Flapjacks

For some reason on my ps4 it wont allow my girlfriend to log back into are non dedicated servers it says she doesnt have online privliges but we both have ps plus we havent had this issue befor but  its been doing it alot lately  and its started to really ruin the game if you could contact me or get rid of the bug that would be great
