Yeah happened to me too, worst of all then my ticket to have my character restored got wiped!! Auto complete #service ticket fail

At least you got a reply, my tickets got automatically completed!! The ticket they did reply to the offered only to replace 10 dinos out of the 111 Dino's lost due to a bug in their programming.

Broken service tickets Anyone else noticing that service tickets are just automatically completing? I have logged over 40 jobs now and they just automatically complete

Strange new policy Has anyone ever had a GM advise they can only replace 10 dinos? After having various other GM'S provide tribe mates and other players with numerous dinos, I loose 111because of a cryo fridge bug and am told they will only replace 10. No apologies or anything polite, just we can only replace 10 dinos!

got Arked !!! Anyone else getting Arked in the A? Just had our runtime daily crashed, get 2 every day down for the same amount of time every time!! And this time everyone has lost cryo'd dinos and now my character is missing !!! please share you horror stories of crashes and loss!!

anyone else's server crashing at the same time everyday?!? So im playing on OC 207, and the server crashes the same time twice a day for the same amount of time. Is this happening on other servers?!?
