      It's definitely online. Like I said, we moved to new hardware yesterday. This means you won't see it in your favorites.

    Hi @lilpanda,

    About 6 months ago I setup an Advertisement for a player dedicated server. Which you helped me delete my original thread as Forum Rules state only one Advert at a time. I was wondering if you could do this again with the following Thread? Your speedy response was excellent and I hope you have time to be as quick. :) Thanks in advance.

    Could you please help me with this error I have while trying to join the game?

    My game will start  to the loading screen but while loading my island the game will cut off the sound for a split second then crash displaying this screen (below) (usually right around the obelisks loading bar)  I have a pretty good computer that could handle the game, I did just upgrade but wouldn't that only make it better?

      You can go to the workshop and unsubscribe from the mods and also delete them from the game files on your computer to ensure they are gone completely.

      Mods are located:
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods\
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\

    So will wildcard help me get my lagged out dinos back or can't you help

      Support is currently not able to retrieve stuck or missing dinos. We hope in the future that this will be able to be restored but for the time being it is not something they can do.

      There is a 4 post per 24hr limit for new accounts. After 24hr you will be able to post again and after your 5th post the restriction will be removed.

    Could you please help me with this error I have while trying to join the game?

      This error looks like a mod issue. Are you running mods? Also is this on a singleplayer game or server because I notice you are running an old version of ARK according to the error version.

    I am on an official server  PvE-NA-ScorchedEarth 758 i left my Tribe I was and am only one in it. Now my base and Dino is locked out cause it belongs to a Tribe no ones in. Is this fixable?

    I host a dedicated server. Is there anyway to scroll back through chat or see who was on at certain times? Users on the server voted for certain rules but it's kind of hard to uphold them with the current limited tools for hosts. For example, I had to turn off downloads because someone joined the server, downloaded dinos and wrecked everyone. It was a bad day for the server. Now, I get messages saying someone from a certain tribe offline raided them but I have no way to look back at who was on at certain times or who is in what tribe, unless they login while I'm watching the server. I can't stare at the server 24/7. Is there, or are there any settings coming to help hosts with these situations.

      The chat does scroll but only scrolls whatever has been said since you are logged in.

      Unfortunately I don't think there is a log feature expect for admin commands or getting current chat, I think this is what you are asking for.
