@Joebl0w13 yip we're still waiting for some kind of confirmation if server is ever coming back, over 40 people in our discord from the server are left in the dark wondering. And if does stay down permanently how are we even suppose to report lost character if we cant get screenshot

After having a chat with dev, problem with 971 is corrupted file that started during turkey event and we lost 10 days cause of it and had to rollback to Nov 25th to try to fix it but the problem happened again during the current v340.12 patch to end the event and server was the only one that couldnt auto restart after. Had to be manually restarted few hours later but had to be rolled back an hour to a working save. It stayed on for few hours before crashing and stayed down till today as they're trying to debug whats causing the rare corrupted save problem

again it crashes last night and 14 hrs offline now....

server 971 is at it again... after the maintenance to end the turkey event it never went back online 😓

server 971 problem almost a week and a couple of those online spikes in between were only cause of patch updates and whenever server comes back online it rolls back all the way to Nov 27th save

still waiting on server 971... its been over 24 hrs now and crashes after 2-3 hrs online and remains down till the next manual restart the restarts doesnt help as it will crash again and any progress done just rolls back to the night of Nov 27th https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/ark/11708240

server 971 was manually restarted earlier again but didnt last long as it crashed and stayed down after 3 hrs not being able to auto reboot (down 4 hrs ago from this post) but when i first logged in it was back again to before I logged out the night of Nov 27th having to redo everything before i logged off that night now even when server restarts its pointless to play as it just loses all the progress, this has happened multiple times already being restarted manually by WC and staying online for 2-3 hrs after being offline for almost 20 hrs each time but auto save doesnt save

971 down again.... Server was restarted couple days ago (Nov 29) with the 340.8 update but it came online 3 hrs after all servers were already online but it rolled back to the night of Nov 27th. Yesterday morning (Nov 30th) it was restarted and stayed online for almost 3 hours but it rolled back to the 27th then at night it was restarted again due to the 340.10 update but it rolled back to the 27th again and crashed 3 hrs later. Today server was restarted almost 4 hrs ago and again it rolled back to the 27th and crashed 2 hrs later....

machine crashed again an hour ago... even when the cluster machine crashes and reboots its able to restart the other 3 servers but 971 stays offline edit: it probably would've stayed offline from the last post if it wasnt for the update patch that WC had to shutdown all servers

971 still down....

the whole cluster machine running 4 servers 967, 969, 970, and 971 went down and after 45 minutes 3 servers are back online except 971. An hour past 971 still down....

server 971 comes back online 3 hrs later than every servers after the update and goes down 50 minutes later.... that was 9 hrs ago
