This new dear jane mod update is broken. It requires me to download the uodate every time I try to join the server. Then tells me I don't have the required mods. When it finally does update or let me into a server the screen is black. I get nothing. Apon trying to transfer my character to SE it tells me I have 3 items that are not allowed even though I have absolutely nothing on my character. Please will WC fix the issues this us getting g quite ridiculous.

So my tribe and i ran the end boss alpha and at the end put all my items in my dino to not loose it all... then watched the cut scene and game crashed back to main menu, not an issue. But then when i tried to log back into my server we had just played on... i noticed i didn't get an option ot download my lvl 101 survivor with all the engrams or anything... my character was just gone... and still is... is there any way that Wild Card can help get my character back? it must be archived somewhere right? i just rather not loose the many hours i have in my 100%ed raised babys...

i didnt lost my character, but after yesterday im not able to travel. i traveld from island to scorched earth in the eu morning. after around 7 hours there was a patch with rollback. i was on se and able to play. later i traveld back to island and everything was good. today i wanted to travel from island to my scorched earth base, but i cannot travel. it says my character is already uploaded, but its not. i think its a dupe character. i tried instead of traveling, just spawn on scorched earth. i shows my character in upload, but i cannot spawn or download this character. i have no idea what i can do now.

Character transfer back to server. Removes you from tribe upon spawning. Have to reset application to retribe then kicks you from tribe anytime you bed transfer or use a teleporter.

since yesterday i cannot travel. i was on my homeserver the island, traveld to my se base, farmed and grinded 7 hours. then there was a patch with a huge rollback. but i was still on se. i kept farming and grinding and traveld later back to the island. today i logged in on the island and wanted again travel to our se base. i tried to travel to some random server, but no chance. i tried to spawn on scorched earth, but it shows me my uploaded character and i cant download. sure my character is on the island. but im pretty mad. i mean i cant help my mates on scorched. thats one point, but the most reptaring poop is. i cant write a ticket or get some information. i waist so much time just trying and asking other people ! i still have no idea what to do. sorry for saying but this support is rly bad !! does someone have any idea what i can do now ?

lost my character in scorched earth after finishing the manticore, after finish i droped all items in the rex inventory i make sure i didnt have any cosmetic item either nothing then the cinematic started i watched all click end click download then select the bed and download, and it looped back to download menu, keep looping so i decided to download in the island and transfer baack to scorched but once i went to download in island it wont give me the option to download just to create new character, i went back to scorched and same thing, how do i get my character back ?, how do i summit a ticket to get some Gm to fix my issue ?, if someone knows the answer that will be awesome

I've been playing with a cracked version of ASA on an unofficial server, but after 100 hours, I decided to buy the game because it's fairer this way. When I logged in with the purchased version on the same server I've been playing on, my character was nowhere to be found; it immediately prompted me to create a new character. Is there any way to transfer my character? Supposedly, the cracked version also connects through Steam, so I don't understand why my character is missing.

My character is not able to download on any server. When I try to spawn in the game takes me back to the character creation screen no matter what I try.

When I download my character to move to scorched Earth, my player gets deleted. How do I fix that?

I play on an unofficial server and wanted to transfer my character to an SE server, but halfway through the game kicked me out, and now neither server lets me download my character.

There is a bug when I try transfering my character from the island to scorched earth, it tells me I have 3 unsupported items. But I don't have anything in my inventory or in my cosmetics just the three greyed out default cosmetics that I can't drop. I have the same issue with two of my characters.

DO NOT ABUSE THIS. The subscription must remain active for the decay timers to keep you safe. If you miss a payment the system will try again in 5 days, after that your subscription will be automatically removed and you will default back to a 10 day decay timer. Decay timers work off of individuals so if 1 person in the tribe is a donator the timer will default to the person with the max timer for all structures and tames in the tribe on any maps THEY ARE IN. Individuals that are not subscribers however can possibly still be decayed along with anything on them when their personal timer hits 0 regardless of who is in the tribe. This is a exclusive decay system to Mystic Isles, unlike other clusters you only have to login on 1 map to refresh all personal decay timers, this even includes maps that are not clustered. For Example if you have a base on Eternal Fear and a base on Classic PVE you can login to 1 map from either cluster and it will refresh all decay timers on both. If you link your discord using the webpage (use !link in the #bot-command channel for more information) you can also use the !last command in the #bot-command channel to give you information about the last time you logged in, where you logged out and how long you have left on your personal decay timer. Mystic Isles Instant Decay Items Campfires, Torches, and Teleporters will be set to instant decay throughout the day if they do not meet the following criteria. They must be within 10 foundations of 10 structures. With that being said it is not okay to put just enough items to keep the structure from auto decay. These items will be required to be at your base or outpost. Any players trying to circumvent this system will be punished accordingly. The decay system is an automatic event that will happen periodically throughout the day to ensure that our maps stay clean for all players! You cannot put teleporters around drops or artifacts, and if you have a teleporter outside, it would be best to place it on public for everyone to use, but is not required.
