As we approach the third anniversary of ARK Mobile, our team is looking at ways to really set this game up for the long haul. We intend to support this game for many years to come, and there are some changes we need to make so that our relatively small team can support our game more efficiently. Read on to learn about some upcoming changes during the month of March;

REMOVAL OF ADS

First up, we are removing all in-game ads from ARK Mobile in our next major update. We’ve reached this decision after careful consideration of many factors - most notably privacy concerns with ad tracking, inappropriate ads being served to our players, and the constant need for backend updates to support the latest types of ads.
While this will be welcome news to most, we are aware that many players rely on these ads to procure Ancient Amber and Free Gifts, among other instances. As such, the following changes will go live in the next update alongside the removal of ads;

• Supply Drops will be added to Single Player and PvE, making them available in all game modes.
• Supply Drops will have an approximate 25% chance to grant a small amount of Ancient Amber to the first player who opens it.
• Free Gifts will remain in the game and continue to provide a chance at a small gift of Ancient Amber.
• We are increasing the amount of Ancient Amber that can be obtained from Daily Pursuits by 50% for our Primal Pass holders.

STORE REFRESH

To coincide with the removal of ads, we will be making some adjustments to the in-game store. Over time our in-game store has grown to include over 175 different items, making the task of browsing all available items quite daunting. With our next update, we are making three key changes;

• The majority of Skins, Implant Grafts, Decor items, and Collars will be removed from their store folders and placed into our vault. Different vaulted items will appear throughout the week at the top of the store in the slot previously occupied by the Daily Sale Item.
• A selection of popular items from the above categories will remain available in the store at all times, alongside other favorites & consumables such as Crafting Stations, Balms, Buffs and Tickets. 
• We are adjusting pricing on the majority of items available in the store to account for the removal of ads. These prices will raise approximately 5 - 10%.

CHEATS (THE BATTLE CONTINUES…)

Our team is well aware of the various cheats and exploits being used across our Multiplayer servers. We are constantly working behind the scenes to address these issues, and we often release updates in secret to combat these exploits and identify those abusing them. We have made a conscious effort to not discuss these changes publicly very often, as we do not want to draw more attention to these cheats or give the cheats’ creators ideas on how we’re detecting them. We are committed to continuing this fight, and will not rest until we can deliver a balanced experience for all of our players.

OFFICIAL SERVERS

Throughout the year, we evaluate the population of our Official Servers to determine when more servers are needed, and when perhaps we have too many. Last year, when COVID-19 forced the majority of the world into quarantine, we added more Official Servers to accommodate all of the new players joining us. Now that our player population has returned to pre-quarantine numbers, it is time for us to phase out some of our lower population servers.

Before we do so, we’ll be launching a batch of new Official Servers and placing the majority of our PvE servers into Moratorium, in order to free up space for our players transitioning off of phased out servers.

We’ll follow all of this up with a special Survival Surge event featuring 4x Harvesting on the weekend of March 19th to help these players get established on new servers.

• New Servers launch on Tuesday, March 9th at 12:00pm EST
• Server Moratorium will activate on Friday, March 5th at 12:00pm EST until Thursday, March 11th at 12:00pm EST
• Server Phase Outs will begin on Thursday, March 11th at 12:00pm EST and these servers will be brought down on Thursday, March 18th at 12:00pm EST
• Survival Surge will be held on all servers beginning on Friday, March 19th and lasting through the weekend

NEW SERVERS
We are happy to introduce the oft-requested PvP Duos servers to ARK Mobile on March 9th. These highly competitive servers have Tribe Alliances turned off and allow for tribe sizes of just 2 Survivors. Boosted rates are permanently active on these servers just as they are on Small Tribes variants. We’ll be launching one Easy server in each region to start alongside a handful of additional servers listed below;

MORATORIUM
All Official PvE and PvX servers not in the Phase Out list below will be placed into Server Moratorium from Friday, March 5th at 12:00pm EST through Thursday, March 11th at 12:00pm EST. During Moratorium, no structures can be placed and no creatures can be tamed. 

SERVER PHASE OUTS
Beginning on March 11th at 12:00pm EST, the servers listed below will be placed into Phase Out. Once the Phase Out process begins, players will have 7 days to transfer off of these servers. No new players will be able to join these servers, and all existing players will be given access to a Free Server Transfer Ticket in the in-game store. The Free Server Transfer Ticket allows for a free revival on each of your tame implants and has also been adjusted to allow your Element balance & Dungeon Keys to come with you (*You will not see the Element or Keys listed in your Server Transfer Ticket UI, but it will come with you so long as it is in your inventory when you upload the Ticket).

As a reminder, when transferring off of one of these servers, please make sure that the creature implants you decide to bring with you are from tames which are personally owned. Any implants from creatures not personally owned will revive as wild and incur the standard Amber revival cost. You must revive a personally owned creature implant on the new server to avoid the revival cost and maintain it's tame status. The entire Server Transfer Ticket FAQ can be found here.

Blitzmas is coming to ARK Mobile on Tuesday, December 22nd. This special holiday event combines our bi-monthly Blitz Week with this year’s holiday festivities. We’ve got Gift Drops around the Island, Blitz Dungeons, Boosted Rates, & Wild Eerie Spawns in Multiplayer and a whole lot more for players to enjoy.

GIFT DROPS
These special Drops return to ALL game modes during the in-game hours of 6:00pm - 5:00am. We’ve updated the loot table since last year’s event to include more sought-after items.

STORE SALES
All week long, players in Single Player can pick up God Console and Ascendant Creature Unlock for 25% off. Daily featured sale items will also be available in all game modes, and Prank Gifts will be available once again in Multiplayer.

WILD EERIE SPAWNS IN MULTIPLAYER
All wild creatures* on current Official Servers will spawn as Eerie during the event. Additionally, players will find that the days are shorter during this time of year.
On Unofficial Servers, server owners will find the option to turn on Wild Eerie Spawns through their web interface during the event. Please note that this setting will be forced back off at the end of the event, after daily maintenance.

*Due to technical issues, the Unicorn and Electrophorus will not spawn as Eerie.

Blitzoween is coming to ARK Mobile from Tuesday, October 27th through Tuesday, November 3rd. This rare event combines our bi-monthly Blitz Week with this year’s Halloween festivities for a whopping good time on the Island. This year’s event brings Trick or Treat chests to a daily featured Dungeon, the return of Pumpkin drops around the Island with updated loot, and wild Eerie dino spawns in multiplayer. Players on Official Servers may also notice that night time lasts a little longer…

Before the festivities begin, we’ll be placing some of our capped Official PvE & PvX servers into Moratorium to ensure that all of our online players have a fair shake at getting some new Eerie tames. A full list of applicable servers can be found here.

BLITZ DUNGEONS
We’re bringing back a curated list of previously-released Dungeons alongside a special surprise on October 31st. Each day of Blitzoween features a different Dungeon, revamped with Trick or Treat loot chests and granting 2x Eery Element. During this special time of year, you’ve also got a 5x chance at encountering Noctis on your way to the Boss Arena.

PUMPKIN DROPS
Pumpkin Drops return to ALL game modes during the in-game hours of 6:00pm - 5:00am. Search far and wide for these glowing drops which grant one of 100+ items from an updated loot table.

In contrast to how we’ve done previous Eerie events, all wild creatures* on current Official Servers will spawn as Eerie during the event. Additionally, players will find that the days are shorter during this time of year.

Just in the nick of time, our Summer Update is now available. This update brings a lot of changes to the Island, encouraging you to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new. 

NEW DUNGEON TYPE & DUNGEON LOOT REWORK
Swamp Dungeons have entered the weekly rotation. Additionally, we have overhauled our Dungeon Loot system to be more rewarding and give you more chances at a variety of TEK Blueprints alongside higher quality loot from chests. 

HAIRSTYLES, BEARDS & APPEARANCE CHANGE TICKET
The Appearance Change Ticket has been added to the Store for players over Level 25, allowing you to adjust your gender, appearance & hairstyle without losing any Survivor progress. Primal Pass holders also gain access to beards in the Appearance Change Ticket, and may change hairstyles & beards when creating a new Survivor.

ASCENDANT SERVERS & ASCENDANT TRANSFER TICKET
Launching towards the end of September 2020, these PvP servers are reserved for the best of the best. Once players reach Level 100 on Official Servers, they may purchase an Ascendant Transfer Ticket to go to an Ascendant Server of the same difficulty. Only your Survivor data and premium items will carry with you - all players will start from Level 1 upon downloading their Ascendant Transfer Ticket.
Please consult our Server Transfer FAQ for full guidelines. Ascendant PvP Servers will launch in all four regions with Easy, Medium, Hard and Brutal difficulties.

OFFICIAL CASUAL SERVERS
We’ve taken this Survival Mode from Unofficial Servers & Single Player and put a slight spin on it for Official Servers. For those looking to lower the stakes a bit, these servers allow you to keep your Blueprints, weapons, and armor when you die. Additionally, demolishing structures will return their full resource cost. 
To keep things balanced, we’re turning off Crafting XP on these servers and limiting server transfers to other Official Casual Servers only. At launch, players can find the following servers:

• Painted Sharks - Casual (PvXc-Easy-NA)
• Painted Sharks - Casual (PvXc-Easy-EU)
• Painted Sharks - Casual (PvXc-Easy-AS) 
• Painted Sharks - Casual (PvXc-Easy-ANZ)

INCREASED RAFT & PLATFORM SADDLE BUILDING LIMITATIONS
Want to build bigger? This update doubles the structure limit on Rafts and Platform Saddles in Single Player and Multiplayer. Unofficial Server owners will gain the ability to raise this rate even further if they so choose (more on that below).

PVP BALANCE CHANGES
We are introducing two key balance changes to shake up the way that many players have become accustomed to playing PvP. The Flyer Speed Debuff is being greatly increased, so that your flying tames will be significantly slowed upon taking damage. We are also removing the ability to place Spike Walls on Rafts, forcing you to get a bit more creative with your naval battles. With this change, the Flyer Speed Debuff has been removed from PvE entirely.

NEW UNOFFICIAL SERVER VALUES
Unofficial Server owners will find the following changes to their server settings page with this update;

• XP Multiplier cap has been raised from 2 to 4.
• Starting XP for New Survivors allows you to set the amount of XP that all new Survivors on your server will spawn with.
• Toggle for Supply Drops in PvE.
• Toggle for adding TEK Blueprints in Supply Drops. Enabling this will allow the chance to obtain TEK Blueprints from high level Supply Drops. Features core TEK building Blueprints only.
• Toggle for Flyer Speed Debuff in PvE.
• Flyer Speed Debuff Value will allow you to adjust the amount of speed lost upon taking damage.
• Raft & Platform Saddle Building Multiplier allows you to set the multiplier for the amount of structures that can be placed on Rafts and Platform Saddles. Cap for Unofficial Servers is 5x.

ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS & BUG FIXES

• Daily taming & hatching Pursuits will not appear in rotation when Server Moratorium is active
• Prevent players from creating Survivor names on servers if Survivor name is already present
• Removed the ability to place Spike Walls on Rafts
• Removed Flyer Speed debuff from Official PvE servers
• Removed Amber from possible loot from Mailable Gifts in Multiplayer
• Fix for resolution issues on iPhone SE 2nd Gen (2020)
• Dozens of exploit fixes

Our Spring Eggstravaganza event kicks off on Tuesday, April 7th at 12:00pm EDT. This special event lasts all week and gives all players a chance at an exclusive skin new to ARK Mobile. The Spring Eggstravaganza ends on Monday, April 13th at 11:00am EDT.

EGG DROPS
Players can find special glowing eggs spawning around The Island in all game modes this week. These special eggs will spawn during the in-game hours of 6:00pm - 5:00am. EERIE SERVERS
UPDATE 4/7/20 11:10am EDT: Our Eerie Servers will not launch until the Spring 2020 Update is available for all players.
Eerie Servers are back! On these limited time servers, all wild creatures* spawn as Eerie (including Gigas and underwater creatures) and night lasts three times as long. Transfer on (or create a new Survivor), grab the implants of the creatures you want, and then transfer back to your home server. 
These special servers are available on both the Official and Unofficial** networks. 4x Harvesting will be turned on and radial structure limits are reduced to keep things fair and balanced. On Monday, April 13th at 11:00am EDT these servers will be placed into Phase Out mode through April 20th. Once they enter Phase Out mode, new players are prevented from joining and all players get access to the Free Transfer Ticket in the store.

*Due to technical issues, the Unicorn and Electrophorus will not spawn as Eerie.

Our first update of 2020 is now available. While COVID-19 has forced us to work from home, our team has done their absolute best to get as much into this update as possible. Read below to see what you can expect, and stay tuned for details about our upcoming Spring Eggstravaganza event!

NEW DUNGEON TYPE
A new type of Dungeon has entered the weekly rotation. Start crafting your best set of Fur Armor now, you’ll need it.

TOILET PAPER
This heap of bathroom tissue provides zero protection from disease and serves no useful purpose on the Island. Surge pricing is in effect, raising the price of Toilet Paper by 1 Amber each time players purchase it.

SERVER MORATORIUM
Unofficial Server admins now have access to a new Moratorium button in the Admin Manager. When pressed, admins may set an amount of time on the server where structures cannot be built and creatures cannot be tamed. 

DUNGEON SERUMS
Both variations of the Adaptogenic and Hemostatic Serums have been added to the Dungeon Items folder of the in-game Store. 

UPDATED TREES
The majority of trees on the Island have been updated in order to improve device performance. Players will notice that many trees now look much better from above.

Blitz Week returns to ARK Mobile on Tuesday, March 17th. Each day of the week features a different previously released Dungeon, all with 2x Eery Element rewards, passive Eery Equus spawns, and twice the chance of encountering Noctis when teleported to the Boss Arena. All of this comes with a reduced Dungeon timer, so make haste!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• In Multiplayer, players can access each Dungeon on the day that it is featured with the standard free entry.
• In Single Player, players can access all 7 Dungeons for the entire week. The standard free entry will apply on the day a Dungeon is featured, and a higher entry fee will be applied on all non-featured days.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT?

• All Dungeons will have their timers reduced by half to just 15 minutes. You must complete them with haste.
• You will be twice as likely to encounter Noctis.
• Eery Element rewards are doubled to 20 in Multiplayer and 40 in Single Player.
• There is a chance of finding an Eerie Equus roaming the halls of each Dungeon.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Crystal NA is actually our lowest population PvE Medium NA server. We don't enjoy having to phase out servers, but it's a necessary process that must be done from time-to-time.

Spring is just around the corner, and we’ve got some changes rolling out to our Official Servers before the Spring Update arrives. These changes include improvements to Primal Pass Only servers, new Official Servers (including ones in the Australia & New Zealand region), and phase outs to some of our lower population servers. Additionally, we’re celebrating our Primal Pass Only Server changes with an introductory sale on Primal Pass for new subscribers. Read on for full details.

PRIMAL PASS SALE
From Monday, 3/2 through Monday, 3/16 all new subscribers can subscribe to Primal Pass at the introductory price of $0.99 for the first month (monthly subscriptions) or $24.99 for the first year (annual subscriptions). Once the introductory period is over, the subscription price will return to the standard rate. Please note that this only applies to new subscribers and this offer cannot be stacked on existing subscriptions.
If you are not familiar with Primal Pass, there has never been a better time to subscribe! In addition to the server enhancements detailed below, you will also gain access to our monthly Loot Drop, a 10% bonus on Amber purchases, 50% more tame slots, no forced ad watches, permanent 2x XP and more.

PRIMAL PASS ONLY SERVER IMPROVEMENTS
In a gesture of gratitude towards our Primal Pass subscribers, we are making four key improvements to our Primal Pass Only Servers. 

1. The server-wide tame cap is being raised from 2,000 to 2,500.
2. The server-wide structure cap is being raised from 100,000 to 125,000.
3. Crafting Stations will be enabled on all servers.
4. The Harvesting rate will be increased to 1.5x permanently.

These improvements will take effect on Monday, 3/2 at 12:00pm EST. Please note that if you have previously lost Crafting Stations when transferring to a PPO server, they will not be returned when this change goes live.

SERVER PHASE OUTS
The time has come to phase out some of our low population servers in order to make room for new Official Servers and free up space for additional special event servers in the future (such as what we’ve done with Eerie Servers & King Of The Hill). It’s important to us to maintain a wide variety of Official Servers with enough room for the varied tastes of our growing player population while also having the ability to introduce new features when appropriate. We know this process can sting for players currently active on these servers, and we are taking some additional steps to ease the process of transferring for those affected.

Once the Phase Out process begins on March 9th, players will have 7 days to transfer off of these servers. No new players will be able to join these servers, and all existing players will be given access to a Free Server Transfer Ticket in the in-game store. The Free Server Transfer Ticket allows for a free revival on each of your tame implants and has also been adjusted to allow your Element balance & Dungeon Keys to come with you (*You will not see the Element or Keys listed in your Server Transfer Ticket UI, but it will come with you so long as it is in your inventory when you upload the Ticket).

We will be hosting a special Survival Surge event with 4x Harvesting on the weekend of March 13th to help transitioning players get established on new servers.

As a reminder, when transferring off of one of these servers, please make sure that the creature implants you decide to bring with you are from tames which are personally owned. Any implants from creatures not personally owned will revive as wild and incur the standard Amber revival cost. You must revive a personally owned creature implant on the new server to avoid the revival cost and maintain it's tame status. The entire Server Transfer Ticket FAQ can be found here.

Eerie Turret damage is being fixed in tonight's daily maintenance, that was a bug. We are not sure why Google is taking so long getting the update out to all regions, it should appear for you any moment now.

Our last update of 2019 is now available and brings along a host of new features requested by our community. In addition to the Winter Update, our 12 Days of ARKmas event kicks off December 21st.

WEEKLY DUNGEON PURSUIT
This new pursuit can be activated once per week for a reward of 25 Eery Element upon completing a Dungeon.

EERIE IMPLANT GRAFT
Once you have completed 10 Weekly Dungeon Pursuits, the Eerie Implant Graft is unlocked for purchase from the in-game store. 

NAME CHANGE TICKET
At long last, those of you who made regretful choices for your Survivor name can now change it to something more suitable. In Multiplayer, the Name Change Ticket can only be used once per day and will not take effect until the server’s daily maintenance.
Concerned players should note that War Drum Studios maintains logs of name changes on Official Servers for moderation purposes.

SINGLE PLAYER TRANSFER TICKET
For those of you who are ready to leave Multiplayer, whether it’s due to an extended vacation or your Unofficial Server closing down, you can now send all of your important items to your current Single Player game. Please note that this is a one-way transfer and you will be prohibited from rejoining the server you transferred from for 30 days. You cannot return your Single Player items to Multiplayer.

FLYER PVP COMBAT BALANCES
In PvP game modes, all flying tames will receive a speed debuff as soon as they start taking damage. 

NEW STATUES
Four new Statues can be found in the store to decorate your base with. These new statues include the Rex, Ankylosaurus, Tapejara and Stegosaurus.

WHISTLE TO LAND FLYERS
You can now command your flying tames to land by using the Stop whistle command twice in a row.

GEOPOLYMER CEMENT PILLAR
This new pillar is available to all players in the Engram Tree once they reach Level 91. The Geopolymer Cement Pillar follows the same building height restrictions as the Geopolymer Cement Foundation.

TAMES LIST SEARCH BOX
Use the new Search Box on your Tames List to find your tames with ease! You can search by Tame, Creature or Survivor Name.

ADDITIONAL BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS

• Extended Discard functionality to Statues & Rugs
• Added ability for players to select passenger seats for saddles that can hold multiple passengers
• Placed a cap on chat string length to prevent players from shrinking the chat window in Multiplayer

You can change your server to PvP while you want to run Dungeons, then change it back to PvE afterwards.

 WHAT DOES FEAST WEEK INCLUDE?

• Dungeons voted on by our community will be featured throughout Feast Week, granting increased Eery Element rewards.
• Harvest Baskets will spawn around the Island in all game modes. Similar to the Pumpkins from our Halloween event, you can loot these Baskets for in-game items.
• A special store promotion will ensure all Survivors get a hearty meal.
• A contest on Twitter to show off your Best Gathering. Full contest details are available at the bottom of this post.

 HOW DOES IT WORK?

• In Multiplayer, players can access each Dungeon on the day that it is featured with the standard free entry.
• In Single Player, players can access all 7 Dungeons for the entire week. The standard free entry will apply on the day a Dungeon is featured, and a higher entry fee will be applied on all non-featured days.
• In Single Player, Official Servers and Unofficial Servers, players can find Harvest Baskets around the Island which can be looted. Baskets will only spawn at night during the in-game hours of 6pm - 5am.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT FROM STANDARD DUNGEONS?

• All Dungeons will have their timers reduced by half to just 15 minutes. You must complete them with haste.
• You will be twice as likely to encounter Noctis.
• Eery Element rewards are doubled to 20 in Multiplayer and 40 in Single Player. Players on Unofficial Servers may enable PvP Dungeons for additional Eery Element rewards.
• There is a chance of finding an Eerie Equus roaming the halls of each Dungeon.

BEST GATHERING CONTEST RULES

• The theme of this contest is "Best Gathering." We want to see you getting all of your tribemates, fellow Survivors, or tames together for a nice gathering in the holiday spirit! 
• 4 winners will be selected, each receiving a prize of 500 Ancient Amber.
• Entries must be submitted on Twitter using the hashtag #ARKMobileContest.
• Must be 13 years of age or older to participate.
• Winners will be selected on Tuesday, December 3rd and announced shortly thereafter.
• If your entry includes other Survivors or Tribemates, the first submission will be awarded the prize. If you intend to share the prize with others in the photo, please make arrangements ahead of time.

Can we transfer the eerie creatures to our single player saves? If not, could their be a change where eerie will spawn in the single player mode as well? For the people who mostly play single player.

Unfortunately we can't do the Eerie Creatures in Single Player. It's an offline game mode, so there are additional challenges in pushing live events to it. You'll still have the Pumpkin Drops, Special Dungeon, and other fun stuff!

Our October Update has arrived, ushering in a host of new features, new events, and new Official Servers. If you aren’t caught up on all the latest news, you can read about our upcoming Halloween Event here and the new batch of Official Servers here. Read on for what you can find in the latest update;

ANCESTRY MENU
The Ancestry Menu can be accessed from a tamed creature’s stats page. This menu shows the patrilineal and matrilineal lines of your tames, along with mutations. Use this menu to keep track of your tame lines and better focus your breeding efforts.
Please note that as a result of implementing this new feature, all ancestry data for tames which have been previously revived will not appear in the menu. However, this information will be retained through revival moving forward.

T.O.A.S.T.
As promised in this community poll, T.O.A.S.T. has been added in this update. The blueprints for this mysterious new item can be found in the TEK Kibble Processor. The rest is up to you.

DUNGEON ITEMS
For those who want to experience TEK items without the time or ability to run Dungeons, we have added a few items to the in-game store. These items can be purchased with Ancient Amber once you reach Level 40.

• Element Bundle - A bundle of 100x Element can be purchased for Ancient Amber. Please note that Element sold in the store is different from Eery Element, and cannot be used to craft TEK Rifles, TEK Grenades, or as ammunition in a TEK Rifle.
• Facility Key Bundle - A bundle of 5x Facility Keys for those who just want to get to the Boss faster.
• TEK Blueprint Bundle - This bundle contains one each of the following TEK Blueprints: Replicator, Trough, Light, Foundation, Window, Windowframe, Trapdoor, Hatchframe, Door, Doorframe, Wall, Ceiling, Railing, Fence Foundation, Sloped Wall Left, Sloped Wall Right, Sloped Roof, Staircase, Ladder, Ramp and Pillar.
• TEK Saddle Bundle - This bundle contains one each of the following Primitive quality TEK Saddles: Megalodon, Mosasaur, Tapejara, and Rex.

*All TEK Blueprints will continue to be available in Dungeons on a rotating schedule.

NEW SKINS & DECORATIONS
In keeping with the season, players can now find over a dozen new skins and decorations in the in-game store. This includes the full Manticore armor set alongside other items such as the Witch Hat, Batgoyle Statue, Garden Tree engram, and Wall Sconce.

PVP DUNGEONS (UNOFFICIAL)
This experimental new feature is exclusive to Unofficial Servers for now. Unofficial Server owners can visit their server settings page to enable PvP Dungeons when the game mode is set to PvP or PvX. When the PvP Dungeon is enabled, Eery Element rewards are doubled.

UNDERWATER TAME REQUESTING (SINGLE PLAYER ONLY)
This feature is launching exclusively in Single Player, and allows you to now request your Underwater Tames when your Survivor is also underwater.

ADDITIONAL BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS

• Players are now warned before spending Ancient Amber to revive a tame that will come back wild
• Added more detail to Tribe Log showing who destroyed structures
• Fix for text colors appearing incorrectly in Tribe Log
• Fix for Torpor data not updating properly when viewed through Spyglass in Multiplayer
• Fix for various weapon placements on Weapon Mounts
• Fix for various exploits

Our 2019 Halloween event kicks off on Monday, October 28th at 12pm EDT and goes for an entire week through Monday, November 4th. We’ve got lots in store this year - read on for full details!

PUMPKIN DROPS

Players in ALL game modes can start searching for Pumpkins when night falls on the Island. Pumpkins will spawn randomly around the Island between the in-game hours of 6pm - 5am. Once you find a Pumpkin, harvest it and take home some great loot!

EERIE SERVERS

Limited time Eerie Servers will be launching in Multiplayer across both the Official and Unofficial* networks. On these servers, all wild creatures** spawn as Eerie (yes, even Gigas & underwater creatures) and night lasts three times as long. It’s up to you to transfer onto these servers, grab the implants of the Eerie tames you want, and transfer back to your home server. 

To ease this process, 4x Harvesting will be turned on and radial structure limits will be reduced so that you can only build a small outpost or taming trap in any given area. On Tuesday, November 5th these servers will be put into Phase Out mode through November 12th, disabling any new players from joining and surfacing the Free Transfer Ticket in the store that all players can take advantage of (though you’re more than welcome to use a standard Transfer Ticket before then if you desire).

*The Transfer Secret on these servers is set to EERIE. Standard Unofficial Server transfer rules apply.
**Due to technical issues, the Unicorn and Electrophorus will not spawn as Eerie.

SPECIAL DUNGEON

The Dungeon launching on October 29th will have a few spooky surprises in store for you. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

BABY BOOM WEEKEND

What fun would Eerie Servers be without a Baby Boom to raise some Eerie babies? 2x Breeding, Hatching, Maturation and Imprinting will be turned on across all Official Servers from Friday, November 1st through Monday, November 4th. 

CONTESTS

We’re hosting two simultaneous contests on Twitter during the event week - Best Costume and Best Spooky Screenshot. 

For Best Costume, we want to see your best ARK-themed real life costumes for Halloween.

For Best Spooky Screenshot, anything goes! The only criteria is that it’s made within ARK Mobile and chills us to the bone. 

Submit your contest entries on Twitter using the hashtag #ARKMobileContest between October 28th - November 4th. One winner for each category will be selected the following week and take home a prize of 500x Ancient Amber. 

UPDATE (10/30/19): Each winner will also receive a voucher for a 50 slot Nitrado Unofficial Server rental, valid for 1 month.

Our August Update focuses entirely on Quality-of-Life improvements and bug fixes for the game. Many of the features listed below are things that have been requested by the community, and we’re happy to be able to deliver them. As always, if there are features you’d like to see in the game, the best place to leave your feedback is the #suggestions channel on our Discord or by pinging our @PlayARKMobile account on social media. 

A previous Blog Post touched on the changes being made to the Obelisk building radius, floating structure building mechanic, and resource cost of crafting TEK Structures. If you missed that post, click here to read more.

ANGLER FISH TLC
The Angler Fish can now harvest Silica Pearls using its bite attack.

ARTHROPLUERA TLC
The Arthropluera can now damage Stone, Metal and TEK structures with its melee attack. The Arthro also now receives more damage from explosives and ranged attacks.

DUNGEON IMPROVEMENTS
If a player manages to get pushed under the Dungeon map by an angry mob, you will now automatically be popped back up to the Dungeon floor, retaining your current inventory.
Additionally, you can now tribute those extra Pt. Notes you’ve been storing in return for 1 Eery Element.

SPYGLASS IMPROVEMENTS
Players using the Spyglass can now view Torpor on targeted creatures.

CHAT IMPROVEMENTS
Tribe members and Allied Tribe members now have different colored names in chat.

CUSTOM WELCOME MESSAGE ON UNOFFICIAL SERVERS
Unofficial Server owners can now set a custom Welcome Message on their Nitrado server settings page. You can set a custom message and a custom title for the message box.

SINGLE PLAYER IMPROVEMENTS
We have added a Manual Save button in the Extras tab of your menu. This provides some extra assurance for those who are unsure if their game has saved recently. 
Additionally, players in Single Player can now redeem promotions that appear in the in-game store directly from their game, without having to enter a Multiplayer server.

TEK IMPROVEMENTS
We have increased the effective radius of the TEK Generator by 1.6x. This Generator requires a lot of resources to craft and run, as such we agree that the effective radius should reflect that.
We have also added Gas Mask functionality to the TEK Helmet when powered by Eery Element.

ADDITIONAL BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS:

• Cubozoa Multis now correctly drops its Pt. Note once defeated in Single Player.
• Players are now served a warning that items will be dropped before Fast Traveling.
• The Sarco can no longer be picked up in PvE (anti-griefing measure).
• When using & disabling the Fly command in God Console while mounted on a tame, that creature will no longer fly off into the sunset when you dismount.
• Mailable Gifts in Multiplayer now contain updated loot tables with additional possible gifts.
• Patch Notes are no longer served upon repeated launches of the game after a game update.
• Fix for Chronicled Implants wrongfully showing that they will revive as Wild.
• Creatures such as the Titanosaur which are not able to be revived can no longer be Chronicled.
