Hello everybody, today I would like to introduce you to my concept for this vote the Alectrosaurus. What is Alectrosaurus and why did I choose it Alectrosaurus was a tyrannosauroid that lived in late Cretaceous Asia, little fossil material has been attributed to it, so not much is known, allowing me to be somewhat speculative with my design. Why should it be added? . Despite being one of the most well known groups of dinosaurs, we only have 2 members of tyrannosauridae in the game, the rex and the yuty. . We have lots of creatures that use charge, however none use it as a weapon .While theropods are sometimes considered oversaturated, and many creatures in this vote likely use charge as a weapon, I hope I have made my idea unique enough to stand out. Dossier I did not expect the vote so soon so I have not finished my dossier drawing yet, however with the help of the gigantoraptor creator, Ashgcy, I have created a written dossier. Common name: Alectrosaurus Species name: Alectrosaurus macroluminus Time: Cretaceous Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Aggressive Wild: There are many creatures that have been able to adapt to the harsh conditions of this cave system, however none have adapted quite like Alectrosaurus macroluminus. This is a distant relative of the Tyrannosaurus and Yutyrannus I encountered on the island, it’s ability to survive in this harsh ecosystem originally surprised me: it is not a particularly large animal and its bite is not very strong compared to predators of a similar size. However after careful observation I have seen the two things that explain its survivability. Alectrosaurus is surprisingly fast, making it able to chase down prey and weave in and out of the attacks of creatures larger then it. It has also developed symbiosis with a special type of bacteria, allowing it to take in charge light from its surroundings and use it as both a weapon and a defensive tactic. Tamed: It seems the most effective way to tame the Alectrosaurus by supplying it with the charge light it needs to survive and then protecting it from the creatures that try to attack it thereafter. Often tribes equip their mounts with a specialised saddle to protect the rider from a nasty shock, Alectrosaurus can unleash charge-powered fury on your adversaries. Some experienced riders have even trained them to release a cloud of their symbiotic bacteria in a powerful explosive burst! Controls Left click – standard bite, nothing special, bit weaker then the megalosaurus Right click – backslide, Alectro will jump back, this is both great for dodging and with correct timings, will put you into a special stance when using the key charge features. C – Charge attack, due to evolving to survive in the ab cave system, Alectro has become symbiotic with a bacteria, allowing it to use charge as a weapon, there are 3 different modes that can be toggled. Projectile – low commitment, low damage ranged attack, if hitting a reaper or nameless it will be temporarily debuffed, if paired with the backslide this attack can be toggled with ctrl + right click. Lure – another projectile, however this does almost no damage, if landing on the ground creatures will move towards it, with the exclusion of reapers and nameless, hitting a creature will make the lure act like a pheromone dart, giving whatever this hits the charged debuff, using the lure can also deaggro everything from you, when paired with backslide the effectiveness of the lure is increased, lasting for longer and drawing creatures from further away. Charge Light Explosion – High damage, high commitment aoe explosion, this does damage based on both melee and charge light absorbed, with a higher max charge capacity doing more damage as well, be warned, you will get the taunt debuff whenever using it, will also deal full damage to reapers and nameless, alongside charging them, if paired with backslide the time taken to fully charge the explosion is decreased. X – switch light modes Ctrl – Cosmetic roar Ctrl + right click – toggle gun mode, allows the user to switch between different fire modes on the projectile mode if paired with backslide, such as burst fire, shotgun, rifle, rocket, etc. Taming Alectro spawns in both the blue and red zones. It will be aggressive when you first find it, to stop it attacking you, you need to throw plant Z fruit at it or use the charge lantern on it, this begins the taming process. Once the process begins you and the Alectro will get the taunt debuff this will aggro and spawn a slightly different set of creatures for you to fight, depending on which zone you are in. Either titanoboa, arthros, megalos, dimetrodon, baryonyx or megalosaurs in the blue zone, or Megalos, seekers, purlovia, carnos and arthros in the red zone, nothing else can aggro during this process. If the Alectro looses more then 5-10% of its health it will begin loosing taming effectiveness. To gain taming % you need to kill all the creatures attacking the Alectro, and regularly give it charge (indicated by a unique sound and visual cue) once tamed any creatures spawned in for the taming process will be deleted, but any wild spawns that aggroed onto you for the taming process will remain alive, make sure to quickly leave or kill them. Once tamed Alectro can absorb charge from anything that emits it, light pets, charge stations, plant Z (it is immune to the debuffs from the fruit but will still absorb charge from it), glowbugs, etc. However the most effective ways of charging it are through manual means such as the charge lantern and plant Z fruit. More charge means longer and more effective use of its charge modes. This is somewhat determined by the charge capacity stat. Alectro also allows the use of charge based items while riding it. Other art + inspirations This is my original idea for Alectro and soon I should have my own dossier art, I wanted it to be more slender then the yuty and rex due to parts of the concept such as the speed and backslide. I gave it feathers on its back and arms to put it in-between the fully scaly rex and fully feathered yuty, alongside the fact that many theropods likely had feathers. The uncharged colouring is mainly made up, it’s obviously meant to be a lot more dull, however the patterning is heavily based off of the leopard gecko. Once charged the colour scheme of the spots and underside become similar to a comb jelly, I couldn’t think of many other parallels, as no terrestrial vertebrate has bioluminescence, and I thought the colours would work. Although the eyes and mouth would be fixed, the eyes would go neon yellow and the mouth would go either a very vibrant pink or violet.

(I don't speak English I use a translator) Name Edmontonia Species Name Edmontonia Rugosidens time: cretaceus Diet: hervivore Temperament: Neutral Wild Edmontonia is a creature comparable in size to Estegosaurus that lives in groups of 3 for group, almost never found alone. it is a herbivorous dinosaur that should not be underestimated, it commands respect even in predators lie the Rex, which prefers not to pick on of these unless it provoked, this is due to their thick armored armor that greatly reduces the damage received and their spikes that if you get a blow you'll bleed and break your bones. The only predators this creature has are the terrifyng Giganotosaurus, Charcharadontosaurus ,and Wyverns(more for their breath),which can withstand the throats and their bones will not break but the bleeding will slow them down which they take advantage to flee because their bites can penetrate a little their natural armor. the edmontonia wander quietly un the largest of the ark except for the death worm dunes looking for honey in honeycombs, which is their favorite food, allowing them to taste the honey in peace and quiet. Domesticated This dinosaur is a fantastic creature to transport resources, has a considerable weight reduction and despite being slow can travel for miles almost without getting tired. in addition its mount is perfectly suited to attack from distance, with a circular shape with an open horizontal line that allows you to use weapons from distance ,Be careful!! to be metal during the day so be to wear a deser suit and bring water. Being mounted on this tank your wild enemies will ignore you unless you clear you which will not be good for them, because if a creature attack you he will pound the small creatures with his tail, the big ones will bleed them, a perfect creature for attack and defence. Domestication Although this creature is fantastic its domestication will test your passion, if you want one of these, even if you feed iy your favorite food it will take a long time and it must be away from other members of its species to gain your trust proposal of domestication 1 The first method I propose is to use the feeders, gil them with food for herbivores and that ypu should approach the edmontonia and wait for it to eat up its domestication bar proposal of domestication 2 This is the somplest: throw honey near him and wait for him to eat proposal of domestication 3 this is the most interesting yo use the method of unconsciousness bit using narcotic granades, because of his skin the darts and arrows do not inflict unconsciouness but by inhaling the gas his unconsciousness will rise and you just have to wait for him to fall. Habilities primary ability A chop that causes bleeding similar to thilacoleo, broken bones and small creatures are impale similar to entro in addition to collenting berries, cactus seeds, straw, wood and honey Secundary ability hit the ground with the tail: this ability causes a small 5 second bemusement on the fist attack but the bemusement will have to wait to be used again on same creature but is also cuases recoil and collect resources from rocks like obsidian, metal, stone, etc Tertiary Ability Cosmetic roar: if the alpha roars the other two as well: just like the alosaurus Passive ability 1 armadura natural: reduce un 50% el daño recibido pero si este proviene del giga carcha y aliento de wyvern es un 25% passive ability 2 buff of alpha: the alpha gets 25% more damage and 25% more natural armor bufo de alfa: el alfa recibe 25% mas de daño y 25% de armadura natural Passive ability 3 passive resource collection: passively collects stone, metal, crystal, obsidian, silex, sand, salt, and surfur. having wigth reducion of 75% in metal and obsidian 50% in stone and crystal 25% in sand Passive ability 4 immunity to sandstorms Passive ability 5 immunity to bee stings Remember it's the creatures that matter, not their abilities. If the edmontonia does not win it will still return for the votes on extinction expansion of Ark Survival Ascended Thank you gor reading carefully: DinoCris13Multiverse

Common name: Tusoteuthis Vampyrus Time: Cretaceous Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Aggressive Wild: Tusoteuthis Vampyrus is a very aggressive predator. Approximately 30 feet long Tusoteuthis is a terror of the deep. Once it grabs its prey, it slowly crushes it into submission while using the talons on its tentacles to siphon and drain the victim of blood. Tusoteuthis is a terrifying opponent for several reasons. Firstly, its grab slowly renders its victim unconscious, so death isn't the first concern. Secondly, its vampyric blood drain instantly revitalizes it even during combat. And finally, if Tusoteuthis is losing a fight, it sprays a cloud of ink into the water around it, blinding its attacker to cover a sneaky escape. Domesticated: One of the major benefits of taming Tusoteuthis is harvesting its ink. Unlike normal ink, Tusoteuthis' ink is very oily, and can even be refined into fuels such as gasoline. Between that and the Tusoteuthis' distinctive combat abilities, it makes for an excellent aquatic tame despite slow swimming speed.-
