This was asked a few pages ago but with no answer quite yet. It specifically mentions DodoWyvern as SE, which makes sense. Then it says "meanwhile on the island ..." vampires and such. So will these creatures be on all maps or is island gonna be the only option for them? Would love dev confirmation.

Jeremy: Yep, it will be reverse-merged up from the console version, along with gamepad support, in the relatively near future. So, I was literally about to order an Xbox one from Amazon because PC split screen has been months and months on the wait list. I figured it wouldn't be added any time soon. After me agonizing over this purchase, you bring up PC split screen again ... While this is fantastic that it is still in the works, I wish we knew what "relatively soon" meant. Are we talking sometime in 2016, or are we talking sometime in May? If it's gonna be months from now, I want to go ahead and buy an Xbox just to play this NOW. If it's next month, I'll wait. But as of now I still have no idea which it will be. The struggle is real ... Tell ya what, if one of the Ark Devs will respond to this and get PC split screen in for may or even next month, I'll donate 100$ to the dev team. I'm serious. C'mon devs... Ease my worries and let us know an ETA.

Yea I believe they have already said they plan to have official servers with this map. How? You join the server and it's a different map ... They have been hinting at new maps from the beginning anyway. And people have servers with it already!

Question for perhaps the next Q&A: Any news on when you plan to bring that sweet split screen action and Xbox controller set up to PC? That is by far my most awaited feature ever since you announced plans to bring it to PC and consoles And if you guys have decided against it, tell me now so I can go buy an Xbox one.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the dossier mention manta is a bare back mount? Wonder if they changed their minds, or if the saddle is optional. "While not the fastest swimmer around the island Manta Mobula is among the deadliest of small ocean mounts and can be ridden bare-back. Tribes who value striking power over speed often keep large schools of Manta to ride. Its capability to briefly leap out of water provides it a showy tactic for avoiding combat as well."

I would assume death. I've not seen the Devs teleport anything to keep dinos alive in the past ... Which is why beached dolphins can still happen.

So many excellent additions in every patch! Great work Devs. Now all I really need is that beautiful split screen for PC so I can play with my wife! Any estimate on when that feature might be implemented? I'm surprised it's on Xbox already when a PC could handle it much better ...

These Devs make so many of my dreams come true. Incredibly addictive Dino survival game that I can play with my wife at home? The ONLY thing that could make it better is dual monitor support so we both can have our full screen. I would buy this game 3x over to play dual monitor local coop on my PC right now. I would throw money at this cause. You devs, stay awesome.
