So something happened yesterday while I was out gathering resources on my Argie. For some background I play on a console only small tribe official server on Ark Survival Ascended. I noticed a player on a PT who also saw me, not wanting to get into a fight i retreated on my argie in very dense trees behind me. Now these trees were so thick I couldn't see where I was going, but I could still hear the PT behind me. I did alot of evasive moves left, right, up down, 180 degree turns, but I just couldn't shake him. Something seemed very suspect about this and how he managed to follow me through this. So my question is, am I missing something here? is there a way of locking onto someone you are chasing? There is no way he could have seen where I was going, or are there people cheating on official console servers? He also seemed to have an infinate amout of stamina on this PT as he picked and dropped me a couple of times which allowed me to jump back on my Argie with full stamina again and my Argie has decent stats. He eventually managed to kill me by dropping me so I didn't get his name etc. He didn't kill my Argie or even take the stuff from my body so would appear he was just trolling / bored.
