  1. CTD Fatal Error

    When converting from Prim+ to normal game mode this happens after restart.
  2. Load in times of upwards of 15 minutes, sometimes I just time out after waiting longer. My friend has not been able to connect. The game was much more stable months ago. I'm not sure what's going on. Also, I can only see 16 servers online. I have no filters on. When I refresh, there is a flash that shows more servers online "NA-PVP-Official etc etc etc" are not in the list but I can see them show up for a second before they disappear. The only servers on the list currently have been CrossArk servers. Hope this info helps. I love Prim+ a lot and I hope to see it fixed. I would be willing to say that this may be the reason many people are not on the Prim+ servers right now. Fatal error!   4. Crash Galore

    Greetings. I hate being that one guy that joins the Forums with only one post in their history and it being a question about some issues they have. But... I am in dire need of some assistance. It has been happening quite a lot lately, I thought it was simply a coincidence but as I progress in the game it gets more and more frequent. Some questions you might have and that I'll answer beforehand are: 1. Yes, I checked the most common errors topic that's pinned in this section of the forums. 2. I have no mods installed. 3. I have been playing for 3 days. 4. I play in The Island. 5. Here are my specs and idle hardware temperatures (open spoiler). Please note it's summer here with ~30ºC outside and I have no air conditioning. Download the error logs at your own leisure for further insight, I trust you know how to open them. Some keywords I'm going to put here are as follows: LowLevelFatalError, Kernel32 and D3D11. These three seem to appear in every crash log possible. For simplicity's sake I'd like to keep this short but underneath this spoiler you'll find the most recent crash log so that you can have a glimpse of the general issue without downloading the other crash logs.   5. Hi! I'm an avid fan of this game, and I'd appreciate if I could get back to playing. This past Saturday, when I logged in to play ARK, I tried loading up my single player world, which has about 135 hours of playtime (a majority of what I've spent playing altogether), and I was disheartened when I was greeted by a "Fatal Error! ShooterGame has stopped working and will close. This only started happening recently, and, judging by the research I've done, it's a problem that doesn't seem to be fixable as of late, and seems to be a problem that had been caused by a recent update. Do you know a fix or have a patch for this? I just want to be able to play again. Thanks for taking your time to read this. Screenshot of error message:

  7. Since the update that introduced Aberration I have not been able to play the game. At first I thought it was just the DLC, or perhaps Aberration-related things causing my crashes. I was most certainly wrong. Now I cannot play on any map of any kind, regardless of whether it is multiplayer or single player. Sometimes I can go up to five minutes without a crash, but more often than not I crash before I can even get through the wake-up animation. The crashes do not offer an error message whatsoever. The game either closes out entirely, instantly, or the screen goes white and I am forced to force-quit the game. To make a few things clear- Before the Aberration update I could run the game fine. 40 to 60 fps on a mixture of high and epic settings. I still do, in the 10 to 15 seconds before I crash. I have never had an issue with crashes unless they were due to out-of-date drivers or poor server quality. I have checked my drivers and all of them are up to date. I have reinstalled the game three times, verified my game files more times than I can count. An interesting note is that when verifying files it always states that two files failed to be validated - this occurs even if the game was just installed moments before. I run a server group and my inability to play is affecting the server in the form of postponed and cancelled events, and I'm starting to become concerned that my server's population will suffer if I don't find a way to fix this soon. So, any ideas on what could be causing my issues? Could anyone offer any help? I can say I'm more than unsettled that, in my research, I have found people who have been affected by something similar to this, and haven't found a way to fix it since last year's release of Scorched Earth.
  8. Всем привет,пишу на русском так как не знаю английского.Проблема с ARk.При запуске игры появляется музыка и появляется ошибка - eu4-shootergame game has crashed version 0.0 fatal error. Directx обновлял.Драйвера на видеокарту тоже.С + + все библиотеки вплоть до 2017 версии.Переустанавливал Windows и игру по не скольку раз.Так же проверял целостность файлов.Такая же проблема и с другой игрой.Но та открывается от имени администратора в корневой папке с игрой.Уже не делю ищу ответы. Directx updated. The driver on the video card too. C + + all the libraries up to the 2017 version. I reinstalled Windows and the game did not scrape once. I also checked the integrity of the files. The same problem is with another game. But it opens as administrator in the root folder with igroj.Uzhe do not divide I search for answers.
  9. I am receiving a Lowlevel Fatal Error when ever i try to enter a server, i can play the game solo player but cannot join any serve official or modded. If anyone could help me solve this issues so i can enjoy playing the game would be much appropriated. The error has been linked below.

I re-installed, verified through steam, no launch options or mods, system totally meets the min. requirements. GPU drivers are up to date, OS is up to date.   12. Crashing While Playing Ragnarok

    While messing around on an un-dedicated server the game keeps crashing. I have uninstalled it, deleted my saves, validated the files on steam, but still I will get 'The UE4 ShooterGame Game has crashed and will close Fatal Error.' Does anyone know how to fix this? My computer should be more than capable of running the game and it happens without me even placing anything on the map, I can just be flying around and it will crash.

    For 6h now im trying to figure out whats wrong, why i cant play, and how to fix it and nothing! I tried all I know, re-installed game 3 times, deleted all. So Wild Card, plz explain what the hell is that?!!!

  15. Just updated my server as where getting timed out with version miss match. However, now that I have updated the server to version 265.3 the server keeps crashing with attached error. Looks like something to do with the built in networking driver maybe ???????

  19. Fatal Error crashes

    I keep getting the long "fatal error" crashes. I can't get more than a few minutes of gameplay before it freezes and gives me the "fatal error" message. I have sky settings all the way off, I use a Radeon card, not a Nvidia card, I run windows 10, I have all other settings on medium and have plenty of memory left on my computer. I've been playing for months and never got more than 1 crash a week, but after this latest update I cant play at all. I have 3 Eco decor mods as well as the "unlock hair and emotes" mod, but none have caused issue before. I really want to play I paid money for this game! I can't believe they think that they can release soon....

  21. Constant Fatal Errors

    Ok, this is just getting ridiculous now. After the latest patch I've been timing out on my first attempt to login every time. If I manage to get in game it's a 50/50 chance of a Fatal Error not long after. It's a guaranteed Fatal Error if I leave the client open to log back in later (Prim+ load times are long, so it helps to leave the client open and shaves off the 10~15 min load of Prim+) I've run a file check, 1 file was replaced. Still not fixed. Still Fatal Erroring within a minute of logging in, I don't even need to move. I've tried turning off some of my custom launcher settings and logging in to see if that helps, still Fatal Errors. (-d3d10 was one, I don't remember the other I deleted. I left -nomanssky and the -useallcores one and was still experiencing the Fatal Errors) There are two different Fatal Errors I'm seeing. One is incredibly short, maybe 2-3 lines, the other is a really long string of text and file directories. Unfortunately I am not able to copy it from the windows that pop up and I'm not sure if there is a crash log somewhere I may retrieve them. I tried taking a screen capture to paste and cut out the window, but it failed to copy it. While typing this I have managed to log in just now using one of the preset launches provided through Steam. I believe I just used the (Low Memory 4g) option and I've managed to stay in game for longer than a minute! That's a record so far. Since last night I have not been able to stay in game for that long after many attempts. I'm wondering if maybe the Errors are linked to Nomanssky? I know there have been a lot of issues with the sky lately... I will try and get the two Fatal Errors if they happen again...
