Hello! I decided to submit Tanystropheus for Abberation since I thought we need a new transitional creature from the blue zone to the red zone. Tanystropheus would be the enemy of nameless and not only do increased damage to nameless and seekers but also harvest more nameless venom than any other creature. Not only that, but that Tanystropheus would have a saddle that allowed you to be immune to radiation and swim through the element rivers with safety. It would have the bulk and speed to run from reapers and rock drakes but only did significant damage to nameless and seekers. To tame a Tanystropheus, you would have to sneak up to it like a equus and ride it. You would be on it’s head and every time it thrashes it’s neck, you would have to feed it a tranquillizing item like a narcotic. Narcoberries give the Tany the least amount of torpor and Biotoxin gives it the most torpor. After you knock it out, you would feed it nameless venom or raw prime fish meat like a standard knockout tame. Left click is a standard bite, right click is a toggle to make it stand up, and c is a belly flop it can only do when standing on it’s hind legs. Holding left click will make it gram creatures as big as a ravenger, holding right click will make it thrash with it’s neck, and holding c will make it do a cosmetic roar. If you force feed the Tany Nameless Venom, it will activate a buff called intoxicated madness which increases it’s attack speed by 35% and it’s health regeneration by 45% for 45 seconds. It can get the hydration boost and spawns in the green, blue, and red zones by rivers and element rivers. It’s saddle can be learned at level 52 and can be made with 540 polymer, 320 metal ingots, 135 crystal, 20 red gems, 20 blue gems and 20 green gems and the saddle itself would look like a dome. It can also apply torpor to the creature it has grabbed and slowly apply torpor like a tuso. The trapped creature can only escape if you let it go and you could throw the creature away like a karkinos.

Hear me out; Cerberus, the multi-headed beast
Jonm575 posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
I know it’s a far cry from the guidelines, calling for real-world/prehistoric creatures.. but then again, there’s been a few fantasy creatures already. The basilisk takes up Jorgunmund, the snake. Tusotuethis takes up the kraken. Fenrir is fenrir. Ragnarök is an event Norse mythology; and Cerberus is a creature from Greek mythology. I’d hope that‘s enough to see where I’m coming from to pitch the idea, and I’ll refine it more with enough community approval/support A three-headed mashup between serpent and canine, which you would have to use a grappling hook to find your way upon it’s back, knockout one head, and passive tame another, while the central head is focused and aggro on you. Special abilities come to mind; heal nearby tribemembers per consumed Dino (instead of per meat from inventory) Drain target area stam/torpor (spit/venom) locate player spawn points (comes from the idea that it’s a dog, can sniff out to a certain distance, plus the fact that Cerberus was known in it’s mythology to keep the dead from returning to life; I hate PvP but even still, awesome concept.) I’d envision about the size of a paracertherium, perhaps a bit larger. Also, would sound more like an overgrown horse than a dancing giant with 2left feet. Seats up to 3 with a collar style saddle, or can support up to a paracer plat-sized saddle. Again, I realize I’m a bit outside of the guidelines for real world creatures, but we’re discussing Ragnarök…. I’m otherwise confined to valkyries and mermaids for ideas.- 1 reply

Ectopistes migratorius ,AKA passenger pigeon
Skyish6 posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
Ectopistes migratorius ,also known as passenger pigeon,it was hunted to extinction for it's feathers. This pigeon would be a shoulder pet, and would have a bag for poison grenade's that it could drop on enemies, it would also have a poisonous poop that would give enemies swamp fever. And you would be able to put items into it's inventory and assign it where to go,players, creatures, storage bins, etc. This is a Wikipedia link to this creature https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Passenger_pigeon-

Placerias, the Herd-Bound Digger!
PumpActionCrusader posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
I believe Placerias would be a welcome addition to ARK! Here's my idea: Name: Placerias hesternus Time: Mid Triassic Diet: Herbivorous Temperament: Docile (In herds), Territorial (Alone) Wild: These mild-mannered proto-reptiles tend to spend their days lazing around in the shade, digging for roots to chew on, or butting each other for mating rights. Most herds of Placerias seem to be led by an especially strong alpha, who keeps watch while the others rest. While we're on that subject, it's been noted that specimens traveling in a herd seem far more patient than those wandering alone. The ones either separated from or entirely without companions become much more defensive, and more likely to attack when approached. Domesticated: Many tribes on the ARK seeking to farm crops have taken to keeping a herd of Placerias around, as their affinity for digging allows them to locate sources of moisture underground, making irrigating crops a cinch. This trick of theirs works especially well if they're in a herd, as the greater number of mouths to feed encourages the buggers to try a little harder. This also goes for combat, as domesticated Placerias are rather slow and kinda dull, but the ferocity with which they swing their tusks around is enough to send even the heaviest of rivals flying, especially when fighting as a herd. While they might not be all that pretty to look at, you can't deny the charm they provide along with their other utilities makes them a worthwhile tame. TL;DR: Placerias is a slow, medium-sized grazer that possesses the ability to bring water up from the ground with their tusks for either drinking or the irrigation of crops. This boring ability also allows them to reach the desired seeds in greater numbers. It also gains attack and gathering boosts when surrounded by two-more of their kind or more, which doubles the amount of knockback damage produced by their secondary attack, as well as the amount of water collected by boring. Other Details: Placerias can be passively or aggressively tamed, and can be ridden without a saddle, although providing them with one is recommended. They are slow on land and even slower in water, but can sprint while swimming. When taming, their preferred food is Giant Bee Honey, but Rare Mushrooms should also do the trick. They are not easily startled by the roar of a Yutyrannus or Parasaur, as they are a tad too dull to notice. Additionally, this quirk, along with their thick skin, provides them a resistance to poisons and being stunned. Like the Lystrosaurus and Hyaenodon, they can be petted to recieve a temporary boost to health regeneration and damage resistance. Hope you guys like it! I would really like to see these dopey brutes added to the game!-
