How long till they send out the files for server hosters to update their servers

People complain about offical im sitting here thinking I can spare 13$ a month or 100 one a year to play my way.......

It needs a lot of rework, many TLCs... but all of those things are in stand-by (and will probably stay forever in standby) because WC is too busy making DLCs instead of taking care of the original game. 

They won’t abandon their final dlc to fix bugs, and add tlc’s they are a month before extinction it’d be a waist to abandon it.

and heres me simply just wondering where the explorer notes for these are :D
