down to the approaching Pliosaur and gnash you in process. The only way to escape is by killing all of them. If you fail to escape, they will bring you close to the Pliosaur and release you and leave. The Pliosaur will then try to suck you in using a powerful whirlpool like ability. In this state it becomes stationary and swimming out of the whirlpool (if you can) will secure your life. The second way is while the whirl pool is sucking you in, toss in a poison grenade to falter the Pliosaur and deal torpor. This is only way to apply torpor to tame this creature. However if you don’t manage to escape, the Pliosaurs mouth will snap shut, dealing massive damage, disabling tek, and applying bleed. If you are lucky to survive this, you will likely be too far down and drown or the Pliosaur will suck you in again. Preadator X concept ABILITYS (tamed) Once tamed, Preadator X has a very tanky saddle and many abilities. It’s first is the same as the wild ability to suck in nearby creatures with the effect as wild. It’s second ability is to summon enchodus that while are tamed by the survivor, but loyal only to the Pliosaur. They will flank the Pliosaur like a living force field that when the Pliosaur is attacked, the enchodus take the damage instead. They can also be commanded by the Pliosaur to attack a single target and if it goes below 15% health will be taken back to Pliosaur and the Pliosaur will heal some health when it eats that target. However Preadator X’s most powerful ability is after charging up energy by killing, it will gain the ability to control enemy and wild tames and they will knock off and damage the riders and swim towards the Pliosaur becoming passive. After being uncontrolled the Preadator Gains 25% of each creatures damage (the limit of controlled creatures is 8 )and it will take the damage for its own lasting 30 seconds but will take 50% more damage for this duration. Pliosaur can also go on land but it has a water stat that the higher it is the faster it will go on land and water. Being on land will lower it, wear-as being in water fills it. Enchodus concept HELENA NARRATION I have encountered many dangers in the oceans of many Arks but none surpass the threat and fear of Preadator X. It is feared by all due to its nature of ambushing with low chance of escape. I have however seen a tribe take one down, and an even more fearless tribe manage to actually tame one. I was very puzzled on how they managed to do it but after a lot of watching, and a lot of injuries I managed to knock one out and tame it. It is done by the little used Poison grenades thrown in the mouth when the opportunity presents itself. Once knocked out any kibble will do, but for some reason enchodus flesh works much better. A tamed Pliosaur is very useful in many situations but one I can remember is when I was corned by the shoreline by and enemy tribe and my tamed Preadator X leaped out of the water and kills the leader sending the rest fleeing in terror. -Helena Walker quick side note: my original plan for this creature was to have it on Val or lost island or fjordur, but this is mostly to. Raise impressions so don’t feel obligated to vote this time, save it you can for another map. Thank you reading - Baryonyx A239
  6. The Tylosaurus was a giant mosasaurus being equaled to the mosasaurus in size, but this subspecies has very specific forms of attack. Wild: Unlike the mosasaur that lives in the depths, Tylosaurus sicarius lives closer to the shores looking for prey that is far away or that is on the surface when the prey is sighted you can see from afar a bang after the jump followed by a bite that if it does not kill the prey the bleeding will kill them they are solitary predators but they will be of great help. Taming method: To tame your own Tylosaurus you will need patience since you will have to look for a bigger Tylosaurus and make it retreat leaving it with 2% of the total life so you will find where the nursery is and be able to tame a baby with Kibble and only Kibble. Skills: Bite: Basic attack working with right click with good damage. Ambush: Hide with your Tylosaurus and attack prey while swimming to cause bleeding. Swing: Uses its tail to throw creatures smaller than a plesiosaur out of the water, this attack works on large ones but only deals damage. Push: In this attack, the Tylosaurus throws itself against the enemy and stuns it, giving time for ambushes or escapes. Thirst for Battle: Gives 20% bonus speed and 10% damage to allies. Saddles: Like its mosasaur relative, Tylosaurus has the normal and platform saddle with the platform saddle being slightly smaller than the mosasaur platform. Shallow Jump: In this attack, the tylosaurus will jump onto the beach or nearby rocks, dragging creatures smaller than a triceratops into the water. Dossier: the tylosaurus is a literal great addition to this marine giant's team, it is always ambushing the creatures, this mosasaur enemy lives in intermediate places between the deep and shallow and loves to attack rafts in the center so attention must be given to the sea survivors , his attacks are incredibly effective so make sure he doesn't miss your boat but don't settle for staying on the beach if this giant spots you he will jump onto the beach trying to get you dinner.
  7. abilities: m1 bleed effect, m2 charged bite attack that builds more damage the longer it's held (with a pack of 4 max.) You gain 15% bonus damage reduction, speed, and attack boost. While holding shift, you can leap out of the water to gain a huge amount of distance. To be tamed, you would have to ride on its back for a certain amount of time. It'll eat out of your hot bar but will not gain taming effectiveness; it'll prevent it from eating you (they spawn in packs, so beware if you're solo). To breed, they'd act like your average dino on land; they just lay their eggs in the sand like modern-day sea turtles. That's all. Please vote for Dakosaurus if you find it cool for the center. ❤️😄
  8. Description : Le Sinraptor est un dinosaure agressif de la famille des métriacanthosoridés, il a des pointes sur le dos, une petite crête sur la tête, des griffes acérées et des dents. Processus d'apprivoisement : If you want to tame a Sinraptor , you first have to put some Narcotics in the last slot of your hotbar , then , you have to passively feed him one Narcotic while wearing a ghillie suit and ride it while it’s eating it , and after that , it will try to dismount you , and if you don’t want this to happen you will have to feed him Narcotics every twenty seconds so his torpor will go up , but if you forget to do this , it will dismount you and you will be stunned for five seconds what will give it the opportunity to attack you . And once you give it enough Narcotics , it will fall asleep , you will be able to access his inventory and give it meat because it’s an carnivore . (PS : You can use Narcotics or Narcoberries or biotoxin for its torpor to go up ) Tips and strategies to kill it : In case you want to kill a Sinraptor , it’s recommended to use a large mount like a Spinosaurus , Karkinos , Basilisk … etc , or you can use a powerful weapon like the shot gun or the sniper rifle . 10. This may seem to be just another rex clone but it is very different. Apposed to the blunt and beefy style of the rex this beast is fast and sneaky but has one major problem , heat. This scary behemoth is slightly smaller than a rex with less health but matching damage, this will help change how aberration is played as it won't just be rockdrakes and megalos/ spinos but now there will be a new monster. This dinosaur has a different style of hunting where it sneakily stalks its prey using its fur to blend into the bushes , then it pounces and opens it's jaws widely and bites down. As this dino is only slightly larger than the Allosaurus it's bite is so strong it sends it tumbling and it gets rather dizzy from this. Because the thick fur the radiation can't hurt it and neither will it hurt any shoulder pets or human in a 10 meter radius. This dinos major flaw is when in heat it has a sleep meter similar to the megalosaurus but for heat. If this goes down far enough it will be nocked out and will have a heat sickness. {not my art work} This beast has 4 attacks: bite(left click) , giga bite(right click) , tail slap(x) and a roar.(c) In the wild it'll stalk the player and attack with the giga bite , the player must dodge these attacks and make it dizzy once dizzy enough it'll fall asleep. This dino also has a rage similar to the giga but it won't hurt the player or any tames and it'll just attack everything in the vicinity. After this this rage the Zhuchengtyrannus will fall asleep with heat sickness due to the rapid speed of it in the rage. If it is damaged enough in a short amount of time it'll rage and do this. It will have w , a , s and d movement so it can move sideways directly and can crouch when ctrl is pressed. You can also sheer off the fur and it won't get any buffs or debuffs from it. With the a and d it can move left and right easily and it shows more advanced movement. It's giga bite has a charge up and does high damage. I don't know if this will come through but you can ride it without a saddle and you still have some armor as the thick fur protects it , unless sheared of course. It can also get a hair cut with scissors and give it a green afro or whatever. It can also blend in somewhat like a rockdrake in bushes when crouching down in bushes. It's foods are like a rex but it also can eat rockdrake eggs to deplete food. You can cut it's fur to create the new fur x hazmat suit which has armor of riot and immune to radiation sickness. Here are some stat estimates HP= ~600 STAM= ~400 DAMAGE BITE= ~20 DAMAGE GIGA BITE= ~120 DAMAGE TAIL SLAP= ~35 baby Adult
  11. Titan Ants or Camponatta Soleversa Titanus, are based off four real species of ant: Leaf Cutter Ant (Atta Cephalotes), Fire Ant (Solenopsis Geminata), Japanese Carpenter Ant (Camponotus Japonicus) and Marauder Ants (Carebara Diversa). Being ants, they will go through the various stages of ant life: egg, larvae, pupae and then the assigned caste/form. Roles in the ant colony. Worker: Based off Fire Ant Workers. Good for collecting berries, fibre, thatch and wood. Fast moving and can quickly swarm enemies, able to climb walls, form water rafts. Attacks are a bite, sting, and acid spray. Major: Based off Japanese Carpenter Ant Super Majors. Good for collecting meat, hide and can drag bodies. Slower moving but effective in combat, can climb walls and will stand guard by the entrance of your base. Attacks are a bite, lunge, climbing attack and carry. Super Major: Based off Marauder Ant Super Majors. Can carry large bodies and is able to collect stone, metal, and flint. Slower but Larger than the major, the super major can trap animals and knock them out plus they will act as tanks. Attacks are a bite, charge, trap bite and carry. Queen: Based off Leaf Cutter Ant Queens. Lays eggs, and grows your army every day, she will feed on Nutritional-Paste made by her workers. The largest member of the colony and the hardest to kill. Attacks are a bite, command over all ants, stomp and damage boosting call. Taming Method 1/2 The Queen can be found during events, alone and typically peaceful. It can be passive tamed with Angler Gel or Extraordinary kibble and then you fly them back to your base, they drop their wings and lay 2 to 6 eggs. Taming Method 2/2 You can find them roaming in large groups from 15 to 35 Ants, to get to the queen, you need to kill off the colony, trap the queen with a chain bola launched from a ballista, knock it out, and tame it with lots of meat as it consumes the meat very quickly Size Reference Titan Ant.tif
  12. Species Name- Australovenator Wintensis In the wild- Australovenator is a rare species of the ark, only being found in flat, non-forested areas. They can also be found in deserts, but they're even rarer here. Australovenator would have an aggressive temperament toward the player and their teams. However, it would be docile to wild creatures around it unless attacked. Australovenator has a wide agro range and will keep agro until either losing interest (after about 10 seconds) or leaving render distance. Australovenator is incredibly fast, as fast as a rolling roll rat! It takes about 6 seconds for a Australovenator to reach this speed, however. Escaping this animal can be a challenge, but getting to the high ground or running to a nearby dense forest is your safest bet. Australovenator will be a sort of upgrade to the raptor, being about the size of an iguanodon. Taming process- In order to tame a Australovenator I would advise to build a trap and lure it in while on a flying creature. From there, you need to sneak up to it and feed it beer, that's right, beer. From here, it will get a status effect called "Drunk Rage." This effect will aggravate everything around it for about a minute. This will also nearly double its damage. A level 1 Fukui will need about 1 beer jar, a level 150 would need about 13. Once it's fed the final beer, it will tame but will be knocked out for about 10 seconds. Tamed- Australovenator's saddle is unlocked at level 75. A tamed Australovenator has a few unique abilities. To start with, it has its basic bite, the weakest of its attacks. However, you can bite while moving at its extreme speeds. The second ability would be a latching ability, this would allow Australovenator to latch onto a larger animal like a rex and take bites out of it. However, Australovenator can take damage from the creature attacking back in this phase. up to two Austrolovenator can be on a target at any given time depending on the size. a creature the size of a stego could only have a single Australovenator on it, while a creature the size of let's say the dragon could have up to 5 on it at a time. Australovenator stamina would drain quickly during this. The last of its remarkable abilities is its speed. As mentioned before, it can go as fast as a rolling roll rat, however, Turing is a different story. Australovenator when at full sprint can whip around a full 180 at the cost of some of its speed, needing to regain some of it afterwards similar to andrewsarchus. Roles- It can serve many roles and purposes, one of them being for combat. With all of its amazing abilities, it's no surprise, it would fit in as a truly worthy opponent during combat. However, it serves a very nice niche in a PvE setting. It can serve as a metal harvester, as it has a 50 percent weight reduction for metal, stone, sulfur, obsidian, and many other minerals. This makes it great to pair with creatures such as doedicurus and ankylosaurus. It could also be used for boss fights against creatures like the titans and the dragon. In PvP setting, it can be amazing for base raids, being able to whittle a creature's health down and sporting the speed to get away with it relatively unharmed. Thank you for reading through this extensive article about the Proposed apex of the plains.
  13. Species: Hippopotamus Gorgops Time: Late Pliocene Diet: Herbivore Temperament: Highly Aggressive Wild Hippopotamus gorgops much like it's modern day relative spends most of it's days wallowing in the oasis's of the desert and gorging itself on the local plantlife however also like the modern hippo it's one of the most dangerous and fearsome creatures for a survivor to go up against. Hippopotamus gorgops has one of the deadliest bites I have ever seen even putting creatures like the T-rex to shame as i've seen it split smaller creatures in 2 with a single bite and have even seen it crush boulders and even metal veins in it's jaws. The beast is also incredibly fast much like the dire bear it is able to slowly pick up speed as it runs going from a slow trot to an incredibly fast gallop. Domesticated it is near impossible to knock out a Hippopotamus gorgops using the standard Tranq method due to their incredibly thick hide and is also far too aggressive to simply passive tame the only method to tame the creature is to steal a baby Hippopotamus gorgops from it's mother and imprint on it the Hippo will then see you as it's parent and follow you to the ends of the earth. Once tamed Hippopotamus gorgops makes for one hell of a powerful mount with it's powerful jaws survivors can kill most creatures in a single bite or even cripple larger creatures it's bite can even be used to harvest Metal and stone with it's jaws able to break metal veins and boulders with ease. the creature is also a remarkable swimmer able to rival other amphibious mounts like the Spinosaurus in terms of power. The hippo also like it's modern relative produces sweat that protects them from Sunburn and prevents infections however to a much higher degree it actually causes Hippopotamus gorgops to heal rapidly while it is in extremely hot weather making it all the more deadly when faced during these extreme temperatures. the saddle designed for the creature also makes it a force to be reckoned with as it adds a cannon for a second rider to use making this beast essentially an amphibious tank. Abilities Powerful Bite This attack can be charged up by holding the left mouse increasing the damage the longer it's held Can harvest metal, Oil veins and stone by biting them has weight reduction for metal and stone similar to an argie During Hotter temperatures it gains a rapid healing buff this also causes it's skin to turn bright pink Healing Buff extends to the rider as well builds up movement speed over time similar to the dire bear Can Stealth pounce on smaller creatures from the water pulling them under using it's jaws Can grab smaller creatures in it's mouth chomping on them Saddle has a Tank like cannon on it allowing a second person to hop on and fire similar to the Tropeognathus Can harvest Meat, Hide, Keratin, Chitin and berries Can damage stone structures with it's charged up bite can Roar with C Does not lose oxygen underwater Weaknesses Has to build up speed over time so can struggle to get away from a tough fight at first Has a pretty poor turning radius Large Target so can be very easy to hit cannot fire the Tank cannon underwater takes extra damage from Turrets so cannot be used for turret soaking Weak to headshot damage Cannot be picked up by a Quetzel due to the creatures immense weight other misc stuff Can only be tamed by imprinting on a young Hippo similar to the real life Jessica the Hippo however the mother hippo and all nearby hippo will become highly aggressive if you so much as get near the baby hippo and will pursue you to the ends of the earth to get their child back Will be around the size of a Woolly Rhino Will only be found in the different Oasis areas in scorched earth near the obelisks Will be able to be used for either metal and stone farming or straight up combat depending on what the survivor wants similar to wyverns being used for either weight or combat
