The onyc in ark is cool and all... but I've always wanted to fly a giant bat. So here's my take! The idea was to try to add a flyer with good pvp and utility abilities. I hope you like! (This is not my art work. Fan made dossier. All credit to original artist.)

TLDR: carpet bombing, wall clinging, and leaping tank thats tamed with bugs INTRODUCTION: So I've always wanted a bomber type beast! And I had to find a creature that is real and could fill this niche so I searched far and wide and bam prehistoric pangolins (I was surprised they were a thing) it's cute tough and fits the carpet bombing if you use some imagination but anyway on to the beast. APPEARANCE: The ratayoskr is a large sluggish when walking brute slightly larger than a elephant covered in thick, heavy metal tough scales with a brown, bronze, or rust sheen. It has a bulky body and large hooked set of claws. It uses to climb and muscular back legs to leap onto cliffs and trees. Its back is lined with arrow shaped scales that it can shed on command. The beast can enter a "berserker" state if encountered by a predator, causing the gaps between its scales to glow red hot an it's scales to rattle as a warning before attacking BEHAVIOR: Eomanis uses its scales offensively as well as defensively during combat. It is capable of dislodging them at will from its body and quickly regrowing them due to the scales growing in layers with under layer being softer till exposed . Once dislodged, the scales that drop on the field will act as similarly to land mines and will explode when struck by anything. However, once Eomanis enters a berserker state when near predators, the scales will violently explode in a matter of seconds after the eomanis launches it's scales at the predator, causing substantial damage to all foes nearby. Eomanis is capable of releasing a short-range blast from its mouth by liking a surface leaving a reactive siliva, and will produce a explosive trap this way. Its sturdy, muscular stature allows it to tackle and batter other creatures into submission. Like most large beasts, Eomanis patrol's its territory with a vigilant eye. It will become hostile to any Survivor or predators that crosses its path in order to assert its dominance. Endlessly on the defensive, it will even actively seek out it's food in the most dangerous regions leading it to battle with creatures much stronger, and is generally assured victory when doing so due to its explosive personality. Eomanis will actively seek out any and all insects becoming extremely violent to eat them, usually recklessly leaping in immediately after a insect had been seen. It often starts fights with its bombing run attack, instead of slashing with it's hook claws or even pouncing. Eomanis has a major hatred toward draconis opting to attack them on sight. This can often end in a tragic death, though regardless of the winner it is incredibly dangerous to be in the middle of it's battle WILD: Eomanis gigantis seems to be a mush mash of different pangolin species but closestly resembles the traditional eomanis or dawn pangolin. Much like it's prehistoric smaller cousin. wild eomanis called Ratatoskr by the locals due to it walking all over the land just to deliver it's babies to the sulfor rich regions this beast could be found meandering along the ground, or perched high above the ground along cliffs or trees. This beast would dive bomb from the it's vantage points either crashing into the ground causing a shower of fragmented explosions causing knockback or if landing on anything the size of a raptor or smaller will do a (raptor like) pounce pinning it's target before discharging a small explosion. This helps them break the hard shells of most insects. If not dive-bombing they travel the World in search of it's favorite snack titanomyrma. if threatened It scatters explosive scales that explode on contact with anything based on how much sulfur and chitin it's eaten as ammunition it can spread scales over a wide area to escape most dangers and harming whatever gets caught in the blast (think carpet bombing) They will be easily found near sulfur deposits or bug rich areas due to this being the building blocks for how they use their bombing abilities. Destroying and harvesting it before taking to their journey again in search of food. TAMED This beast makes a great sturdy mount due to it's all terrain nature being able to climb walk and leap just don't expect it to swim very well, or it could be a fantastic beast of burden traders favor loading them up with goods and small camping amenities, such as crafting stations cargo bags and even tents. however some of the more violent tribes use eomanis gigantis as a living bomber climbing cliffs or trees to leap over a target and rain explosive scales onto them blanketing all in it's path the big ofe enjoying what ever it's tasked to do so long as you give it plenty of chitin and sulfur TAMING METHOD To tame this lovely on legs you will need to feed it live titanomyrma the amount depends on it's level by leading the titanomyrma to the eomanis this should be easy due to titanomyrma seemingly being attracted to the thing (increased spawn chance of titanomyrma near them) Brief history on our scaly boy: http://www.prehistoric-wildlife.com/species/e/eomanis.htm If y'all have any suggestions to change I'd love to hear I wanna see a BA mammal next and what's not to love about pangolins TWO TYPES OF SADDLE travel tent: a saddle that doubles as a small camp hosting a tent, bed, cooking pot crafting stations (smithy/morter),as well as plenty of storage Siege saddle: this saddle acts as a defensive cage that collects the Eomanis's scales to be dumped during a leap while protecting the rider from damage

Wild Without a doubt one of the most unpredictable creatures is Shringasaurus, even today it does not stop surprising me. Despite being a medium-sized herbivore, it has earned great respect for predators, thanks to the ability to use its horns as a main weapon, which were originally only for display and courtship. With these he manages to attack large creatures, and taking advantage of his short stature he focuses all his attacks on his legs. When a shringasaurus attacks an animal of equal or greater size, its victim suffers a kind of nervous breakdown, this causes any movement to affect his health and forces him to remain immobile while he recovers, giving the shringa an advantage to run away, by less as far as your energy allows. We must recognize his great intelligence, since to hit certain nerves requires a lot of precision, without a doubt he is a great David among so many Goliaths in the ark. Domesticated Despite its sudden movements and its corpulent physique, I observed that shringa can walk among the plants very carefully, and that is why we adapted its frame with a special drawer for fertilizers, after leaving it next to the orchards we fertilized them all, now you don't have to worry about crops. At least until they stopped feeding him and he started devouring our crops. Habitat Finding Shringasaurus is tricky, as it prefers areas where it is easiest to camouflage itself with its peculiar pattern on the skin. Usually they can be in Redwood, the swamp or the jungle, particularly in places with a lot of vegetation, it is a matter of having a very good eye to know how to identify them from the undergrowth, since entering their territory will make you a potential candidate to receive a brutal attack. Domestication To get Shringasaurus it is necessary to knock it out, this could take a long time, since thanks to the crown of its head, its horns and its spines it manages to resist narcotics very well, but it is not immune. Sleeping it fast will make things easier for you, for this it is advisable to shoot at the neck, legs and stomach. Once on the ground it is just a matter of waiting, this dinosaur has a different diet, since unlike other herbivores it does not prefer croquettes or majoberries, its favorite food is vegetables directly, all the same, it does not matter to give it carrots than to give it corn. Abilities - Nerve Breakdown It consists of an attack that affects both creatures and survivors, when receiving the impact you will be affected for 30, 50 or 70 seconds, giving randomly. As long as the victim is moving their health will be affected on a large scale, the only way to avoid death is to remain immobile while the nerves stabilize, which can also leave you at the mercy of the enemies. - Achilles Heel This blow is one of the most surprising, a lunge that affects medium and large creatures, embedded directly in the heels and nearby nerves. This causes one of the victim's stats to be randomly affected, damaging up to 30 or 40 percent, either decreasing or increasing depending on the stats. Among the options can also occur the rupture of the nerves. Notes - Nerve breakdown is the only ability Shringa possesses in its wild state, and it can also affect survivors. When tamed, his attack "evolves" up to the Achilles heel, however, he can no longer affect humans, he can only damage them with a common hit. - The Achilles Heel icon will always be accompanied by the icon corresponding to the affected statistic, if your oxygen is reduced by the impact, the suffocation icon is shown, in case of increase the sensation of weight will be seen the icon of the weight overload shown, and so on respectively - The possibilities for the Achilles heel to develop are: health, energy, oxygen, food, water, weight, speed, unconsciousness, blindness, lightheadedness and nerve breakdown. Shringasaurus is unpredictable thanks to the fact that despite being domesticated, it is he who decides what kind of blow he will give, which has surprised many, and turns it into a kind of roulette of death in life. Do we make some bets? Information about Shringasaurus: https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shringasaurus- 1 reply

Relative to the Thylacoleo, Wakaleo has a similar body, except instead of ambushing its prey from above, it has the ability to lie low while walking, making it less visible (smaller aggro range), slower but also able to perform an attack that can grab, pull and immobilize creatures, making them knocked down on the ground and become more vulnerable (I was thinking a knockout animation without actually knocking creatures out, only get them down on the ground and make them more susceptible to damage) . With more Wakaleos, you can drag larger creatures to the ground. It also has a blood-sniffing ability to track down high-level large creatures in the surrounding area, thus a perfect tame to track tame-worthy predators. It is of course rideable. wakaleo.jfif
