Forgot to note the stats of a creature before leveling up? This tool helps to retreive the values that matter for breeding. Now you can also save your extracted stats in a library, see which creature has the best stats and view the pedigree of your pets. Sort your library to see which creatures are the best for breeding and compare which stats are inherited to the offspring. Feedback is welcome. Also I'm looking forward to see some awesome pedigrees, share yours if you got a nice breed. The latest version can be downloaded here: https://github.com/cadon/ARKStatsExtractor/releases/latest

Some years back we were able to donate money for a valentines day event and the more money a server donated the more the taming breeding and maturation went up. I would like to see this again.

Can we do another Valentine's Day event or even do a donation event where the server donates money and we get a boost on mating, and raising? I know for a fact that everyone would definitely do it. The last time it was done it was a huge success. I definitely think it should be done again l.

Pristinailurus Bristoli - The Friendly Red Panda
Vattghornn posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
Welcome survivors, thank you for visiting our proposal ! The Red Panda is a beautiful creature and very loved by people, especially on the internet, personally it is my favorite animal and I would like this friendly creature to our Ark universe, here is an idea of how it can be implemented on the Aberration map, please consider supporting our creature as it will help to have a better quality of life for all players, either for PVP or PVE. For our version of Ark we will use the closest and most extinct relative of the current Red Panda; I'm talking about Pristinailurus Bristoli. Most of the time I have invested has been in official servers, much of this time is invested in the theme of breeding and care of babies, either to prepare an army for the bosses, for mutations or simply for use in the world of Ark, breeding is an essential element of the game and a fundamental pillar in the theme of advancing in the game, grow and get the desired Tek. Pristinailurus Bristoli will be your ideal companion for breeding, their friendly and playful behavior, they are the ideal companion to take care of your hatchlings, imprint them and even help with mutations ! It's time we have a creature that is important for breeding, as much as the Maewing, to give life to the best map of Ark: Aberration, and what better than a friendly Red Panda, curious and playful for this task, an ideal shoulder companion to use when you are breeding your creatures. |--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| Common Name: Red Panda Species: Pristinailurus Bristoli Time: Late Miocene Diet: Omnivore Temperament: Curious/Friendly |--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| Habitat: This friendly creature would be counted in the fertile area near the most wooded parts of the place, centered mostly in the portal area where we all usually appear for the first time in this map, this is to help less experienced people to get this creature. It can also appear in the blue area of the map, but in smaller quantities, being a creature that is not fighter is easy prey for predators such as Nameless, Raptors, etc. |--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| Domestication: Pristinailurus Bristoli is friendly and playful in nature, after finding one of these Pandas, its way of domestication will be in a passive way, but unique. To tame a Red Panda we must live with him, the creature will approach you in a curious way if you are close to its range of interaction (very similar to the Ferox when it approaches you when you have element in your inventory) this creature will try to play with you, it will make pirouettes, spins and jumps to get your attention, if you spend too much time near it, it will enable the taming asking for a caress, similar to the Hyaeodon, this is to start the taming process. During this process, the Red Panda will do a series of cute and playful animations, until he asks you for the next interaction, now instead of a petting we will have to give him a food of the player's choice if the Panda asks for it (the best would be kibble, honey, prime meat, etc) or doing some funny gesture or animation of our character (dances work quite well). After feeding the Panda (or any interaction it asks for), its taming bar will go up and you will have to repeat this action until you tame it, keep in mind that the Red Panda may move away from you as it is a very sociable creature, after eating, it will move a bit away from your area, make sure you are within its range of vision so it will come back to you. Once tamed, you can carry it on your shoulder like any other creature of this category (Otter, Ferox, Sinomacrops, etc). |--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| Skills: Pristinailurus Bristoli is 100% focused on improving the quality of life of Ark breeders, especially the x1 official server players who have invested like me, thousands and thousands of hours breeding our favorite creatures, developing mutation chains, or searching for colors in the different regions of the creatures. Whether for the experienced breeder coming from Ark Survival Evolved, or for the newbie starting his adventure in Ark, Pristinailurus Bristoli will be your best friend for breeding. This creature is the ideal companion for your hatchlings, as it will take care of them by adding the imprint of the owner of the creature (the Red Panda must have the common foods in its inventory that are requested during the imprints, berries, prime meats, etc) it has the ability to give cuddles to other creatures to continue the imprint making the life of the officer player easier, that in these times, it is increasingly difficult to stay long watching how a baby grows and ask for imprint every 8 hours. Combining the Maewing with Pristinailurus Bristoli will be the dynamic duo for breeding ! Pristinailurus Bristoli can help you with mutations ! but slow and passive collecting is required. Leaving the Red Panda roaming in a safe area, especially near bushes and vegetation allows it to generate a unique item (similar to the Desmodus elixir) a consumable that can be given to females to stimulate X% chance of getting a mutation (I suggest an edible insect or a berry), this will help now that we will be starting over in Ark Survival Ascended, as there will be no top creatures but it will also help players looking to get their own mutations. Either because they like to play alone, or because they play in a local game, this will not replace the original mechanic of getting mutations, and it does not ensure that the mutation will appear in some stat of your interest, but with this I hope it will help to reduce the amount of creatures that you have to use to get the low percentage of appearance when it exceeds 20 mutations, improving the stability of the official servers, by not having 300 females in a giant structure causing lag and graphical load. Carrying Pristinailurus Bristoli on your shoulder gives you hypothermic insulation, as Aberration is a very hot map for most players, carrying it on your shoulders will help regulate your temperature and you will not lose life due to the heat. To have a balance with this creature, you can limit the amount you can have in the zone or tribe, just like a standard or taxidermy platform will have a limited amount of these creatures to not abuse the ability of mutations, somehow I trust that Studio Wildcard can put brakes on this creature so that its use is not abusive, this thought for PVP people, the idea is that this creature improves the quality of life of the players, but will not replace 100% your presence in breeding. |--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| This would be all for the moment, any suggestions are welcome and comments that help to improve the concept will be very appreciated, I will update this post confirming that information should be added and to improve the idea that I want to express with this creature, let's make the Red Panda a reality in Ark ! thank you very much for your support ! -
After taming 30 or so mantis, the best one I got was 272.4% melee after tame. Is this a high enough melee to start breeding for mutations - or should I look for others with higher stats? The server does not have boosted dino stats and the max wild level is 150.

NEW PVP BIRD? GIANT HUMMINGBIRD (RICCORDIA BRACEI)
FABARK posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
GIANT HUMMING BIRD! JUST IMAGINE THE MUTATIONS. FASTEST FLYER ALIVE. No one could be compared with this one, even the pteranodon seems to be slow near this awesome rideable bird. Incredible Attack power, but low health and charge capacity. New armour available to cover its frailties. Its incredible rapid flutter lets him move in any direction. Frequently, the Humming bird will get tired, take advantage of this opportunity to tame him. IMAGINE THE MUTATIONS. With its wide colour palette, it will be worth breeding and trying to produce mutations in this creature. This is the only creature that has the Mutation Probability increased (x2). ABILITIES. 1. HONEY. Give it Honey to produce an increase of 25% in damage and stamina as well as a x5 health recovery. Fire resistance increased. Honey will expire slower in its inventory. 2. NORMAL ATTACK. Normal peck attack (thylacoleo damage). 3. SPECIAL ATTACK. Fast charge attack that deals 400% of his peck attack, consuming 33% stamina (base stat) and allowing the Humming Bird to escape because of the speed adquired! 4. PLUMMET. 5. ARMOUR. Able to wear an additional light armour (+defense) 6. WEAPONS. Able to use weapons while riding it. 7. 360º MOVEMENT. 8. BABY FOREVER. Give a baby the new item "Honey Element" to keep it as a shoulder pet with new characteristics! BABY FOREVER - THE NEW DYNAMIC. This creature is commonplace when it comes to mutations. The new item "Honey Element" stops the Ricordias maduration when a baby eat this product. The survivors would be able to make it in the 3D Tek Printer (x15 Element, x15 Honey). This Shoulder Pet has some brutal abilities: 1. SPEED. Increases Player/Creature Speed by 10%. 2. MATE BOOST. It works as a normal Humming Bird Adult (+33% damage and resistance). HOW TO TAME. Approach this creature while it is resting! Don´t make any noise! Give him honey and prepare to take a flight. Complete a quest while flying similar to the andrewsarchus tame method. Be Aware! If something touches this bird the tame will be cancelled (thylacoleo, ice wyvern, meganeuras...). SPECIAL ARMOUR CUSTOMIZATION. Select your favourite light armour (light differences) and establish the perfect colours to match it with your Humming Bird. WYVERN EGG THIEF. Due to its incredible speed and its special attack, the Ricordia Bracei will be considered the "Wyvern Egg Thief". No other creature would be able to compete with this Humming Bird. RICORDIA BRACEI CHIBI. A new fantastic chibi available! Get it once the first bred of hummingbird is completed!- 29 replies

Hey just a curious question, has one of the many updates come out that prevents creatures from giving twins in breeding that have opposite genders? I rememebr that was always the go to for colour/stat mutation breeding, where you would breed to get identical twins with different genders so you could see exactly what stats had changed. Or what colours they got, but I've notice for awhile now that all the twins I'm getting are same genders.. both in breeding with eggs and in Gestation creatures.. Can anyone please explain what's going on with this so I can understand better.

I’m new to stat mutations. But when it comes to deinonychus, do I use the Dododex after I hatch an egg and name it? Or are those base stats inaccurate? Because technically it’s a tamed animal right? Also, I think I have a bug because all my deinonychus wild eggs are hatching with over 1000% melee damage. so here are my questions. Deinonychus are different than normal dinos, so how do I go about knowing whether it has a very high value in a category for stat mutating? And why are my wild eggs hatching with over 1000% melee damage? It’s making Dododex bug out. I followed SeaShellsGaming breeding guide on YT, I’mgoing for SUPER MAX lvl deinonychus. TYIA!

Let me start off by saying that I have a very basic understanding of breeding. A month ago or so a friend gave me a really nice desmodus which has 100 attack, 80+ health and 60+ weight. It also had 0/20 female mutations but 2000/20 male mutations. I have 15-20 tamed females that I’ve been messing with breeding with the good bat that was given to me. I saved a bunch of females that the good stats carried over to but anytime there’s a mutation, the baby becomes 2000/20 and 2000/20. How should I proceed from here if I want to improve on that 100 attack?

I’m trying to breed high level rock drakes. The parents are a 252 and a 243. The eggs are coming out around 185-196. Why aren’t they coming out higher, like the number of the lowest level parent?
