  1. I would imagine some degree of testing would be involved. Hence the premium mod part granted we are talking Wildcard here and their shennanigans but I dont see how a premium mod could undermine the gaming integrity any more than some of the patches we have seen recently. Again if a premium mod takes up no space in my mod folder on console then I am more enticed to by said mods especially if they are map mods which are some times 2+ gb big
  2. So with the arrival of Premium mods on PC. I was thinking that a big block to premium mods on console is size and those mods taking up space in the mod load order and that a workaround similar to Bethesda's would be to require premium mods to not take up any space in your mod folder i.e. it acts a bit like a DLC. This honestly would get me a bit more optimistic about premium mods as even with the bugs and problems now I still love playing this game...when i can. Any chance this might happen or work?
  3. Hey all i have a problem where I can start the server and all and can even see it and attempt to join it. Problem is I get a time out error. I have forwarded the ports in my router and in windows fire wall and no luck I am at a loss. It seems like the server browser even gets incorrect information as well because it states its 70 players when I have it set to 32. Just for clarification i am trying to connect from a series x to a steam server on my laptop. I can show you my start .bat if that might help. Any help would be appreciated.
  4. Not sure if this will help but this tutorial has a section on how to enable home network access video is here link to site with commands is further down https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&redir_token=QUFFLUhqbkpURzV0b0pjdnYxRGQxQXRHNkRwOGFSUElMZ3xBQ3Jtc0trSUwwNjloblRUeEVkSVRlV1VQeTFQYWpIMGhfc2d6MEU4WlZTM3V6d1UwQjBvTGRfeU9rd3lPQVdfM2pqTVZ0WGZYd1lXNC1KOUV3OHRYYmFWRUdjaU1ORkRTSllMdjlySkJZQlhHMHYtQ1ByV29TNA&q=https%3A%2F%2Fhub.tcno.co%2Fgames%2Fasa%2Fdedicated_server%2F&v=-c6T97wkY38
  5. Hey all a question for all involved that got this to work. I sat up the server like stated on the trouble chute video and i have it going and was even able to play for a bit but i went home and now I cant connect to it. All I get is a server timeout message. I can see it and all but it doesnt let me connect. Again trying to connect from an xbox to a steam server any help would be appreciated Edit exact error is Connection Timeout
  6. Agreed to this. i have followed all the work arounds to set up a steam server and was even able to play for a day until I went home and now i cant join the server from my xbox. The Dedicated function really stream lined things and made it easy for windows and xbox to work together.
  7. Great news on the further content I was a bit worried as ATLAS does not look like my cup of tea. On the exception to the pick up rule can we get a server option to get rid of those or just not have those as exceptions as I often find myself putting some of those very Items in bad places and would love to be able to pick them up and readjust as oppose to rebuilding a whole new tek generator or industrial forge.
