It's all a part of the process. Every DLC map released in ASE was always accompanied by rage given so few servers were initially released. Always took them 24-72 hours to spin up new servers. Not excusing the idiocy mind you, just stating Snail/WC has been known for this from the start.

Well if you bothered to read b4 you buy you would know that Snail Games (aka Ark Ascended) is in SEVERE! debt to Nitrado.... talking millions upon millions in debt to Nitrado. How did you think Nitrado was going to get their money back???? I swear the internet should require an IQ test.

Snail Games is near bankrupt.... of course they're going to milk this game for all they can get.

Just lost my character on Official.... put in a ticket. I already know the process though. They'll have you make a new character and they'll just give you the experience points you lost.... points that take all of a day to get back. All the dinos you have imprinted are lost which is where the real time was spent. So glad I didn't purchase Genesis yet. So it's curtains for me, later yall.
