Alpha ascension completed but no tek binoculars engram given

ive done alpha ascension 3 times now with no luck unlocking the Tek binoculars. Got the implant got the Chibis each time. even got the killing blow on the last attempt and still nothing. Tickets submitted get an auto generated BS response saying that they are only addressing tickets related to enforcement. report abuse, malicious players etc. and just close the ticket without any result. The support for this game is beyond trash.
