Can you preorder extinction before it comes out? I'm not paying $45 for the season pass and the map is $15 like ragnarok.

I logged in, went to go tame a Griffin and someone built a raft and capped the server and half way through my tame it said " to many dinos have been tamed on ark. Booooo......
