Why did you release the game yet? I still can not play, I try all day long about 20 times a day to get into one server but can not. Just tell us when xbox will have more servers. I will have to get my money back if I go on to a server and there are big bases with turrets and tribes with wyverns already. I signed up to play the game at the opening not to be bullied by mega tribes that dup like on legacy. Your game release has been nothing to celebrate about, take all of your celebrating down and start explaining, quit tweeting and start caring. Not to mention I had a 17 man tribe trying to start up on a server on release but since then half have refunded their games.

Call me a conspiracy theorist but I feel like there is some money involved with the mega tribes. I honestly believe this guys statement. I cant understand how mega tribes are able to consistently log in to their new home servers but I cant even log in to one. I am sure once I can consistently log in there will already be guys with auto turrets and built bases. Which is the complete opposite of what I was excited about on the release of the game. Their Tweets are pathetic at best, still not addressing specific issues. I am $120 deep in this game and I have invested so much time in this game its embarrassing. I really don't trust the management of this game and their lack of leadership. Its like they don't take responsibility for their mistakes and put them on us. I respect the people that are trying to stick up for WC but we all understand this is not appropriate for the amount of time and money their customers have spent on ARK. The celebrating needs to stop, as of right now I would still prefer playing the preview and let you guys figure out what we spent our money on. Also out of respect for your mishaps and hope to gain the trust back of your biggest fans you should provide a link for people to find a refund on their purchases if they so feel. I believe this will have a positive outcome in your favor.

I love playing your game ARK! (other than all the duping on legacy servers) When ark was a Preview at least I could play the game, I have yet to play your game even though I have virtually stared at my t.v. for 25 hrs waiting to get into a Ragnarok server.. It was ok, that the servers came up 17 hrs later than expected, but it is too much for me to stare at all the full official servers that I hopelessly cant get into. It isn't appropriate how poor your communication is with the purchaser. It is just disrespectful now. I have wasted time and asked others to waste their time for me to play your game that I now understand isn't ready. I had a 17 man xbox crew on stand by for 15 hours waiting to get into Ragnarok and now this wont be happening. I dont care to enjoy your game anymore, too much headache dealing with your lack of leadership to take responsibility. Please tell me how I can get my money back and add on scorched money too.
