...................................................................................... Quick start Omnivorous dinosaur right between Rex and theri basically a duck headed thick theri with stationary attacks and one item focused gathering ....................................................................................... {appearance} In appearance Deinocheirus is similar to a therizinosaurus but it is much larger with its vertebra almost forming a spine on its back and with a weight measuring up to 6.4 metric tons. It has violent coloured skin with blue patches on its head but most of its body is covered in feathers with darker colours on its back and tail but brighter colours in its stomach. it has really long and strong arms with a nice set of claws which compensates its weak ducklike beak. it'll have longer feathers at its tail and arms almost wing like {saddle} I imagine it to have a saddle with some blades attached to its claws just to give it even a more horrific look. {Wild} It is an omnivorous creature but not the one to mess around with. Naturally they wander around grazing the vegetation but they are willing to accept an easy meal when it walks up to them. So keep your distance. They are not going to attack any big bodyed creatures naturally but they are willing to protect themselves and the other Deinocheiruses. (much like trikes and stegos do) {domesticated} This dino will fit well in your collection. It being an omnivore means it can eat both meat and berries, vegetables and also can take veggie cakes. It can sprint pretty fast but burns trough stamina pretty fast. It has an attack while sprinting similar to the deinonychus where it moves its hands in a griping pulling way. that attack would be slow and it has a 1/4 chance to apply a reaper spit like effect (except it'll be red) called "Painful scars" it'll slow down the effected enemy and thats where its standing attack comes in when it starts to jump left and right while swiping with its hands. this attack will keep applying the effect and builds up a rage meter that speeds up its attackspeed like tek claws and also burns through stamina so it cant just stun and run after you that easily. On the omnivore side the regular harvester attack where it leans close to the ground and moves its beak fast searching for food like modern ducks do. While doing this attack it searches for the specific item type you have set it to and only harvest that. This can make farming tintoberryes for medbrews easyer for example. {Taming} It'll be a passive tame, but not the kind of one that you would think much like an aggressive passive tame. Where u have to damage its limbs to get it on the floor and feed it with prime fish meet being its favourite, And wait until its recovering. {Note} I didn't wanted to go too crazy with this idea but i'm interested to see what do you think about my suggestion, sorry if i annoyed you with all of this like this like that but its much easier for me to explain what i think it will be. If u want to see my suggestion in game please vote for it to change the game together.

Wild (from the notes of Helena Walker): So far I have seen many unseen creatures, starting with creatures that I knew earlier as a pile of bones, ending with fantastic dragons. However, this creature can't be compared to anything I've seen before. In the ark database, this creature is called a peregocetus and it's not even clear what it looks like. Peregocetus looks like a mixture of otter and seal. This creature lives in flocks on reef coasts. You can hear them right away, because the mixture of their cries reminded me of the vocalization of Brazilian otters and foxes. The diet of the peregocetus consists of fish, mainly megalodons fall under their distribution, although they do not disdain coelacanths, salmon and piranhas. There have also been reported cases of attacks on pelagornis, kairuku and even ichthyornis, if they fly low enough over the water. Apparently, these mammals do not tolerate competition in their category and therefore immediately destroy all seabirds. Despite all this, they treat the survivors well enough, as long as they don't provoke them. Home : Some tribes tamed flocks of such creatures and were very surprised by the result. Firstly, the peregocetus has well-developed infrared vision under water and it can make a U-turn under water, similar to a tropeognath, which gives a head start in water battles. Secondly, like ichthyornis, he collects first-class meat where others do not collect. Thirdly, it is ideal for the extraction of resources, or to be more precise: straw, organic polymer, tree sap, sand, charcoal and sulfur. Also, when he hits a stone with his tail, he collects cement paste from it, but does not collect the rest of the resources from various ores. And fourthly, his screams are so loud and strong that they can scare even yutirannus. In terms of combat, this creature can also stand up for itself. If you attack a pack of tamed peregocetus on a tyrannosaurus, then you will win, because their bites cause bleeding, which destroys the enemy's health reserves in a matter of seconds. Taming : Any peregocetus is tamed passively. However, to tame you will need to create your favorite shark soup, which is easily created in a pot or in an industrial oven. (Recipe : 1 alpha megalodon fin, 3 lemons, 5 rare mushrooms, 10 fried meats). We look for the right individual, put the soup in the zero slot, tame and enjoy. Breeding : Peregocetus is a viviparous mammal that does not have an oxygen scale, so you can mate them everywhere, the main thing is to monitor the value of food!!! Functions by buttons. Left click - Bite (causes bleeding). Right click - Tail strike (stun and collect resources). Space - Jump (can jump out of the water). The "C" button is Infrared vision. The "O" button is a sun reversal (works only in water). Left ctrl - Scream. Notes to possible questions. 1 - "Shark soup has some value besides food for domestication"? Yes, it can be fed to creatures and this soup increases the regeneration of health by 30% (approximately like basilosaurus). 2 - "How exactly is the bleeding distributed?" - The same as in allosaurs, i.e. the wound is suspended by the individual with the highest level. 3 - "How much will he stun with a tail attack?" - The attack will be balanced. Let's just say it's bigger than a thorny dragon and smaller than a basilisk. 4 - "Will the roar affect Giganotosaurus and Titanosaurus?" - no. His cry scares away everyone except giganotosaurs, titanosaurs, all alpha creatures, titans and reapers. Please support this creature (if you liked it) and ask questions if you still have any.

Timurlengia is a small tyrannosaurid about the size of deinonychus, 10 ft long. it was feathery like the yutyrannus, in ark fjordur it would be slower but tankier than the raptor with higher torpor it would probably not spawn in packs it would be rideable (preferably right off the bat) and a rider would be able to use weaponry. some cool ideas are if it could disarm enemy players in pvp or break their weapons, if it could pull a chariot or carriage or something like that(maybe that someone could build on), if its feathers warmed the person that tamed it when they were right next to it or riding it in the cold(fjordur is really cold), and if there was danger nearby, the Timurlengia could warn the survivor that tamed it(referencing the creatures great sense of sight hearing and smell). maybe the survivor could tame the Timurlengia normally or with its egg but i think it would be more interesting if it had a unique taming process like having to heat it up or helping it kill things or something. PS i added Timurlengia in the previous vote and it got like two votes so i hope it gets more this time. Here is a Timurlengia picture I got of the internet if it isn't satisfactory google "Timurlengia".

Eptatretus arcaita - The Slime Eel - MonstersHunters
MonstersHunters posted a suggestion in Creature Submissions
After noticing that the lamprey really doesn't have that many uses in Ark and is found on specific maps such as Abberation. My team and I wanted to suggest a more complex, tamable (without fishing baskets), rideable version of jawless fish that would live in the oceans of the new, Nordic-based map coming to Ark Survival Evolved. As a new suggestion for an aquatic creature on Fjordur, my team and I have suggested Eptatretus arcaita (the Hagfish of the Ark). A subspecies of Hagfish that has adapted to the freezing ocean floor of Fjordur, and feeds on anything large enough to fit in its mouth. 14 Fun Facts About Hagfish | Science ... smithsonianmag.com Common Name: Eptatretus Species: Eptatretus arcaita Time: Carboniferous to Holocene Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Opportunistic Tameable: Yes Rideable: Yes Breedable: Yes Torpidity Immune: Yes Taming Method: Passive Preferred Kibble: Regular Kibble Preferred Food: Raw Prime Fish Meat Equipment: N/A Rider Weaponry: No Humans Can Carry: No Found scurrying through the depths of the Fjordur oceans, Eptatretus arcaita is a subspecies of Eptatretus (genus) Hagfish that has flourished from the Carboniferous Period to the present day Holocene. Feeding off of the remains of dead organisms, these hagfish have grown to tremendous sizes to compete against other carnivorous species found in the darkest depths of the bottom of the ocean. Hagfish are jawless fish that flourished on our planet for more than 500 million years, and are living fossils. These "fish"-like vertebrates are primarily known for their unique appearance and methods of self-defence, such as their use of slime. Hagfish use a protein solution known as "mucin" that they release in the form of a slime-like mixture, to clog up the gills of opposing fish. However, Eptatretus arcaita has evolved a secondary use of this slime, as an ability in snaring prey. Food and nutrients is one of the most important concepts for survival in the depths, so as an alternative to searching for rotting flesh. Eptatretus arcaita will create net-like structures from their slime, as a way of catching smaller fish, trilobites and aquatic mollusks such as cephalopods. Since hagfish are members of Agnatha (jawless fish), in order to bite down on prey. Hagfish have two sets of teeth-like structures made of keratin that allow them to bite chunks of flesh out of decaying animal remains. Primarily scavengers, Eptatretus uses this adaptation to bite through the carcasses and corpses of large aquatic beasts such as basilosaurus, leedsichthys and megalodon that end up rotting on the ocean floor. Going head first into the carcass, hagfish burrow into the rotting flesh and will eat the remains from inside out. This species would be a new horror to look out for, when traversing the deep, freezing seas of Fjordur. https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn20993-zoologger-slime-killer-hagfish-feasts-in-rotten-flesh/ Abilities: These are our suggestions for Eptatretus. When Ridden, Eptatretus can shoot slime projectiles at enemies, this can both deal damage and stun opponents. If attacked or harmed, the ooze-like protein solution that covers the Eptatretus's skin can be released into the surrounding water. This can stun and deal lethal amounts of damage to enemy players and tames, primarily fish (this includes Electrophorus, Dunkleosteus, Megalodon, Manta, Lamprey, Piranha, Coelacanth and Sabertooth Salmon). (Connected to the previous ability) Fish mounts can suffer a debuff known as "Mucined!". This debuff suffocates the health of both the player (if not wearing SCUBA gear) and nearby fish tames for 25 seconds. This debuff also slows the movement of the organism within that period of time (20 seconds). Hagfish don't have stomachs, this is a personal boost that lowers the amount of food that the Eptatretus needs to digest. Eptatretus can't be tranquillised and is torpor immune. Hagfish also don't have mouths, so when attacking prey. The Eptatretus will lash out and latch onto prey and use its keratinised teeth to bite through the hard skin of fish and arthropods such as trilobites. A secondary ability that Eptatretus arcaita can apply to itself, is known as "Coiled". This ability results in the Eptatretus curling into a makeshift ball (with the survivor intact) and reducing the amount of damage that opponents inflict on the hagfish and the rider. This increasing defence for 20-40 seconds (depending on the level ( Under level 75 = 20s, but over level 75 is 40s). Hagfish slime is incredibly endurant and is even considered bulletproof. This slime can be collected by the player and used to slime up and coat walls and foundations, this improving the strength and structure of buildings (for a limit of 30 minutes), and even lowering damage dealt by firearms. This also applies to the use of firearms in aquatic environments. The nets that Eptatretus produces can be used as a bulletproof shield (for a few seconds) that can block harpoon bolts and lower the amount of damage dealt by firearms. Eptatretus's kerationised teeth are designed for tearing into the flesh of rotting corpses. This also means that if in combat, these teeth can be used to cause a bleed affect (25% chance when in melee combat against aquatic tames, but a 50% chance when attacking an opposing survivor). The slime can be obtained by the player, from the Eptatretus's inventory (similar to harvesting oil from a basilosaurus). The slime can be set on fire, used in improving the defence of structures and in decreasing the damage dealt by firearms. Weaknesses In order to balance the abilities found in Eptatretus, we suggested a few disadvantages and weaknesses to not make this creature overpowered and unliked by the community, but also as way of suggesting methods of counteracting players who use this creature on PVP servers. Eptatretus can suffocate if pushed or grabbed out of water. Despite it's design, Eptatretus can still be netted by chain bolas and net projectiles if on land, and by fishing nets (Genesis Part 1). Eptatretus can't be tranquillised or starved to death, so the only other method of eliminating the hagfish, would be in using melee weapons (or using tames) such as swords and pikes when dealing with Eptatretus, as the slime can be cut through of, when using metal tools. Eptatretus is weak against marine and semi-aquatic reptiles (Sarcosuchus, Kaprosuchus, Spinosaurus, Plesiosaurus, Mosasaurus, Carbonemys and Ichtyhosaurus), mammals (Basilosaurus and Otters), and mollusks (Tusoteuthis). Eptatretus can only lash out and suction onto aquatic tames, but since it is a jawless fish. The only other form of damage that the hagfish can deal, is through using its kerationised teeth to cause the opponent to bleed to death. Even if the slime can cause players to get stunned and the hagfish can cause a 50% bleed affect, the biggest weakness towards the Eptatretu's performance against opposing tribes and survivors, is in SCUBA gear. SCUBA (and Tek) gear prevents the player from suffocating from the slime, and can give a small increase in protection towards the melee damage input from a Eptatretus. Location Flourishing in the depths of Fjordur, Eptatretus arcaita can be found in the ocean between Vardiliand, Blobjord and Vannaland, and along the coasts of Balheimr https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/Mod:Fjordur The ocean between the four major land masses of Fjordur, is where Eptatretus can be found. Eptatretus can also be found along the warm coasts of the bottom right island of Balheimr, and flourish in the harsh conditions around the volcanic region. These are my team's suggestions, so all credit and reference goes to them. Comment and suggest below. Thanks. - MonstersHunters- 1 reply

An extinct genus of sperm whale. Because there are no water exclusive creature in community maps, this is a best idea I can think of myself, especially for this map since it's more of a "cool" environment themed map. (Wikipedia article: As a starting point for basic info, includes scientific papers for cited references for article) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Livyatan (Ark fan-work references) (Ark Workshop mod video reference) I can imagine it being something similar to what this modder did with their own Livyatan, in which its call can stun enemies. Just an idea.

Well its that time again Ark is making another community voted dino. I had heard the last time this happened some youtuber had his lackeys vote for a creature that HE wanted, not what the community voted for. If this is true he will absolutely do it again. Everyone was very upset about it if it was indeed his fault alone that Dinopithicus is going to be in the game. Yet no one did anything about it. It never makes sense when people have the power to change something they don't like yet they INSIST on complaining about how terrible such and such is. Since that person doesn't know any better how about we all pool together, stop and think for a week or two trying to prepare some sort of idea to prevent history from repeating itself? So says every history teacher. Its absolutely possible. If this community can get together to make a free map or to make mods that improve the games quality of life and amount of fun, surely we can figure out how to combat a youtubers influence or power? Contact wild card in heaps and let them know the voting was rigged. Have a mini vote where alot of us will vote on the creature that we want as a community (some how discreetly to prevent the lackeys from pooling in their votes. A discord or something) and then when that mini vote for what dino we want has the most we then all agree and mass vote the real voting poll that we chose for the mini vote. These are two ideas i have atm. Anyone else game for suggestions on ideas?

Masiakasaurus was a small noasaurid theropod from the late cretaceous period. It lived in Madagascar amongst other dinosaurs such as Majungasaurus, Rapetosaurus and Rahonavis and its genus name means "vicious lizard". The most notable feature of the Masiakasaurus was its forward-projecting jaw which contained many serrated teeth which were possibly used to cut up meat. Wild Masiakasaurus can typically be found roaming in groups around the beaches of fjordur or in grasslands and redwoods. The Masiakasaurus is fairly docile once approached however if a survivor disturbs it for too long, it and its group will attack them. The creature will lunge at the survivor, clamping its jaw around their neck which can kill them instantly if the survivor doesn't have loads of health. However, Masiakasaurus tends to be hunted by other carnivores as they're seen as easy prey. Taming Masiakasaurus are passive tames which like to be fed rocks which they can grind into flint. Once fed, the Masiakasaurus will run away from you meaning you will have to chase it. The best way to approach a Masiakasaurus without it aggroing onto you is to crouch low and wear ghillie armour if possible. You can bola it but this will cause it to aggro onto you which means you will be unable to feed it however a trap is a possible solution. Domesticated The Masiakasaurus is too small to be ridden however it can be mounted on your shoulder. On their own, they're not particularly strong against most creatures however in groups they receive a pack buff which makes them a force to be reckoned with. Its bite can also destroy armour with higher tier armour having more damage dealt to it (flak is the highest). If you whistle a pack of Masiakasaurus onto a large creature, they will latch onto the side of the creature, similar to a leech, and deal percentage bleed damage while attached. The more Masiakasaurs latched onto a dino, the higher the percentage damage will be. After 10 seconds, they will be thrown off the dino leaving them susceptible to attack. Small dinos (as large as dilos) can be picked by the Masiakasaurus in its jaw and shredded by its jaws, similar to a Megalosaurus. Due to the creatures weird shapped jaw, the inventory of a Masiakasaurus acts similar to a grinder. Placing stone and wood in its inventory will cause them to be ground up into flint and thatch. Grinding items won't require fuel however there is a timer for how long it will take for the item to be ground up and higher quality items will take longer to be ground up. Grinding items and material will give you small amounts of xp depending on the item's quality. Masiakasaurus also acts as a small harvesting dino. Setting it on wander will allow it to pick up rocks off the floor and grind them into flint, with more rocks being collected than using your bare hands. It can also gather a small amount of wood, grinding it into thatch. Its also great at collecting chitin, keratin, hide and organic polymer. The Masiakasaurus has a 75% weight reduction for flint and thatch. Conclusion Overall, I think the Masiakasaurus could make for a unique creature due to its abilities being unlike most dinos in the game. Its ability to collect certain resources makes it unique amongst carnivores and feels great especially for early game players and people who don't want to have to grind for hours to be able to make an industrial forge.

My Suggestion for the new map Fjordur By MonstersHunters Since the theme for the next map is based in Scandinavia and Nordic Mythology. I decided to pick the species Minomancalla, which is an ancient relative to the now extinct Great Auk that once flourished in Norway, the Faroe Islands, Great Britian and Ireland. Unlike the penguins found in the most southern continent of Antarctica, Auks flourish in the North of Eurasia and the Northern Atlantic where they evolved to fill the niches of penguins (unlike penguins, Auks can fly and swim). However, humans have had a massive effect on different Auk species and after many centuries of over-hunting. Pinguinus impennis or the Great Auk went extinct. Well as a remembrance to our effect on the environment and how we should try harder to prevent important species from going extinct, I feel that Minomancalla. A Giant Auk known as the Lucas Auk (Minomancalla) that was taller than three feet and lived in the colder regions of California and Mexico during the Miocene. Would be a beautiful introduction to Ark Survival Evolved's newest map Fjordur, as a new aquatic bird that has new abilities and could pay homage to our current conservation efforts. https://www.earthtouchnews.com/conservation/conservation/can-the-great-auk-return-from-extinction/ Common Name: Miomancalla Species: Miomancalla tesca Time: Miocene to Pleistocene Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Defensive Tameable: Yes Rideable: Yes Breedable: Yes Torpidity Immune: No Taming Method: Passive Preferred Kibble: Superior Kibble Preferred Food: Raw Prime Fish Meat Equipment: "Auk" Saddle (Level 51) Rider Weaponry: Yes Humans Can Carry: No Wild and Subspecies Found in the freezing tundra and coastal seas around Fjordur, Miomancalla live in colonies similar to Kairuku. However, unlike penguins. Miomancalla can fly in search of prey and Miomancalla tesca (tundra in Latin) is about 6.5-7 feet tall. This unique change in height is due to less competition from other large sea birds such as pelagornis that havn't adapted to these freezing environments, but also with having to live in an environment with predators such as direwolves, direbears and daeodons. Feeding on fish, cephalopods and crustaceans, this Auk species has also evolved similar abilities to its relatives such as puffins through having denticels that are present in Miomancalla upper palate that have a more rough and razor texture, which allows this Auk to hold and lock prey within their beaks that allows these birds and to hold up to 15 coelacanth or sabertooth salmon in their beaks (depending on the size). These birds also have incredible agility and similar to other members of this genus, are incredibly adaptable to different temperatures. Alongside this, M. tesca is the only member of Mancallinae that has sizeable wings and a keel that can carry its own weight. Being able to dive bomb and swim extremely fast underwater, these aquatic birds fill the niche of other prehistoric sea birds such as pelagornis and ichthyornis that found in other regions. Miomancalla are also known for their eggs and defensive behaviour. Puffins and auks spend a majority of their time caring for their eggs, but will also protect chicks and their own mates from threats and predators. Instead of simply being a replacement for already existing sea birds in Ark Survival Evolved such as the previously mentioned pelagornis, Miomancalla will work more as a dive-bombing invasion mount that can survive in harsh environments, apply boots towards other tribe mates and tames, can also act as a moving trough for carnivorous and piscivorous, can hold multiple fish in its mouth (a natural fish basket) and will act as one of a few species of avians that can enter the water (this includes the hesperonis and ichthyornis, however unlike these two birds. The Miomancalla can be saddled). Design For the design and layout of Miomancalla tesca, it would be a mixture of three different Alcidae birds. Flying Razorbill - Alca torda - Petit ... flickr.com The first would be off of a Razorbill Auk or Alca torda (image above) as it is the closest relative to the extinct Great Auk. For Miomancalla tesca, the wing and keel design would be very similar to the Razorbill's, as these are the closest flying relatives to the Great Auk, which is compared in size and design to Miomancalla. The pattern and texture present in the Razorbill would be the base for Miomancalla tesca. The variation of colour in this species is a collection of different shades (white, greys and black) along with bright colours such as orange, red and yellow that can be found on the bird's beak (the pattern on the beak can also be a bright white -based off of Alca torda) and its webbed feet. puffins to study ocean health ... oceana.org The second image of an avian that Miomancalla tesca would be based off of, would be the Atlantic Puffin (image above). Puffins have evolved to have spines that are known as denticles that allow these birds to hold various small fish within their beaks (puffins can hold up to 126 fish within their beaks). This unique adaption has evolved in Miomancalla tesca as a way of competing against other piscivorous species, but also as a way of being able to feed their young and maintain enough nutrients when flying to nesting grounds. The denticels that are present in Miomancalla have a more rough and razor texture, which allows this Auk to hold and lock prey within their beaks. This prevents prey from escaping and if attacked. The serrated edges on these teeth can result in enemies getting scratched up and in severe cases, injured (these birds will attack if they or their young are harmed or in danger). Great auk extinction: Humans wiped out ... bbc.com The third and final image of another species that Miomancalla tesca's design is based off of, is the Great Auk or Pinguinus impennis (image above). Being somewhat related, the two species of Auk were close in height and they have similar history (a close ancestor that would eventually create the clades Mancallinae and Alcidae). Well most auk species have very similar designs, the great auk would be a great base for the design. In fact the feet, small tail and beak of Miomancalla tesca show relation to P. impennis, but has the colourisation and texture found in razorbill auks and puffins. Abilities: These are our suggestions for Miomancalla. Being related to puffins, when Miomancalla are in groups or are mate-boosted. They can perform a method of "billing" (a method known in puffins where the birds rub their beaks together), which results in a buff or boost known as "Auk's Grace" which increases stamina and applies a 1-2 minute long time (depending on the level) of increased damage output, stamina and increased movement speed towards allied/other tribe members and their mounts. Miomancalla can dive bomb prey. This includes players, which could be a benefit for performing ambushes and raids on PvP servers. If a player is dive bombed, they can be stunned and physically snared by this attack. This also applies to other aquatic creatures such as ichythosaurus, carbonemys, mantas and megalodon. Alongside this ability to dive bomb, Miomancalla can spear prey with their beaks. Having a sharp curve on the tip of their beaks, these birds use this design to rip apart flesh. Miomancalla can also swallow certain prey sources whole (fish for example), this personal buff restores health, stamina and hunger, but also can apply these affects to the rider. When a Miomancalla attacks another creature or an opposing survivor, they have a chance (50%) of applying the ability "Pouched!" which applies a bleed affect due to the spines or denticles found in the birds upper palate (upper jaw). This affect also has a secondary chance of allowing the Miomancalla to grab enemies and inflect this bleed affect, without letting the target flee (25% chance) for about 10 seconds. Miomancalla also can receive experience faster than other prehistoric birds in Ark Survival Evolved, when they are cared for by a survivor, or are mate-boosted. This is due to the fact that many species of Alcidae like to socialise and share affection. Miomancalla have an insulation affect when saddled. These birds also have a debuff when underwater, towards the loss of oxygen in survivors (this also applies to increasing durability of scuba suits). These birds also can dive to the far depths of oceans and other water bodies without suffering damage from pressure. Can hold numerous fish in within their beaks, which can restore health and hunger. However, this also allows the Miomancalla to work as a moving trough that can feed other tamed (carnivorous) creatures. The fish that it hold can be instantly swallowed depending on their size, to apply a personal regeneration boost, can be killed and harvested for their meat within the birds beak, or have the settings adjusted which allows the the bird to automatically kill and transfer the fish meat to other carnivorous and omnivorous tames within that tribe (in the Miomancalla's proximity). The player can adjust the Miomancalla's behavioural settings to allow the avian species to work as a moving trough that can transfer meat to other carnivorous tames (this does drain the food in its inventory). Weaknesses In order to balance the abilities found in Miomancalla, we suggested a few disadvantages and weaknesses to not make this creature overpowered and unliked by the community, but also as way of suggesting methods of counteracting players who use this creature on PVP servers. When a Miomancalla decides to dive bomb an enemy, a survivor can use a net projectile, bear traps and ballistas to neutralize and stun the Miomancalla for a period of time (about 40 seconds). However, this does mean that the Miomancalla will not drown within this timeperiod if in water and can still apply debuffs such as "Pouched!" when trapped or stunned. On PVP servers, I would recommend using long range weaponry to try to counteract this creature's boosts and damage amplifiers as melee could result in tames and survivors getting hurt or possibly killed from its attacks. When trying to fight an opposing Miomancalla, use the environment against it. Having the advantage in cold (taiga, mountain and tundra) and coastal regions, fighting a Miomancalla in either swamps or temperate forests can work as a benefit for enemy players (I would recommend using the Miomancalla for applying boosts to other tames that can fight below through the foliage (it can apply these buffs when on the ground, and in the water)). If you tranq a Miomancalla, it will not be able to provide boosts and debuffs and will fall unconscious. Saddle An idea that I would imput into the saddle of this aquatic bird from another one of my suggested creatures, would be an alternative to the Argentavis. Unlocked at level 51, the Miomancalla has a saddle similar to the Equus and Argentavis, in the sense that it has a crafting system built into its saddle that allows the player to create aquatic based items such as: SCUBA Gear (Flippers, Scuba Tank, Scuba Leggings and Flippers) Fishing Rods Fishing Basket (Abberation) Fishing Nets (Genesis) Canoes Harpoon Guns Harpoon Spear Bolts (Tranq included) Possibly Boats (Rafts and Motarboat) and other Coastal based Items Location Having breeding grounds all around the map, the major regions of the map that host Miomancalla are the coastal regions and beaches of Vardiland, the islands off of Vannaland and the bodies of water around the ridged regions of the Snaerheimr Mountains. These large auk's can be found in groups near the large ocean that separate the islands apart, but they also have made various nesting ground on the many islands around the map. https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/Mod:Fjordur The Coastal region of the bottom left island of Vardiliand and the northern island/region of Vannaland (this includes the four smaller islands around the map) are the locations that Miomancalla can be found. Roles These are our suggested roles for Miomancalla: An Artificial and Free Moving Carnivorous Trough and Fishing Basket - Can collect from 5-15 fish (depending on size and type - Coelacanth (10-15), Sabertooth Salmon (5-10), Lamprey (10) and Megapiranha/Piranha (2-3). Miomancalla can also have its behavioural settings edited by its owner to allow it to transfer meat to other carnivorous or omnivorous tames (removes the meat in the Miomancalla's inventory). Divebomber (PvP and PvE Role) - Unlike the Griffin, Snow Owl and Rock Drake that can glide and use their own dive bomb movements, the Miomancalla can dive bomb into water saddled with its rider intact and can stun surrounding creatures and/or players. The Miomancalla can also fly down and apply a 50% bleed affect to enemies if in combat, or snatch up entire schools of fish. Travelling Mount - Having incredible speed when underwater, this bird can work as both an aquatic and aerial mount that can help players explore the vast frozen environments of Fjordur. Miomancalla has a debuff towards the loss of oxygen in players, and increases the durability of SCUBA gear, but also applies an insulation affect. These birds can also settle at the water's surface (similar to a pelagornis) and restore stamina. Boost Mount - Miomancalla can apply two major boosts, buffs and debuffs, this includes: 1. Auk's Grace - "Auk's Grace" is a buff which increases stamina and applies a 1-2 minute long time (depending on the level of the creature) of increased damage output (melee damage), stamina and increased movement speed towards allied/other tribe members and their mounts. 2. "Pouched!" - "Pouched!" is a melee debuff that occurs if a Miomancalla is engaged in melee combat with another creature or an opposing survivor. This debuff has a chance of 50% of applying the ability "Pouched!" which applies a bleed affect due to the spines or denticles found in the birds upper palate (upper jaw). This affect also has a secondary chance of allowing the Miomancalla to grab enemies and inflect this bleed affect, without letting the target flee (25% chance) for about 10 seconds. venomous Euchambersia, the venomous king of the night
Altercard posted a suggestion in Creature Submissions
When I first saw one of these in the wild I didn't understand why it seemed to walk with more pride then a Yutyranus, it looked like a bargain sale dire wolf as it was a similar size but seemed to lack the complex pack hunting strategies they employ and was scaly despite its mammal like stature. At night however I was surprised it was them I saw hunting the Brontosaurus and not a Tyrannosaurus, the giant sauropod yelling in distress as I watched it collapse with relatively few wounds on it. When I woke up the next day I couldn't believe what I had seen and even went back to the sight of the hunt only to find the dead body of the brontosaurus with the pack of carnivores around it. Once I was back at the village I asked our local expert on wildlife about the mysterious pack hunters. He called them Euchambersia, an extinct species of mammal like reptiles, and according to him the reason the brontosaurus didn't have many wounds was because these pack hunters have a highly venomous bite, letting them take on even the largest of creatures in packs. However the venom needs time to act, opening a window where you could treat the creature with an antidote or nurture it until it recovers. Of course as the hunter of our village a pack of these Euchambersia would be of great use to me as they wouldn't need as much food as a large apex carnivore but could take on just as big of a prey item with arguably more ease. However taming proved far more difficult as they seem to be immune to torpor inducing toxins and are to resilient to knock out from boomerangs or other blunt objects. they are also far to aggressive to passive tame at night and in the day time they are still extremely aggressive to anything getting into its comfort zone. Only when i stumbled upon a nest of Euchambersia did I come to realize that I would need to raise them up from hatchling to adult for them to be tame, making it one of the most dangerous tames to acquire as Euchambersia are highly protective of their eggs. As if it wasn't hard enough though Euchambersia lay their eggs in caves, meaning chances are they will see you before you see them and due to their venom most mounts that can fit in these caves will be quickly overwhelmed by a pair or, if your unlucky, multiple pairs nesting close to each other. I still find it amazing that I managed to get two eggs out of the cave. Luckily for me though from there on it was the usual baby raising. The tamed Euchambersias were a blessing, being swift and small enough to avoid our prey's attention while being able to kill it in only a few well timed bites, at night being even more efficient due to their superior eyesight in the dark, and when the raid happened they were just as effective as assassins, even crippling their giga.. If only I'd seen the bear traps ahead of time.. I miss them both, they might not have been fluffy but they were the best boys anyone could have hopped for. tldr: Size & stats: dire wolf but with weaker stats save for speed, stamina and turn radius Ability: venom bite effect, is drained by one bite and needs long recharge, deals damage over time twice as fast as the recharge, effect goes through armor and does 200 base damage. second ability: night vision on toggle for rider.-

Orkoraptor cryofjurdensis- The Bloody, Sneaky Killer
TyrannusDante posted a suggestion in Creature Submissions
WILD: Orkoraptor cryofjurdensis is a terrifying and horroryfic predator, a new species of the genus Orkoraptor, this terrifying dinosaur is one of the creepiest creatures on the ark. Orkoraptors have a massive distribution in Fjordur, but this distribution is limited to dark places in all biomes, specimens of this genus seek all dark places in their territory, this specific behavior is due to their ability to camouflage themselves as a xenomorphic creatures. in all the great shadows and darkness to take his victim by surprise. They attack their prey with all their arsenal, the claws of this creature are possibly the largest claws of all the theropods in the arks in proportion to their body, these claws can catch small creatures and do great bloody damage to their rivals and victims larger, also the feathers of this dinosaur have a poisonous liquid, this poison is probably the best defense against the great tribes in the ark, this substance reacts in an anti-flammable liquid so flames and tek weapons are useless against this animal However, this adaptation makes the orkoraptor vulnerable to simple firearms such as shotguns and rudimentary equipment. I must talk again about camouflage, it is almost invisible when darkness comes, this is probably an adaptation of its nocturnal behavior, when this camouflage is most effective, fortunately members of this species prefer solitary territories, so not all places in the ark are extremely dangerous. However, this predator can go anywhere outside its territory when one of them needs food actually is necesary talk about it social behavior, this is quite unique, like a band of crows, orkoraptors can hunt in packs, but opportunistically, when night comes, and if a sauropod or large creature walks around it position , orkoraptor takes the opportunity to do a bloody hunt with all the members of their species to kill animals bigger than them, this does not mean that they cannot hunt in packs also when the prey is smaller than them, but this situation is quite rare. .. depending on where the prey is. Although the Orkoraptor has a great distribution around the ark, these creatures prefer cold and humid places, that is because mammals are their favorite prey, so if a survivor goes to the other cold dimension in this ark, care must be taken with the Orks. DOMESTICATED: tame an Orkoraptor its not easy, but its a pretty popular creature in all the mid tier tribes, it skill to be inmune to the tek weapons its probably the reason of this, attack a tek tribe with an Orko small pack its the easier way to take control of a greate base, the tek turrets are usless against this dinosaurs, and it camuflage make the Orko undetectable to a normal turrets, the only way to defense a greate base from this killer is use fire elements to bring light and ruins its almost perfect camuflage, also its poison feather porduce a corrocive react on the skin tissu of all suvivors, so if you try to kill a orkoraptor with primitive or a melee weapons, you probably get a bit of hurting damage, fortunately, this poison corrosive liquid is not efective when the survivor is on his saddle, and when the Orkoraptor is appased with its owner, the venom its pretty less dangerous, so the owners can pet its orkoraptor pretty frecuently if they want. Furthermore, all the exaggerated super-predatory characteristics of this creature, like other members of the neovenatoridae, make it an excellent and faster assassin, and its stealth abilities provide an opportunity for Make a surprise attack on other creatures and survivors, with this creature you have a murderer with the ability to inflict great damage, also if you tame three Orks you can have a gang of apex predators, but tame more than 3 Orks might not be a good idea, their predatory abilities and sagacity make all the other creatures in the base potential prey for these creatures, however, if a tribe tames more than three, the Ork limit will be higher for a massacre to happen. To tame an Orkoraptor you must steal an egg (not fertile) with an Ork egg, the survivor can make a recipe to make a soup, when you eat it, you will get the same smell of an Orkoraptor, when you find your orkoraptor, you must kill large creatures for it, after that you must stroke it once, and then repeat this process every time you kill a large creature for him, if you stroke him more than 1 time and kill no more than 1 prey for it, the Orkoraptor will disappear or .. you will probably die this is just a suggestion if you want share your ideas please do it ^^ i made a proto dossier xdd i dont have time to make a better one sorry xdd Fan proto-dossier By Tyrannus Dante xd Art By Teratophoneus on Deviantart -
Hallucigenia is ARK's first symbiotic creature in a line of probably more symbiotes in the future, Behaviour Wild Hallucigenia in the wild reside in deep sea floors spending most of their time scrounging for scraps of meat or decaying bodies, they are extremely slow creatures and will flee when provoked however using any form of melee weapon to attack the creature, causing it to run away, will cause the attacking player to contract extremely painful toxins, reducing the food bar and health of the player while causing them to poop uncontrollably, this effect lasts for 30 seconds. Taming Surprisingly some clever survivors have managed to tame this almost inanimate creature. First start by dropping spoiled meat in front of it, which it will happily munch on soon after that the creature will emit a strange red glow meaning it is ready to attach itself to your spine, however this red glow causes all marine life in the vicinity, passive or aggressive to attack you, similar to the ammonite. In this short time you must head for the surface while it digs its many spiky legs into your spine and sits on your back also being affected by the creature's toxin side effects. The higher the level the more spoiled meat it will take to be calmed and more time it will take for you to endure the creature's toxic effect to tame it. Domesticated The Hallucigenia is a relatively weak creature, with its mediocre health and weak attack(Still retains the toxic ability if touched or melee attacked by enemy players). However despite all this, some of the survivors have discovered a mysterious superhuman utility for this creature. Firstly you must walk up to your tamed Hallucigenia and allow it to attach itself to you, it will sit on your back with its all of it's many spiky legs dug deep into your spine, although this may hurt a bit (Takes 10 hp damage when you attach yourself to it) it allows for some amazing abilities such as -3x swim speed -no fall damage -3x speed -bleed for 5 seconds to any creatures or people punched by you -2x damage -3x oxygen -15% damage reduction -Hallucigenia toxic ability (given to enemy players that have either punched or used melee weapons on your BACK ONLY) -Antifreeze (Unable to be frozen by enemy managarmrs or other freezing creatures) -Immunity from the cold and hypothermia -Fire Proof (Unable to catch fire and you have 20% resistance against fire based attacks such as magmasaur fireballs, fire wyvern breath and flame throwers; Please note that you will be unable to catch fire, meaning you wont take damage after being attacked by fire however the initial damage of the fire based attack will cause damage, which you have 20% resistance to) -Immunity from over overheating -Torpor immune(Only to tranquillizing weapons; Boomerangs, clubs and creatures that do torpor will not be affected) Please note that when tamed the Hallucigenia will have only 3 of the abilities listed above and which can be seen through the creature's settings wheel. Higher level Hallucigenia will have a higher chance of having the more useful abilities such as the torpor immunity, 2x speed and 15% damage reduction. Also you can only have a Hallucigenia in your spine for such a long time, any under level 100 will stay on your back for 5 minutes while those above lvl 100 and lower than lvl 250 will stay for 10 minutes and those above 250 will stay for 15 minutes, failure to do so will help you contract the toxic Hallucigenia disease but will significantly lower your health by 20% every 3 seconds, it will also cause the Hallucigenia to violently explode, killing itself and destroying everything in both it's and your inventory, also when it attaches itself you you, you must make sure you aren't wearing any back attachments such as the wingsuit, any torso armour or have any shoulder pets as this creature will break your torso armour and back attachments when attaching.

๐ฐ๐ฑ๐พ๐๐ The irritaor is a quite large spinosaurid (about the size of a an allo) found in the swamps and beaches that will be able to make dinos hallucinate with its large head crest located on the top of it's skull by causing very strong vibrations to catch the oppenent off gaurd. ๐ด๐ต๐ต๐ด๐ฒ๐๐ ๐พ๐ต ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฐ๐ฒ๐บ During these illusions the player can break out of them if they have any food or watersource handy and a dino can be force fed pieces of meat or berries depending on the creatures diet. If not treated straight away, these illusions gradually get worse to the point were the player's screen will be affected in the same way the mushroom spores on abberation opperate but to a much more harmful extent. The player/dino will start suffocating (even dinos without an oxygen stat) including a 20% reduction to resistance, melee damage, speed and also increased stamina consumption and if still not fed during the long period of these illusions, they will be killed by the slow and painful process of hallucination. ๐ท๐พ๐ ๐๐พ ๐๐ฐ๐ผ๐ด To tame this creature, the player will have to place mirror on front of the creature until it begins to trick itself into hallucinating itself. During its hallucinating stage, the creature can be fed any source of fish meat to tame (like a passive tame). Once it's hallucination ends, the Irritator will destroy the mirror and another will have to be prepared atleast 90degress from where the Irritator was originally facing. A large taming pen with a large quantity of mirrors will also work. More mirrors and fish meat will be needed depending on the level of the Irritator. ๐ณ๐ด๐ผ๐ธ๐๐๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ด๐ณ/๐ด๐๐๐๐ฐ๐ Once tamed, the Irritator considering it's between the size of a spino and a bary (how i want it to be anyway) will be able to illusionise creatures up to the size of an allosaurus and water creatures up to a dunkle (although every creature will recieve that stat reduction). Like the Baryonyx, The irritator will only eat fish meat but can also gain extra health from fish meat like the Bary. It also has an partial imminity to jellyfish and shadowmane so the player will not be dismounted when stunned (similar to the effect of the eel) e It is also a great swimmer like the bary but can also gain a speed boost when diving straight down in water (like the griffins swoop but in water). Melee damage will also effect the illusions (higher melee=the quicker the process). ๐๐ท๐ฐ๐ฝ๐บ๐ ๐ต๐พ๐ ๐๐ด๐ฐ๐ณ๐ธ๐ฝ๐ถ I really hope you guys like my creature submission! (((Just a notice, i know the head crest doesn't look convincly big enough to create an illusion but i do invision it being bigger if added to the game))). (((And this art credit doesn't belong to me.)))

Behaviour In the wild Livyatan's main food source comes from the tusos swimming in the depths below, meaning it will spend it's time in the day in the deep hunting for squid while spending the night near the surface for oxygen, in general Livyatan is a force to be reckoned with they can chomp even the most ferocious of megalodon and have been seen even going head to head with mosasaurs and leedsicthys, it is aggressive creature so it will attack both you and your tames however with it's high damage and tanky health it's movement speed is unfortunately quite low Taming Method To tame this beast you must get it to chase you, after this step put tuso tentacles in the last slot of your hot bar and wait for it to roar, then you must carefully approach the whale and feed it the tentacles as it's mouth is open, this taming method is similar to the taming method of the acro from ark additions Abilities The Livyatan has 2 saddles, a regular primitive saddle which seats 20 people and a nuclear warfare submarine saddle, where survivors can sit in an airtight, reinforced cockpit, on the Livyatan's head sits a large metal compartment, with the press on a button from it's rider, the compartment opens up revealing many missiles ready to be aimed and launched, the survivor can control and aim these rockets in the cockpit. The Livyatan has high melee and health however this comes at the expense of it's speed, it also possesses a roar which scares away megalodons, it also has 20% damage resistance and a 20% attack buff when fighting tusos, it can't be grappled by tusos as well, it also efficiently harvest tuso tentacles, it is unable to be shocked by jellyfish as well due to it's thick skin and blubber, and when fighting a mosasaur a buff known as RIVALRY will occur, where the higher levelled Livyatan or mosasaur will receive a 20% damage resistance and 15% melee buff for 10 seconds, this ability has a 1 minute cooldown.(The pictures of the submarines below are to show how the Livyatan's nuclear submarine saddle would look like).

fjordur creature vote The Rubidgea โStealthy Lizardโ
Doggy3 posted a suggestion in Creature Submissions
The Rubidgea: The Rubidgea or Rubidgea atrox is an large extinct member of the gorgonopsid family. These were one of the largest members of the gorgonopsid family measuring in at about 11 feet. These were giant carnivorous lizards that kind of resemble sabertooths with their fangs. Wild: In the wild the Rubidgea lurks quietly preferring to hide in dark places or dense forests where it can prey upon the poor creatures that come running by it. The Rubidgea on the arks have developed an extremely unique ability that I have observed, that ability being to camouflage to most things around them. Due to this ability most of their hunting strategy relies on their camouflage. A Rubidgea will attempt to create an ambush trap by leaping out from a nearby tree or rock formation but if that doesnโt work it will begin to stalk itโs prey. Once a Rubidgea has itโs eye on something it will typically follow that thing unless the creature leaves itโs hunting grounds or turns around and sees the Rubidgea stalking it. If the Rubidgea is spotted it will attempt to run away a distance and resume itโs hunting from there but if the creature chases after it, the Rubidgea will become aggressive and attempt to defend itself. Tamed: Very few survivors have managed to escape a Rubidgea once it has itโs sights set on them. But still I have heard rumors of a tribe who managed to tame a pack of Rubidgea and stalks survivors in the dead of night. Iโve heard to tame a Rubidgea you must leave a stealthily hidden trap in your path and hunt the hunter which in itself is difficult to do as most survivors will not have a keen enough ear to hear the Rubidgea. But if you somehow manage to trap the Rubidgea Iโve heard rumors that if you bring them live prey to hunt they might just appreciate it enough to be your tame. Once tamed the Rubidgea is an extremely powerful mount. With itโs ability to camouflage it becomes virtually undetectable by everything when standing still at night and almost completely undetectable when behind a rock or tree. The Rubidgea is also large enough that it can pick small creatures up and run away with them making it an extremely effective tool to kidnap creatures and run away into the dead of night with them. The Rubidgea thanks to itโs extremely powerful jaws can make creatures bleed. At night tamed Rubidgea receive a buff that increases their damage and makes them even harder to spot. -
Thylacine, Tasmanian tiger- the marsupial radar, item snatcher
tyrunt77 posted a suggestion in Creature Submissions
Wild The thylacine will be seen sprinting across grassland, desert, redwood forest and jungle in packs of 10 led by an alpha, once the alpha is killed all the thylacine in the pack mercilessly fight each other until the last one standing, the winner of the brawl now has slightly boosted stats and emits a red glow meaning it is aggressive to any creature, unlike ordinary pack thylacine which only attack dilos or dodo sized creatures, they will fight if attacked by raptors, humans or anything within that size range but will flee from large creatures such as carnos or rexes Taming Due to the Thylacine's complex social pack, to obtain yourself one you must have a pack leader earn your respect by petting the alpha, after doing so it and all the pack members will sit down and wait 5 minutes for you to drag a dead creature in front of the alpha for it to eat, the factors affecting whether the alpha will enjoy his meal will be the type of creature, level of the creature and freshness of it's body. If the alpha enjoys your offering it will give you a thylacine from it's pack corresponding to the level of your dead offering it will offer you a similar in level thylacine from its pack, before howling loudly as running off with the rest of its pack. However if the alpha declines your offering it will let out an attack howl, commanding the whole pack to attack you and your tames relentlessly. Once all the pack members have been killed or tamed an alpha will put itself up for taming where you simply have to feed it extraordinary kibble and you instantly have a free alpha thylacine, also the last one standing thylacine (mentioned above) will emit a red glow and will aggressively attack anything, to tame one of these you must sneak up behind it in a ghilly suit and offer it a medbrew, it will instantly tame Abilities The thylacine has a wide array of abilities one of which is it's sniff where it will stand on it's hind legs and sniff out loot in safes, storage boxes, drops and loot crates and players, making those long trips drop hunting more efficient, it has a bite attack and a swipe attack, the swipe attack grabs enemy players tools or weapons they are currently holding, it can pick up inventory bags and small creatures up the size of a dodo in it's mouth and can carry babies in it's pouch, taking care of them automatically, similar to the maewing. It also can jump and has a stealth crouch stance reducing it's ability to be seen by aggressive wild creatures it also has a night time buff, providing night vision for the player and a bleed effect-

Deinocheirus- The Clawed Warlord Name: Deinocherius Mirificus Time: Late Cretaceous Diet: Omnivorous Temperament: Territorial Tameable: Yes Rideable: Yes Wild: An oddity amongst Arks prehistoric creatures, Deinocherius can be found across and along rivers and lakes. Closer towards mountainous regions and snowy biomes. They are sometimes even seen along coast lines and swamps. Found fishing, taking meat from predators or eating berries. Deinocherius isnโt picky in terms of food but very much excels at fishing, even fighting and hunting the fish of the deep. Trespassers in its domain it very much is. Seen fighting all sorts of carnivores, piscivores and even would be fishermen. Deinocherius may look kind and fluffy, but this murder duck will not tolerate competition, especially from the likes of the Spino. Domesticated: Once tamed, survivors are greeted with a powerful ally. Gaining a boost along rivers and waters, even gaining boosts against ocean life and larger theropods. When tamed, riders tend to find that Deinocherius is a ocean diver, similar to its Spino counterpart but slower. This is made up for its ability to float like a bird and stay above water. It is also found the when fishing with their Deinocherius buddies, they tend to save the best fish meat for their riders by storing it in their pouch like neck. While some tribes may see Deinocherius as a good War Mount, they would be surprised by its capabilities. Itโs loud trumpeting call can cause weakness amongst their targets, even causing their mounts to lose faith in their riders. Itโs larger claws are exceptionally efficient in slicing attackers. Combining this with their blunt beaks. Any rivals may want to rethink. Taming Process: Survivors need to locate their Deinocherius close to water before knocking out. Their bodies are heavily coated in oily feathers, best chances of knock out is its pouch. Fish is their preferred food but anything will suffice. Saddle: Deinocherius can be ridden bare-back but can hold a saddle. Saddle comes with 3 seats. One over its shoulders and the other two along both sides. The saddle would connect around the sail and its underside and over its head. Abilities: Basic Attacks- Bite (Can cause small amounts of torpor) Swipe Special Attacks- Roar. Itโs roar can be used to nullify armours on saddled dinos and can weaken any imprinting buffs to almost nothing/negatives. Double Swipe- Both Claws rake down, causing bleed. Appearance: The Deinocherius would look something like this. Maybe a beak alteration. (My own sketch) Patterns could also be altered as well.

Laellynasaura Aquaambulans, the water-walking ornithscian
Din0Gamer posted a suggestion in Creature Submissions
Laellynasaura is a medium-sized Ornithscian found in arctic regions. They are bipedal and substantially larger than their real-life counterparts, being about three times larger, enough so to be rideable and comparable to an in between of the Pachy and Utahraptor. They are speedy and have a quick turning radius. They are covered in fur and their color palate is usually white or grey with highlights of black and light blue. They are normally passive creatures, but will defend themselves if attacked, they also have a unique reaction to flamethrowers, alight oil and torches, being that of fear. Harvesting their bodies reward fur, raw meat, and hide. They are tamed passively and by feeding them iced water jars. Their saddle is unlocked at level 50 and crafted in the smithy. They have an incredible ability to run on water, near identically to the real world Basilisk lizard. However, unlike the similar ability that the TEK leggings offer, Laellyenasaura can stop and move at a more controllable pace on the water. They also get a speed and damage buff when in the arctic regions or in/on water, much like the spinosaur. Their fur also is uniquely qualified to hold cold temperatures, making them a semi-natural fridge. Attack 1: Bite; the Laellynasaura bites the area in front of itself, dealing little damage. Activated by pressing Right Click, LC or Right Trigger. Attack 2: Back Kick; The Laellynasaura kicks behind it with one leg, dealing medium damage. Activated by pressing Left Click, RC or Left Trigger. Ability 3: Water-walk; this toggles the Laellynasauraโs ability to walk/run on water. Can be toggled with C, RC or R3 Jump: The Laellynasaura can jump by pressing A, X or Spacebar. Other: Laellynasaura serve as natural fridges for water containers and berries. Dossier โCommon Name: Laellyna Scientific Name: Laellynasaura Aquaambulans Temperament: Defensive Time Period: Early Cretaceous Diet: Herbivorous Wild Laellynasaura Aquaambulans is a bizarre little critter found in the arctic regions of the Ark. Despite their bipedal nature, they are most closely related to the Iguanodon. Their feet are specially designed and similar to the Basilisk lizard of South America, allowing them to run on water.
