Any update on fixing the lag for ragnarok server??

Can you please fix server lag? Impossible to do anything even after the restart because of the ping of 255

Can't even enjoy 2x

Please help ragnarok server 19 has been down for over 2 days now, and the Evo event started

Ragnarok Server 19 has been down for over a day, can you please bring the server up again? I tried to report it to server outage but I saw you didn't add it to this list 

Should I send in another report?
