You can weight the percentage of a specific dino spawn In game.ini the below for example sets a spawnweightmultiplier of 5 for spinos.
DinoSpawnWeightMultipliers=(DinoNameTag="Spino",OverrideSpawnLimitPercentage=True,SpawnLimitPercentage=0.000000,SpawnWeightMultiplier=5.000000)

Was this definitely Win10 servers only, didn't affect Steam? If so, why did they add the cmd line option to the Steam version not to mention talk about it affecting some mods?
